Was your baby born on your EDD???

Just another curious question. How many of you delivered your bubs on your EDD?? If not, how far out were you?

Jacob was nearly a week overdue.

I think Nell's little boy was born on his due date.........

My original due date was the 28th, but date was changed in the 3rd tri? to 26th. Went into labour on the 26th and DD born on the 28th! Covered all bases there :D

Olivia was 4 days overdue (my EDD was 17th Feb, she arrived late on
the 21st Feb......) but it was worth the wait.........

This next one will be early, as he is being induced...........

Brandon was 5 days early
Noah was 9 days early (elective c section, that wasn't so elective)
Tehya was 1 day early going by my dates she was due on the 9th, hospital dates said the 12th. She came on the 8th.

2 weeks early (induced) with ChunkyBoy, 2 days early (induced with ChubbyBubby although OB reckons he would have arrived on his EDD had he been left to his own devices.

No both of mine early by emergancy c/sections.

Aidyn was born 5 days before his EDD. (My waters had broken, but I had to be induced as I wasnt having contractions.)

dd lani - born 10 days late (induced with gel)

so all late ones for me 8-[

Mel is right, Matty arrived on his due date.

Funny thing was that was the date all the way through with OB's and scans.

I did go into pre-labour on the Monday 14th Feb, gels inserted Wed 16th Feb, drip and waters broken Thurs 17th Feb early morning and he was born 7.11pm that night by forceps.

my labour started on the EDD but she arrived the following day.

The midwives at the hospital said that less then 10% of bubs come on the actual EDD.

10 days late with my first and second..third was c section so 10 days early.

Mason was one of those rare punctual ones, he was born at 4:32pm on his due date. The labour started at 7:30am with the show.

Angus was 5 days over. I didn't expect a repeat performance but was terribly dissapointed when his EDD came and went.

Wow - who went 21 days over ? I didn't think they let you go that far ?

Cait was 13 days overdue and the doctor said afterwards, she would have stayed in there another two weeks had they let her !

I remember seeing my doctor on my due date and him saying that I had a 90% chance of 'going' in the next week ... needless to say, I kept my appointment at his office the following week, that's when they booked me in for the gel.

Samuel was born 6 days early by C-Section
next time around approx 2 weeks early by Elective C-Section
I have also heard that less than 10% of babies are born on their due date.
