Could I be preg??
Hi,
Just wondering if someone could have a look at my chart. This is my second month of charting and fourth month of TTC....
My cycles after going off BCP have been:
45 days - June
30 days - July
29 days - August
This month I'm up to CD 33, no AF and temps are still high, although they've been up and down. This month I had wirtten off TTC because DH was very sick and was not interested in BDing at all! I have no symptoms except being a bit tired, also, I've had spotting for just over a week, very light brown (TMI) but I normally only get that a couple of days before AF, not for sooo long... It's stopped now.
Do you think I'm in with a chance of being UTD?? I'm reluctant to test because I just hate the dissapointment!
Any opinions would be great, ta.... :)

I agree hun do a test. I know the disappointment is bad but it is better than constantly thinking if you are or not. I hope all goes well for you :) Good luck

I agree. Your chart looks pretty hopeful.
I tested when my temp was consistently high for 15 days - and yep, I got the BFP!!
Good luck and let us know how you go!
TICKLISH

Well I tested this morning and got a :bfp: I can't believe it! It really proves you only need to do it once to get pg! It just hasn't sunk in yet!
Just a quick question - I had a small bleed last night, just a one off - watery-ish bright red blood like I cut my finger, is that normal? Should I be worried?? I know theres nothing I can do about it so I'll try not to worry....
Thanks for your support ladies!

kristen, as long as it has stopped and wasn't too heavy and painful, it was probably just spotting. Ur little one could have attatched low down and that can cause spotting quite often. If you are concerned honey, go see ur GP and talk to him about it. He might be able to oder an u/s or repeat BT's to check ur levels are climbing nicely. Congrats on that BFP honey!

WoooHooo! I knew your chart looked pretty good - almost as good as mine did this cycle:lol:
Wishing you all the best for a happy & healthy pregnancy.
-
Congratulations, that's brilliant news!!
Yep dtd only once can do it, the month I got my bfp we only dtd once around o day so I'd pretty much discounted that month until around time for af i just had a funny feeling, and yep there was my much wanted bfp!!
Well done!!

Thanks for your support, I'm so excited I could burst! It's so hard not to tell my parents - they've been waiting for their first grandchild for a long time! I just want to wait until I get my BT results from the doc next week to be sure I'm UTD - sounds dumb I know but I just need a professional to tell me it's really true!
Well the sore bbs and dizziness started when I woke up today - looks like I won't get away without some symptoms, but at least it makes it feel real! I've never been so happy to feel crap!
WOO HOO!
-
Congrats..... wonderful news :)
-
Kristin! Great news!! congrats hun! You must be sooo excited!!
When do you think you will tell the grandparents then? :) any ideas??
-
Were going to tell the Grandparents next week, I just can't hold it in! We'll wait a bit longer to tell friends and I'll drag it out as long as I can for work - they will not be happy, not that I really care though....
-
Congrats. Try and hold off telling anyone as long as you can, particularly with the bleed you had. Sorry, just a little advice from someone who's regretted telling people too early.
-
Satya,
Yes thats good advice thank you, I thought TTC was tough but now the waiting and worrying through the first trimester has taken the cake!
-
Congratulations whats ur secret? LOL :P
-
Ha I wish I knew what the secret was because I'd tell everyone! This is the only month I thought there was no chance of being UTD because we only did it ONCE! And according to FF it was three days prior to O, poor DH was really sick and could find the energy to BD! I'm amazed...:)
Satya, do you think I should be worried about that bleed? I know worrying won't help anything but just wondering what your thoughts are??
-
Everything is probably fine. Lots of women have spotting and a bleed and all is fine. That's just not my experience so I'm quite paranoid. I'd just be holding off til you get your BT results back before sharing the news. The only reason I say that is that my m/c's were lighter than my normal AF's and had I not had BT's done then I could easilty have thought I was still pregnant. From what I can tell this is not that common though, most women bleed more and have pain with a m/c so everything is very likely to be fine. Don't listen to my paranoid rantings, but maybe just hold off to tell people til it's confirmed with the doc.

I would love to know the secret I have been trying for ages...
maybe the less sex you have the better!
