HPT lines ..confused

ok so ,

yesterday i did a test , the brand was confirm ...
about 6pm last night i did a test and a :bfp: showed up .... !!! it showed up quite dark ..

not this morning about 6:30 am i did the other test and now the + line isnt as dark as the one i did yesterday evening .... its still there , you cant miss it , but why is it not as dark and the one i did in the evening , i tought it would be darker as its early morning ....

never the less i am begging to feel PG and last night i got up about 8 times to pee ..
im so knackered ...

it would be very early stages and not sure if i should go to get bt or not or wait a bit ....

If you were up a little more last night pee'ing. It is quite possible u drank a lot before bed and hence ur urine was less conc. Or u were getting rid of excess fluid built up because it was a warmer day yest. I'd def say u r preg if u've had a couple of +ves. Don't worry too much about the brightness of lines. I'd only worry if it disappeared all together on one test. I think a BT is the way to go honey. To give u peace of mind. But it sounds like congratulations are in order! I hope u have a happy healthy 9 months!

Lea, a positive is positive. I don't think you can read much into the darkness of the lines. In my experience, if it is truly positive - it comes up pretty quickly.

I'd say congratulations are in order.

How late are you? Do you know your dates? You will need to visit your GP anyway for a referral to your pregnancy careprovider anyway so maybe you want to ask for a BT to confirm.

I have been a wee on a stick junkie in the past. probably peed on about 30 sticks and i never had a faint line if i wasn't pregnant. I wouldn't worry too much about the brightness either. Last time i was preg i found it hard to believe. I had 2 prev m/c so kept weeing on the stick to make sure i was still UTD. Silly i know, i can laugh at myself now! But the point is, a similar thing happened to me, the line wasn't as dark sometimes and i would panic. Needless to say it all worked out fine this time!

i was due on the 14th of dec .. so only 3 days late .. but i had this inkling that i could be preg as i didnt have any O symptoms .. usually is alot of CM for 3 days with slight pain .. but this time i remember thinking "hmm no Cm thats weird " and now i have lots of it .... but i went walking the other day and had severe AF cramps , i normally get bad cramps , this was so bad i nearly threw up and had to sit on the side of the road till it passed , so i hope it wasnt a bad sign ...

Lea - I had the same thing happen. Yesterday not using FMU as well got a BFP faint but there, yet darker than the previous day, and then today in the morning as I had gotten up only once thru the night, I still got up, and tested just a few hours after and the line still came up yet wasn't as dark as yesterdays. Came up quickly as well. So I will go to the Dr's to get a BT anyway, I think you should too. Lots of sticky vibes.

my confirm tests always did this, sometimes they were light sometimes they were dark, and i'm def pregnant, i think it's jsut the tests??

I used confirm yesterday and got a BFP too. Ended up getting a BT, and my HCG levels were only 17.9. Now I have to hope they rise. GL.

The way I see it there's two possibilities with a feinter line.

1. The wee you tested with was more diluted than the first lot - quite possible if you've been peeing a lot.

2. The HCG is getting less - this is less likely but still possible. I'd really only be concerned if you got a BFN in the middle of them. With my second m/c I had two positives, a negative then a positive on a digital. By the time I saw a doctor my HCG was down to 3 but I was told that to get that many positives on different brands I had to have been UTD. Two days later it was 0.

hmmm , well i hope my hcg is high ... i have very mild symptoms , so no ms just a touch of nausea here and there , i have big headaches though and slight cramping in my uterus ....my bbs have gotten slightly bigger and so have my nipples , but they are not tender .... they werent tender with ds either , but the doc didnt seem to keen that i didnt have many symptoms and told me its most likely a m/c .... what a bummer .....

Lea, what a load of rubbish about the symptoms. Don't convince yourself that it was a mc yet hun. Please go and get a bt for your peace of mind. And think positively hun. Nothing you have mentioned suggests to me that you have anything to worry about. The pains you described when you were out walking, I had when pg with Jack on and off for the first 8 or more weeks. Nothing was wrong at all. Big hugs to you, and let us know how you go.

Lea - My symptoms are only slight nausea that comes and goes, and must say not much today, bb slightly bigger, not sore or hurting, bloated like there is no tomorrow. Headaches that come and go, as well as cramping that seem to also come and go. Thats it for me too, ohh and the burping that seems to also come and go. Some women dont get many symptoms, some dont get any. Did the Dr do a BT? Lots of sticky vibes.

yes the dr did a BT and i get the results tomorrow morning , he did a quantative hcg test .. so im hoping its ok ... i have fuller bbs but no pain and right now i feel good , a bit hot and thirsty ... and havent peed much today so who knows... i will inform ya'll tmorrow !!!

the results were 2342 .... holy moley ... so thats a good sign ... i thought they would be low seeing as i have hardly any symptoms ....
