Goodbye my little angel

I feel sick to my stomach.

I feel like my heart is breaking. And I'm just so scared of what the next few days hold as my I officially "lose" my little angel.

I knew on Sunday (and even before) that I wasn't going to be having a little baby in December as we had hoped, then just now the bleeding has began :crying::crying::crying:

I'm so scared of what follows :(

I'd forgotten how much this hurts.
