Its down to two... WDYT?

So here are my two choices...

Levi or Jai

Which do you like best? Do you know anyone with either of these names? How old are they?

I dont know any, but a few Jais, ranging from 4 to mid 30s, with a variety of spellings.

oh Ash was almost going to be a Levi!! I love both cos Jai(dan) too ;)

I think Jai is slightly more common then Levi, however Levi is coming 'into fashion' atm too which is why I went with Ashton :)

I know a Levi in his 20's.

I have a nephew called Jai ( 7 years old ) - ummmm - . Not to say it's not a good choice for you.

I prefer Jai!!! :) I haven't heard of any Jai's but a few Levi's. My sons name is Jay Tyler! :)

i never thought of it like Jay... i chose it for Jai like eye.

i guess that is something people may get mixed up with. didnt think of that...????

My cousin's little boy is 4 and his name is Jye. Maybe if you spell it like this people may not get confused. Just a suggestion. Oh my dogs name is Levi but dont let that put you off as he is just adorable.:D

I assumed you meant 'Jye' pronunciation, not 'Jay'. But I agree that it would be better spelt Jye to alleviate any confusion. Levi is a nice name too.

I don't know any kids under 5 with either of these names.

i know a boy he is 2 and he is Jye i actually prefer the spelling Jye over jai but i like Y's in names!

Over the 2 i would pick Levi because i think it is less common which i prefer, but both at nice names!

I like them both Myson! (Though I much prefer the spelling of Jai over Jye). But I think that Levi is both more unusual and also more "historical" so I'd be choosing Levi myself.

DD1 has a Levi at daycare and he is such a rough and tumble kid. Very cute but hard to handle. He is a personality packed kid

I LOVE Levi - I was admanant DS was going to be Levi, not a doubt in mind mind...until he was born and it just didn't 'feel' right for him so we went with something else.

I prefer levi.. and I know 2 guys with those names.. but they are in thier 20's.. suits them both.. prefer Levi over Jai though

Which one goes better with your last name? How many syllables in your last name? If you have a 1 syllable last name - I'd go with Levi. (ie- Levi Johns) If you have a 2 or more syllable last name I think you can go either way.... sorry if thats not much help.

Have you considered using one as a middle name?

I know a levi (7yrs old) and a jye (11years). Both nice names

two syllabels in the surname, ends is "e". which kind of makes me lean towards Jai, but Levi does fit with it too. But maybe Jai fits better....????
