WDYT of "Summer"????

Df and i were discussing names last night and we came across summer.....
would like to no what u lovely ladies think....
Also how would u spell it.....

I love the name, think it is gorgeous, just making sure it doesnt sound too literal is the problem!!

Like honeychild said, Summer Sayle, is probably too literal.

So, for example, IMO surnames such as Beech, Day, Sands... etc - all English, literal words don't really work... otherwise, LOVE it!!

I love it, it's a really beautiful name, and I would go with the regular spelling 'Summer'.

Just don't spell it with an 'a' on the end - think that looks uneducated - no offense to anyone with that spelling.

Im not a huge fan, its a bit "trendy" for me. And a bit "OC". And there was that annoying Summer on Neighbours. Nah, not for me.
