Hello to everyone, my first post here. I have just found out I am six weeks pregnant and I am 46 years old! :o i have polycystic ovarian syndrome and had three years of fertility treatment before my beautiful miracle was born. He is now 10 years old. It is unbelievable to me that I could fall pregnant on my own at this age. I haven't told anyone yet. I know I have a high risk of losing the baby so I'll just wait and see what happens.
The baby is due on my 47th birthday! wish me luck...

I had my first baby (a girl) naturally at 40.5 ... but WOW for you :dance:
There is a Mum at playgroup who had her 1st bub at 46 though with the help of IVF ... her bright & healthy DD is now 2.5 :D

Welcome to BellyBelly this is a wonderful site with lots of lovely ladies to share the jouney with and great for all the advice, info and understanding that we need as mums!!
If you look in the baby section under belly buddies you will find a bellybuddy group for women that are due the same time as you, I really recommend joinging the appropriate one, they r a lot of fun!

I too Have PCO (no syndrome) . Quite a few ladies on here have PCOS too... I think its amazing and wish you all the luck in the world...
