Anyone else have 'Spiritual' Children?

Hi there all
was wondering if there are many of us out their with 'spiritual' children
what i mean is kids that have a heightend sixth sense. Kids that pick up and feel things that other kids dont normally do.

My DS is a 'Chrystal Child' and my DD is a 'Rainbow Child' and healer.
They are six years old.

My DS has spoken openly since he could talk about his past lives, his 'friends ' that he plays with and things that come and visit him. He also in tunes with people very easily and I have to ground him often as he does not know how to shut them out and is open all the time.

My DD is very nurturing and know when kids need some TLC without being told. She intuitively knows how to make other feel better, but hasnt learnt to channel her energy from the universe, instead of from herself so some days she comes home from school exhausted from giving out all her energy.


Its challenging raising kids that have gifts that cannot be seen, but only felt. Trying to nuture theif gifts in a conformists setting such as school.

Would love to chat with other mums who face similar challenges.

Oh I hear you!

My DD1 talked several times about former lifetimes when she was younger. She also said that at night, an angel would come and give her wings, and they would fly together to a cave that had a big crystal in it.

However, since she started school she seems to have forgotten a lot of this. :( She is however often "off with the fairies" and it's a constant struggle to remind her to pay attention to what her body is doing in the here and now!

One thing I would really have loved for DD (but which wasn't possible for other reasons) would have been to send her to a Steiner school. Have you investigated that possibility at all Det?

i hear you about them being here and now- DS is constantly not in the present!
Its funny that you say about the steiner school
the school that the kids go to has an inquiry stream and a steiner stream- my kids do the inquiry stream, as i was thought that DS needed to be grounded more and thought steiner wouldnt be structured enough for them.
However, they still get to participate in parts of the steiner festivals and activities, and are mixing all the time with the steiner classes.
so best of both worlds!

Have you done any research into Chrystal Children, Indigo Children and Rainbow Children??
DS is a chrystal child and from the way that you are speaking, I wouldnt be surprised if your DD is a Chrystal child as well- as chrystal children have been here before- they are the ones that are going to bring peace and harmony to the world.

Its has been hard for their school to accept their gifts and talents- however we are getting there bit by bit- the irony is that DH hasnt had to change to fit into the school environment- the kids around him have changed to be like him!

My DD is.... in many different ways

one way is seeing spirits..

We had suspected it, but we had it confirmed just before she was 2... my grandmother passed away december 20 2006. She visited daily for a week and half, and my DD freaked out. We would be sitting there and she would be walking around playing as she did, then she would just stop, staring at the same place (it was a spot in the living area), she would say "lady" "lady is back". She was terrified at first, but as each day passed, with each visit it was asif she came to know she did know who the "lady" was....

Another time of confirmation for me was we were at a GF's of mine. This GF had a cat named "puss", the most handsom, and loving cat. Anyhow, we hadnt been to visit them for a few weeks, when my GF rang and said puss had been put down. (they discovered he had diabtete's and they chose to put him down) ANYWAY, so i went over to just visit and i guess say my goodbyes, as i loved him so much.

Anyhow, the girls were playing (our DD's are only 3 months apart), and my DD stopped ded in her tracks... looked at me then pointed at the door. This is the door where puss would often get to, (as he wasnt allowed inside) so he would sneak in to this door and just sit. Guess for him it was enough to feel apart of it.... anyhow, DD stood pointing and saying puss, puss.... i knew instantly he was there and i asked her "can you see puss, is he there?" and she nodded. She was unsure, as i am sure he would appear different....and she possibly couldnt understand why, BUT... she was so beauitful about it.

She also knows things before we do, or before she is told. Few examples spring to mind;

2 years ago we were living in Kilmore, this one night she lept running to the living room window crying and screaming saying "plane plane"... i would go and look, and i couldnt see a plane... so id just calm her down and go back to the couch. This happened about 3 times in approx 20 minutes at around 8.30pm....

The next morning watching the news and it comes across that there was a small plane accident about an hour from us...all people on board died. The accident happen around 8.45pm the night before!

BUT most recent...

Grandma had her bday pressie's hidden. There was no way she saw what she was going to be given. DF and i didnt even know!

When grandma brought it out to give it too her, DD states "oooo yay yay is that my new princess dressing gown grand-ma?"

My MIL just looked at me.... looked at DF...we both shook our heads and said we didnt even know what you got her.

By this time DD had unwrapped it and yep, it was a bright pink princess dressing gown!!!

So yeah... we do. She always freak's us out day to day... and when i say "freaks us out" i dont mean we are scared by it, it just takes us by surprise as whatever we think, she says... and it can be frustrating. Like if i get frustrated with her, and say i think something negative like "i just wish youd be quiet- or go to bed go to bed MUMMY NEEDS TIME OUT" whatever, she replies to me verbally....

I have started to see the dynamics of her nurturing side... as she is so wise in her self, and how she deals with other people, doesnt matter thier age. She relates to such a vast age group of people... from babies to older adults... and all in between!

I worry about school time... will be keen to read from other mums who are already there!!!

p.s how do you know about what they are? be it rainbow/crystal etc?

p.s.s sorry if this was too long! lol just great to find people to speak to about. Any of my friends who i tell think i am clearly nuts!! :doh:

Det- the cousin of mine I was talking to you about said she is an indigo mother and has a rainbow daughter.

I really have no idea what these mean but will follow this thread so I can find out more.

Just did some research on the Chrystal Children, Indigo Children and Rainbow Children...

I KNOW my son is a CRYSTAL CHILD... if not for anything else what screams it is his eyes... everywhere we go he engages adult's and some children instantly, and they always say "wow, he has just the most amazing eyes, they are so big" and then he gets all his other comments...

isnt it great to know that we are not alone, nurturing our beautiful Chrystal and Indigo children. It is such a big responsibility raising a spiritual child- i am so aware that i do not want to do wrong by then and want to ensure that i encourage their gifts and provide total and absolute acceptance of things- even when we cannot see them or verify them!

Doreen Virtue did heaps of research into Chrystal children- her son actaully lives in Qld!

FWIW from my research
Chrystal children- you know from their eyes!!! Crystal children have been here before and had at least several incaranations before. They are the ones that are going to bring peace, love and unity back into the world. Their senses are so developed, yet sometimes they have difficulities with speach as they dont need to speak to communicate- they can communicate on so many other levels. They can walk into a room, and sense who needs a cuddle. They know what is going on, well before we do. They sense disaster, calmness, death, life and upheaval well before we see any signs of it.They sense things. Try playing pictionary with a Chrystal child- its a gas- they know the answers from one squiggle lol.


Indigo children- they are the warriors. This is the first earth bound life- so hence they have difficulity with conformity and following rules. They are not being naughty when they disobey conformity- they just have never had to follow these rules before. Indigo kids are the forerunner kids who will fight through the paths so that the chrystal kids can follow behind them. They are often highly excitable, and highly energenic kids on very definate missions

I have found that chrystal children will spot each other out of a crowd and be drawn to each other. WHen they play, their interaction is on another level- not much speaking happening, but lots of communicating. Indigo and chrystal children also tend to find each other, altough because of indigo childrens high energy, the chrystal kids tend to get frustrated as they cant keep them still! LOL

Its important when raising a spiritual child, to teach them to ground themselves. Just as the tides in the ocean rise and fall, our little spiritual sponges do as well. When this happens, get them dirty! Get them in the garden- reconnecting with the earth- anchor them!

So that is a summary off the top of my head what i have found out about so far!

YES.. all you have written about crystal children is my son to a T. His speech is not great, but yet we ALWAYS know what he wants or is trying to get across.

What you said about knowing when death or something was going to happen, gave me an answer to something he did on wednesday this week.... wed monring he walked up to me and rubbed my belly, like down low, where the baby would of been (we lost #3 last month).. anyhow, it had been over 5 weeks since the loss and as i hadnt had a period i thought oooooo, i wonder if i am pregnant again?! Anyway, that night i started bleeding, very heavy with intense pain. This had me at hospital by the next day and it turned out, i passed the baby from last month, yesterday. It was very traumatic... but now i know what he was doing or more so, WHY he did it.... he wasnt rubbing my belly for a new life, but more for the baby who was still there and was about to leave me. /crys

WOW. i love this.

As for my DD... she falls into alot of the catergory/traits of the indigo, she is just full of energy and we can never keep up. She struggles CONSTANTLY with abiding by what we ask of her, except she can follow rules such as hold hands to cross roads, etc but when it comes to things around the home, we find we have to ask or repeat ourselve's over 100 times (or so it feels) if not then bring some form of punishment into line, just to get her to listen. Just tonight i got that frustrated with her, because she has days where she will not listen to me or her father at all.... and she is so strong willed.

But then she has this very strong psychic side of her, that has her connecting with me and my mother in particular, in a deep emotional way. If i am upset at all, she 'feel's it... (maybe thats with all kids but i dont have to be with her for her to be upset when i am, same goes for my mum)...

So i don't know. She try's to parent us, and to control all situation's she is in. I have always wondered can this personality trait begin so early on, control.. or if it is her spiritual self. For example, at CC the other day, all the girls we washing there hands for afternoon tea, and one noticed some poo on the bathroom floor, all the girls stood around going "eeewwwww pooo ewwwww" you know cringing like little girls do etc etc.. DD walked up, looked at it, sighed.. went got some toilet paper, went back wipped it up and said "there its all gone. done ok" rolled her eyes and through it in the toilet... flushed..washed her hands and went and sat down.

I just stood there stunned. But yet so proud of her..... lol

She has a very loving, mothering nature... as per the example i suppose i just wrote.

She is VERY emotional. And we are really finding she really struggles in finding a way of controlling her emotion's. She feel's them so strongly.... very intense.. but then i am like that too...

what do you think? would love to hear your thoughts...

I don't know anything about Rainbow children or anything but my youngest is VERY spiritual. I have loads of stories about her. She has predicted things happening, read my mind and has a link to somone who was close to me as a child who has since passed on. She knows things she just shouldn't or couldn't know! I don't know if I should elaborate. Maybe tomorrow, it's all pretty full on.

it will be interesting to see what the next few days/weeks bring about with my twins. My nan died last week and we had her funeral today. Wonder how long it will take before they start talking to their gran again.

Papilion I am soo sorry for your loss. A similar thing happened to me when i had a loss at 12 weeks a year in sept 07. DS was all over the place and I could not ground him the week before . He was crying uncontrollably all week- he was nearly 5- so this was not something that he did normally. I would ask him why he was sad, and he didnt know why he was so upset! Everything was going well with the pg and have felt the baby move etc. At my 12 week scan, later that week- discovered bubs had died the day before- for unknow reasons. DS was upset, but no where as upset as he had been the week before- he knew what was happening even before i did. Afterwards he stopped crying and went back to being his normal self. He still talks about 'bobo' even to this day, and how much he misses the baby.

Another incident .. . .
my twins were born 10 weeks early- really sick etc. anyway he told me last school hols that when he was a baby, he was in the same hospital as one of the boys in another class. I asked him how he knew this, and he just said because he was! Silly me

I asked the boys mum about this and it turned out that yes we were in the same hossy, but they were in there 6 months before us and spent a long time in the same special care as well. I told her what my son had said and she smiled. Turns out that her DS was a twin and his twin had been in special care as well and had died in there!! So it wasnt his mate that he was seeing, but his ID twin brother!! He still remembers being sick as a baby- describing medical things that were wrong with him- equipment that he was on etc! Thing like- when i was born i could breath in but not breathe out- that is exactly correct and what CPAP is used for!!!

How weird, I was just talking to a friend at work about this yesterday. We have a long history of "somethings" in our family and it seems my DS has it. I'll tell you about a few experiences.

My DH lost his Dad last October and a few months ago I was driving in the car with DS and DD and DS says "bye bye Pappa" and I got a shiver and asked him where's Papa Ewan and he replied Papa's at Ewans house, Papa's sad. I told my DH about it later when he got home and he asked Ewan if Papa was still here and he said no Papa's gone now.

When he was a baby he was a terrible sleeper and I remember one night about 4am I'd been up with him for hours and I begged my Dad to help me (he passed away when I was 20 weeks preg) and Ewan suddenly stopped crying pointed to the coner of the room and started giggling and then went straight to sleep.
And just this week we were in the car waiting at the lights and DS said Timmy is sad. I asked him where was Timmy and he said in the blue car and sure enough there was a blue car with a empty baby seat beside us. He said Timmy's crying he wants his teddy.

It's all too much of a coincidence to be a childs imagination. Plus my Mum has it as well.

Ewan was very sick recently and was in the ICU at Monash and I had called my Mum at about middnight to ask her to gather her prayer circle as I was scared he would be taken from us. I then called her back at 2am to tell her he had stabilised and she said said she already knew as se had felt a "lightness" just before I called her.

There is many many more similar stories but I won't go into all of them now. I could write a book!

Det- wow about your DS seeing his friend's twin, as i was reading your post, when you said your son had been in the hossy with his class mate, i thought bet it was his twin that passed away then i read that and had tingles.... Just precious.. and remembering what happened to him... just amazing!

Krisp- i had a few tears about your DS and when you asked for your dads help, and he came and helped. How precious! And your DS about timmy... it made me just want to know where timmy was and if was/is ok?!

Oh and on the note of writing a book, do you write them down for your kids so they can look back and see what they did or can do? I wish i have.... i should start!

I would love to hear about any experiences with Steiner Schools. My DH really wants DS to go to one. I'm not sure though as he is also highly intellegent (has known all his letters since he was 2 and has started reading and learning the time now and counts to 40) and I want him to be challenged academically as well. I get the whole spiritual thing and the need to educate him in a more natural way but in the real world he will need to go to Uni and get a "real" job will a Steiner school prepare him for this?

My 3rd child Chloe....I kinda have to set the secene so..Here goes.

I was on Depoprovera injection and I thought I was pregnant in Feb 02, did pregnancy tests which were pos, neg, I just couldn't figure out whether I was or not. Did my final pregnancy test which had a dot in the middle of the pos line so I went to the dr with the test and she threw it in the bin. Did a test in the surgery which was neg. I even had a blood test! I had my next top up of depo and went on my way.

6 and a half mths later (and another depo inj) I was standing in line at medicare and felt my stomach churn, I instantly KNEW what that was. I was pregnant. VERY pregnant. So, on my way home I grabbed a preg test and it was positive. DER!

This child had gone through me having xrays and not been detected, I had drank and smoked for the 6 mths and also had been on medication which was not suitable for pregnancy. She was just meant to be.

Anyway, from a very early age she was obsessed with the name Lisa. I fobbed it off thinking she just liked the name. When we got our dog I said to her we'll call her Lisa, Chloe was mortified and said No Lisa isn't a dogs name lol. As she got older she would talk about Lisa alot. Everything she said related to Lisa in some way. One day she told me about a dream she had about a car crashing into a tree. She said it was on a country road and there were lots of people int he car, the car was blue. It crashed into a tree as it was going around a bend (all in her words of course). People died and Lisa was in there.

Lisa was a girl who lived next door to us when we were kids. She was quite a bit older than us but loved us dearly and we loved her. When Lisa was 17 she was killed in a car accident when the BLUE car she was a passenger in crashed into a tree on a bend on a country road!!

I knew this, I have never spoken to my kids about Lisa. I was about 6 when she died and she hasnt crossed my mind over the years to be honest.

One day I played ABBA, I never play my ABBA cd but the girls had watched Mama Mia and wanted to hear it. Lisa was obsessed with ABBA as a kid and Chloe just piped up singing EVERY WORD to dancing Queen which was Lisa's favourite song! She had never heard it before, except for on Mama Mia once.

She also told me a story once about Lisa being in the car with me when I was a baby and Nanna (my mum) reversed out of the driveway and hit the letterbox.

I rang my mum who isn't into spiritual kind of things and told her, she was gobsmacked. Everything she has said about Lisa is true, even the letterbox! I mean how does a child just 'know' these things?

Apart from the Lisa stuff, she has predicted that the house across the road from us will burn down and we will go outside to watch it lol. That hasnt happened yet but would be interesting if it does.

She reads my mind daily. Just yesterday She was sitting int he back of the car and I was driving in my own little world and had forgotten to change gear so I was accidentally cruising in 3rd gear when I should have been in 4th. I suddenly thought in my head not out loud or anything "oh i'm still in 3rd" and instantly Chloe said "Mum did you forget you were in 3rd gear?" even before I'd changed into 4th. Kids don't normally take notice of what gear you are driving in lol.

She keeps telling me about a girl from King Lake who was in her undies when the fire came she says she had to go outside when the fire came, in her undies. She said she is still with her house and her house is burnt. She is sad, she wants to put clothes on.

I have more and more stories, these are jsut the ones I can think of right now.

Our kids are special and we are because we didnt choose them- they chose us! Yep we were hand picked by our little ones to come into their lives- they chose us because they knew that we would nurture them the way that they need to be nurtured.

Often their gifts are passed down from someone else in their family. Its in our family, and often parent of chrystal children, indigo and rainbow children are in fact chrystal, indigo or rainbow adults! I know myself that i have certain gifts- and its only natural that our kids have these gifts as well- but usually more heightened !

our new son who is 10 weeks, is allready starting to smile at things that we cannot see. A friend read his star chart for me yesterday and said that he was gonna be even more spiritual than his brother and sister! He was our natural babe after 10 years of heartache trying to get pg and 7 IVF attempts- about to go back for cycle number 8 and we had done it by ourselves!!! My pg with him was amazing, his birth was absolutely awesome- he was our healing baby after everything that happened when our twins were born! Even now he is the cruiziest kid ! My karmic earth baby I call him. He loves the trees, and is facinated by everything in nature.

So yep totally believe that these kids are sent to us to be loved, natured for a reason- we have been handpicked by them to do this job!!! They have often come into our lives against the odds!

I am gonna have to give that some thouhght.. (as in being picked).. i know i have read that before, that we pick our parents. With all that i am currently going through with my mum, i can not for the life of me understand why i chose her! Sounds bad right?! as i said, we are in the midst of a huge transitional stage in our relationship... will we grow closer from it?! or completely apart?! i honestly have no idea...

So as for why or if, my children chose me..... /goes off to think

Pap...Chloe certanily dodged a bullet so to speak. She would not be here if I knew I was pregnant early on (mods please remove if this comment isn't appropriate). She was hiding for a reason.

No I haven't taken her to a psychic but have wanted to for a couple of years. I just want to go to a reputable one but have no idea where to find one.

Lisa is certainly here for a reason, she has been in my house, not here atm but I have sensed her presence several times. Once I was having an argument with a friend staying here and she turned the TV on int he middle of the night to frighten her LMAO....It worked. My mum has spoken to Lisa's mum about it and she is desperate to meet Chloe but I have not taken her there because I don't know whether she expects her to be lisa. She is not Lisa! Lisa is with her and somehow came to me for a reason.

I don't know the people who own the house across the road. It's a holiday house and no one ever seems to be there. We've lived here for a couple of years and I am yet to see life there.

My answer to this question is YES. I have always had what I have always call 'instincts' only because I had no idea about the psychic world when I was younger. I find myself being drawn to places, people and things. I also have dreamt things happening only to find they do later on. I have never honed into these 'instincts' and wish I knew how.

Have any of you read "the celestine prophecy" by James Redfield?? If not, i highly recommend you do, i think you would gain A LOT from it. I am about to read it again... and the first time i read it was ten years ago...... it is a book you never keep far from you!!!!!!!!!!

I think I know of the male you are talking about. I have heard rave reviews about him but didn't go to him for personal reasons that you know of (no disrespect whatsoever). A friend of mine used to see him on a regular basis.

No haven't heard of the book but will go find it.

I find it all very intrusting...

I dont know if I have spritral winkies... but we have always thought DD1 could see things we couldnt... even as a young baby...

sence we have been in this house she has told us that a mean man comes to visit her whome she doesnt like very much... but the nice lady always tells him to go away... she told us the old ladies name was Marion ( which is DD1 middle name ) so we werent sure if she was just making up any old name or the lady really was marion ( which would be her great nanna) ...

DD1 is a way out there little girl never affraid of anyone is drawn to older people ( like 50+) very load and bostrus and quite a handful at time... put it this way life would be very dull without her around she keeps me on my toes...

DD2 and DS are very quite souls keep to themselves and dont feel the need to talk DS didnt say a word until he was 3... DD2 is almost 3 and doesnt say too much...

Both DS and DD are like two pea's from the same pod, so much so that when UTD with DD2 we thought she was going to be a boy as the prengnancy was identaical to DS's bith in size and shape of my tummy to what made me sick and dizzy... Both ( DS when younger not so much now ) would sit quitely all day near my feet and play happly or watch a DVD... DD1 still cant still though a whole movie even if she was the one who choose it...)

DD2 seams to know we are TTC #4 even though we havent told the winkies we are, as before she would let me have nothing to do with babies I wasnt even aloud to sit near one let alone hold one... but now she is the one draging me over to them and telling me she wants a goo goo ga ga and I am even aloud to hold them while she gently touch's their heads....

Like I said I have no idea if this all means that I have spritral winkies or not... but thought I would tell you all a little about them anyway... Pap has ment them brifly, and boy o boy did DS and pappies DD like each other ;)

Det- oh arent they awesome! I loved when my mum did my kids.... can actually be so very helpful in raising the kids i believe. You an tailor your parenting slightly different for each child. (hmm does that make sense?) lol

Be very interesting to see how your DSII goes.... I might have to get my ones out and re go over them... but since the move i hnfi where they are! lol

What do you think of, our kids (or ourselves) being connected to people who are still here? For example, last night, my DD came up and out of no where started talking to me about something she actually has no knowledge of. (the separation of her nanny & poppy), which was approx 5-6 months ago).... I just burst into tears when she said what she said... and you could see her little mind trying to make sense of it.

I guess, it fall's into the category of when you keep thinking of someone, then POP, they come into your life. Be it, a phone call, message, bump into them... etc..

A friend of mine did the kids charts as a gift
she explained them to me- but i dont fully understand it all
apparently the twins- DS and DD have 4 planets in their main thingy and DS2 has 5 plantets! Which means that they are very complicated, sensitive and spiritual beings. They also all have several planets the same in this cluster.

I totally agree about them being connected to people that are still here. DS will say that this one or that one is going to come over- and they do. I do this as well and have been able to since i was a kid as well. On another level- everyday i will go to ring my DH randomly, or he will go to ring me and our phones will be engaged as we are ringing each other!!! This happens everyday, at least a couple of times- lol. So i definately believe in connections with other people that we cannot see, but only feel. My mum and my grandmother have this gift as well, so for me it is just a normal thing that we do.

Have any of you girls have other members of the family that are spiritual as well. We have what we call a gift in our family. Its has been passed down through the females in my family, but my DS has it as well. When one of these women passes, our gift tends to get stronger for the rest of us. With my nan's passing, i am waiting to see what happens. Have allready had some contacts with her.
