Still, the expensive price and small size is better on my waistline :)
I got a Phillipa's hamper from my old work once, OMG it was to die for.

i went to beachworth bakery in echuca last weekend and i think it is way over-rated. our local bakery is much better- mt dandenong bakery and yarra glen bakery are my faves.
Yeh, GRACIE ... I reckon there selection is nothing like it was yrs ago when I first came across it in actual Beechworth about 15yrs ago.
... And their ever popular Bee-Sting has been insanely over priced & recently went up in price again
Could NOW buy a full-size cake in Coles for the same price.
Though I reckon the foccacia prices are pretty reasonable (& yummy too) :D
Like the seating arrangement BEST in the BENDIGO beechworth bakery & is always extremely clean unlike the dirty tables I always see at the Ballarat beechworth bakery (went there last Friday morn, & yep once again the tables were dirty again & it wasn't even busy).
It's a shame a lot of local smaller business' (bakeries) don't get to become so well known like the Beechworth Bakery chain. There are a ton out there with much cheaper prices & a lot more yummy & a more descent size too
... So, fantastic for US that this thread was posted
