You can pan fry them ;) Nahhh they don't catch on fire... but make sure you ***** them a bit so they absorb the flavours.

I make smausage wellington - put a shortcut bacon rasher and a sausage on puff pastry, roll it up and seal the ends, and bake in the oven :) Yummm!

sausage hot dogs are the bomb!!!! Sausage on a long breadroll with grated cheese, chopped up gherkin and bbq sauce! nom nom nom!
