That just happened to me now! Had to make another cup but no way will it be as good I'm sure!:
I'm a huge tea drinker. My fav is good old Lipton. Not sure why, think it brings back memories of my childhood. I love tea with milk or lemon or honey and lemon if I'm feeling a bit under the weather. Need to broaden my tea education i think so will need to check out sone of these recommendations!
Funny that you like chamomile in the morning as I like it in the evening sometimes if I want a good nights sleep due to it's sleepy/relaxing effect or I have it to aid in digestion as it relaxes your colon. I also drink peppermint if I have a headache or just feel achy all over or if I want a bit of a pick me up. I LOVE rosehip but don't drink it that much. My main every day tea is Earl Grey and I have a cup every morning with milk and honey. I also love Chai and stopped drinking it while pregnant on a daily basis but I really must get back into it again as it's by far my favorite! I can never get the tea strong enough though and while pregnant I even had 2 tea bags in some times. I have been given a recipe for chai tea so I might start making it myself and brewing it up really strong... sighs... I can smell it now! AHHHHH Others that I really like are green tea as a 'filler' for when I want a cuppa but think I should have a healthier option and lemon and ginger is great for if I feel a bit sick or to warm up my body in winter. Adding some real ginger and a real slice of lemon gives it an extra bit of grunt too.
green tea with mint is my fave. but i also like lady grey, peppermint & i love green tea with roasted rice (not sure if that's the right name for it though :lol:)
I love English breakfast with the tiniest amount of milk. And a huge fan of iced tea's.
I've recently discovered T2. Turkish apple... drool..
I do love my tea, am gradually getting a tea collection up now that i have access to specialist tea places. I prefer loose leaf, but will do the silk bags like t-2 put their tea in at a pinch.
I can't wait for winter, as it is perfect tea weather :)
First thing in the morning I need a super strong mug (or two) of English Breakfast
Mid afternoon a chai is good
by the afternoon I want an Early Grey
And in the evening a fruit tea, or calmomile honey and lemon to help me sleep.
I am also partial to a green tea on occasion :)

T2 Have it. In chunky too! Not sure how it would compare, but definitely nommable. I've been trying to convince J to buy more since he works near T2!

I am the same with milk, the worst is someone making it for you and when you say a drop of milk you get it and it is almost white. I always say make it look like dirty water or I do it myself.

My husbands family is english and I think they said milky tea is the norm for them. And so when I've said just a little bit, it's still massive amounts! I've gotten very good at politely 'forgetting' to drink my tea whilst talking.
Finally, people who like tea! I need lots of milk in my tea, so the herbal teas aren't for me.
My main everyday tea is Nerada but I love English Breakfast and Earl Grey.
Darjeeling is nice too on occasion, as is Lady Grey, Orange Pekoe or Vanilla.
And a chai latte is my absolute fave, though I don't really like normal chai tea. Raw Energy (a cafe, are they a chain??) make the best chai latte ever. It comes on a tray with a pot, separate milk, honey etc, takes up the whole table almost and you make it yourself how you want it. Now that's a proper chai latte!
Traditional Afternoon or Irish Breakfast are my fave teas to have with milk.
Herbal I love White Rose Tea. That would be my fave. Next would be Green Tea w/Rose. Then probably Genmaicha (green tea with toasted brown rice).
I used to take tea very seriously. Had bit of an obsession at one point. Even had a "tea cupboard". But life has got in the way since then.

Ooh the milk in tea thing is such a problem I have found. Everyone is so particular. One "friend" was so bad (and rude) about it, that in the end I would just hand her the tea cup and milk to do it herself. She rudely rejected a cup I made for her one day (it had 1 1/2 tsp, rather than 1), so I drank mine, then I drank hers and did not make her another.
I like about a tablespoon (never measured, so just a guess)
I'm never that fussy. For me to not drink it, it has to be so milky. It makes me feel ill if I drink it. And I've never been rude about it! It's just milk in tea after all.:

I used to drink tea with milk in, but I just can't do it anymore! It just happened, pretty much over night when I was in my teens (seems like so long ago now!).
I like black tea... Not really fussed on brand. Not a fan of Earl Grey, but will drink it if there's all there is... But I discovered Darjeeling at at a wedding 12mths ago. Delish!
T2 has some good flavours! My sil says there's a boutique tea shop at South Bank in Brisbane. Might have to check it out!
