i dont do anythign special, but i like the idea of adding some cheese. DP sometimes adds a bit of finely chopped ham or strass(depending what we have in the fridge at the time)

I ended up making scrambled eggs last night for dinner. And DH once again told me they were the best! I swear it is all the butter I use. I will stick to milk but I think the cream would send me over the cholesterol edge - though I do use it when it is in the fridge.
I know a lot of people think they don't like scrambled eggs, but I think it is because they have only had them overcooked and rubbery - so easy to convert them when they try proper ones.
I usually have the toast cooking and leave the eggs in the pan but off the heat whilst I butter the toast and then quickly serve them.

Well I just made some scrambled eggs and took in to consideration what everyone has suggested... and they werent too bad!!! Except I think I salted them a little bit too much!
I used cream this time and I think they tasted a lot better than with milk, or maybe it was because I didnt overcook them?? They were definitely a lot creamier, but not much there cause I only used 1 egg. Is it better to use more eggs than just 1?
Katie - I might try you way next time with jsut milk and more butter on the pan.
Oh, and if you mix something in to the scrambled eggs, how do you do it? I've been having it all on the pan together while its cooking (so the ham or smoked salmon is warm), so this how you do it or do you mix it in when its all cooked?
LOL Who would have thought I would have soo many questions about something as simple as scrambled eggs!!

I do them in the microwave too! In my tupperware jug, sooo much easier to clean than a pan!
