What's for dinner? # 2

I got chinese takeaway honey chicken and fried rice. DF and the kids had leftover BBQ meat from the night before.

tonight lasagne, chips or potato gems and salad

Last night DH got Indian takeaway (some fish with chilli coating, Chicken tikka masala and Lamb Rogan Josh, rice and Nann bread) and Champers followed by choc croissants and ice cream yum yum!!!!

Tonight who knows i just remembered mince i bought on thurs was in fridge grrrr so its not an option bye bye mince!

So maybe creamy lemon chicken or hmmmm not sure

Tonight, I'm going to to try my hand at eggplant parma's, stuffed with sundried tomatoes and cheese. Going to serve them with steak, so the Man doesn't think I'm turning him into a vegetarian.

As soon as I wash some dishes. Boo hoo.

Roasted vegetable & feta pizza and a few glasses of white wine

I have some friends over for school night dinner tonight and I have made an eggplant, tomato and chick pea soup, will be followed by fat bangers, mash, caramalised onion and home made tomato sauce and green tomate chutney (that my friend made), topped off by apple and plum crumble and king island cinamon and honey yoghurt.

Must dash to the markets to get my last minute ingredients!

Left over beef red wine casserole from slow cooker coooked on friday.

Vegan lasagne, with a side of steamed vegies. Apple and hazelnut crumble for dessert.
Not sure about the company though - work contact of DH's and his girlfriend. Never met them. Nervous!

I getting overly creative tonight - my turn to cook coz the bunnies are playing.

Ham and Potato quiche style bake, with self saucing chocolate pudding for dessert - all made from scratch! Found a new aussie blog style website with all these delicious recipes on it, and just had to start trying some out!.

I'm having leftover penne with vegies, tomato, chilli, bacon and marinated olives. DP is probably going to have poached eggs on toast because he's had a bit of a stomach thing and doesn't feel like much. And DS just had tuna and vegie pasta and rice with cheesy white sauce. And pears. Although he did have to fight me for the pears. Oh boy are they goooooood right now.
