We are going morrocan for tonight, morrocan lamb with a morrocan cous cous which is packed with lots of flavours never having cooked cous cous before I'm hoping it turns out edible

I'm tossing up between homemade potato soup with french bread (homemade of course ;)) and mexican..... its a hard choice. It is cold and rainy, so soup may win
I've lifted out mince, so I daresay it will be Swedish Meatballs tonight.

Pizza! Perfect state of origin food. I got inspired from masterchef the other night and am going to try pear, blue cheese, prosciutto and rocket pizza.......fingers crossed it is yum!

Tonight for us is grilled chicken topped with avacado, tomato and cheese with mash and veggies ~ simple, quick and yummy :D
Tonight is oven roasted chicken drumsticks, chicken rice (cooked in chicken stock) with bacon & veggies.

I have to find my big glass oven dish, have a horrible feeling it's at the old house still... hmmm drumsticks will be coated in breadcrumbs, use a tiny tiny bit of spray oil in the pan and then let em bake... easy easy easy.:
