I was doing chops and vegies (real exciting) but I have to go out and pick up DH's car at 5.30 and the chops are still frozen solid!! What can I do??? quick and easy!!

Lamb stew in the slow cooker with half the ingredients misssing, couldn't get to the shops with one very sick little boy, so just making do.

Change of plans. I drumstick didn't defrost. So now it's Pan Fried Salmon, Asian style Broccoli & Steamed Rice. Noms.
Kids just scoffed homemade hamburgers. Scoffing mine now and damn they are yum. :D
