I've just put a curried sausage casserole in the oven, also made couscous for the first time ever - fraid I don't like the taste.
Spiced tempeh nuggets with pumpkin and basil barley stew and fresh green beans.
Comfort foods.
Homemade beef and black bean sauce done in the slow cooker. Jasmine rice done in the thermomix.
DD had Wiggles Spaghetti on toast, DH had spaghetti on toast, I had tuna on toast!
Vegetarian curried sausages and rice.
Tonight we had Orange and Rosemary Chicken with cauliflower, broccoli, and beans with a cheese sauce... and STILL my DD asked for bread!
Was pumpkin soup and rolls last night!
Baked salmon and pureed cauli with some greens tonight....yummy!
Maccas for us tonight because we're going out.
