Whats for dinner?

Tonight is comfort food because we're all coming down with colds - home made fish & chips :)

we had roast lamb and veg last night - was delish!!! just asked DH what he wants for dinner tonight and got the standard "I dunno" - so i guess it's up to me to decide!

it's one of my fav dishes- great give me time to do things .......... like belly belly

I'm pretty lucky though

tonights chicken nuggets and salad.... too easy.

Tomorrow... porcupine meatballs in the SC for the family.

well, after going to the doc this afternoon, neither DH nor I really felt like cooking, so we're having small baked spuds (the ones from the frozen food aisle - italian herbs), sprinkled with shaved bacon and topped with cheese, melted over the top. very rich, but OMG, it's delish!

we're only doing it cos 3 year old niece asked tonight if she could come over for dinner and have the "yummy tater and cheese thing" aunty BG makes cos it's yum - it peaked hubby's curiosity so the spuds are in the oven cooking now.... gotta be shaved bacon though - anything thicker, and it's too heavy!

Tonight: chicken, vegetable and noodle soup that DP is making.

Tomorrow: Beef, orange and prune casserole that I'm making.

I think we might have Chinese take away tonight. DH's fav. I'm too sick to cook and DH has been working hard so i thought i might give him the night off!

Cottage pie over here... or is it shepherd's pie? Mince, carrot, broccoli, in a gravy sort of with mashed potatoes on top.

Tonight is Deviled Sausages.
