    Default Leftover ham

So far, we've done fried rice, fritters and rissoles, as well as sandwiches
    Any other ideas?

(we're dairy and gluten free and sort-of failsafe...)

Pre-shred it and freeze in portions.
We use it for: scrambled egg, quiche, pizza, fried rice, sandwiches/toasties, salads, pasta, stuffing for capsicums/mushrooms/pumpkin/zuchinni, fried with onions and beans for stuffed potatoes, savoury slices....

I made a pie with leftover ham, turkey, roast potatoes, peas, corn, carrot, gravy. I pretty much fried off an onion and then added everything to the pan. Then put it in a dish and topped with pie pastry.

There was enough for two pies and the kids devoured the first one.
