Vegetarian dumplings.

2 Tbs Oil for frying
1 Tbs Ginger grated
2 cloves Garlic chopped fine
1 Onion chopped fine
1 Large carrot grated
1 cup S'hitake mushrooms sliced and diced
1 block firm tofu chopped
1/2 Cabbage
1 Chilli chopped fine
1 pack Won ton wrappers


Pre heat pan fry garlic, ginger and chilli together for about 2 mins
Add onion cook untill soft, then add mushrooms cook another 2 mins.
Add carrot, tofu and cabbage and cook untill cabbage is wilted then put to side. Once cool put into won tons and steam* for about 10-15 or fry.




These taste AMAZING! They take a fair while to prepare and wrapping in the won ton wrapper took a bit of practice but it was well worth it!
*I used my 3 stack steamer.
