All mine have been done by Brock @ Crossroads, at Glendale. I've recommended him to loads of people and no-one has ever been disappointed.

so its been a few months since my last tattoo...think its time for more
I was thinking either something for mum, just cause I love her :D but I asked what her fav flower was and she was not very helpful she said maybe an iris but wasnt very passionate and the mum ones Ive seen on-line just don't do it for me so if I don't get something for mum I was thinking some of the cupcake ones are cute  decisions decisions  Ive got appointment in a month
Hi, just found this. No tats on me, just yet. Hopefully in the next couple months!
All I'm chasing is an awareness ribbon on my forearm. Went to a few places in Bendigo and "we don't do awareness ribbons". WTF!?
Its going to be lime green, which is the colour for gastroschisis. The condition DD was born with.
Anyone got a forearm tattoo? Pain? Cost? How long to heal?
Just chasing some information.
BTW I heal soooo slow. My c/s is 4 months old and its still red.
I have my anni date on inside of my left forearm, its small and only text, but wasnt painful, and was very quick. My dh has both forearms almost covered and wasnt botheted by any of them (maybe why he keeps getting tats there)
Yay I lasted a year! And fx will be utd soon, so might be able to go longer....or maybe I should quickly sqeeze one in!

I currently have 2, a celtic butterfly on my lower back, and a flower/scrolly thing on my ankle. I had them done when I was 18 and 19 respectively, and there's no deep and meaningful reason behind them. Still like the butterfly (not that I see it much where it is!) but a bit blah about the one on my leg. Thinking maybe it just needs recolouring?
I am seriously considering having a third, ever since I went with my mum to book an appointment for her to get one. She's ended up with a really nice hummingbird and flower on her ankle. She's always had varicose veins and what she calls "ugly legs" so the shortest pants she'll wear are cropped pants,. But she decided she wanted something pretty on her legs because she's never had nice ones.
For my third, I'm thinking something on my foot (so great to hear you didn't think it hurt too much party-of-five), and I want some delicate scrolls and flowers and the kids' names. I think. Or maybe just their initials. Got to think about it some more, and I might go see the girl who did mum's and see what she can draw. If funds allow, I've told DH he can get as my birthday pressie as its my 30th this year.
DH has a tiger walking down his shoulder, and he's always planned to get the kids names worked into the design somehow too, but its something he hasn't got round to yet.
I have one - a dolphin on my hip (close to my groin) which I had done when I was 18. I'll be honest, I'm not a tatt fan at all but two of my close friends were killed in a car accident on my 18th birthday (one of them was one of my best friends) and they both had the dolphin tatt on their hip so a lot of us girls (including both their mums) got the tatts done too after they died. :)
I love it. It's hidden most of the time and is just really there for 'me' but sometimes it pops out to say 'hello' when I'm in my bathers . It's a constant reminder of my two gorgeous friends.
