What age did you start to feel/look old....body starts to change etc....
It's the grey hair downstairs that makes me feel old.
The joints started complaining about the 25 years of basketball, a few years ago so I've stopped now.
I've always been fat though.

I've started to feel old in the last few months. I notice my skin doesn't have the same elasticity it once did and my hands look old! I'm 38.
I've recently lost 8kg though which has made me feel a bit rejuvenated.
