I've been meaning to research this method of slow cooking and wondering if anyone does this?
For those of you who aren't sure, basically you spend an afternoon chopping meat and veggies, add your sauces and spices, and whack them all into freezer bags and pop in the freezer. You then grab one out in the morning, chuck it in the slow cooker and you have your dinner ready when you come home.
Does anyone have any recipes that would be suitable?
