Slow Cooker Recipes

Just wondering what are you favourite slow cooker recipes? Can you tell me the ingredients and 'how to' as well?

Silverside
All I do is put in slow cooker with potatoes and carrot and 1 cup of ginger beer slow cook until silverside is cooked add softer veggies like broccoli in a couple hrs before its done


Lamb
Chuck in lamb and veggies with some onion soup(made from onion soup packet) slow cook for 5hrs


Otherwise I just use the slow cooker sachets

I put pretty much any recipe into the slow cooker- curries and Asian / Indian foods, casseroles etc but I halve the liquids, sometimes adding even less.
