Awesome banana cake :)

Just sharing this amazing banana cake recipe I found. It's not too bad on the ingredients either, so it makes me feel less guilty when I make it


BANANA CAKE
2 tbs margarine
2 tbs milk
1/2 cup raw sugar (I used 1/3 and it was still good)
1 egg
3 ripe bananas
1 1/2 cups wholemeal self raising flour



METHOD
Preheat oven to 200 degrees, grease a loaf tin (or square tin )
Beat the margarine and sugar till well combined. Add the egg and mashed banana, mix well.
Gently fold the flour into the banana mixture, add the milk and fold to combine.
Bake 45 minutes or until skewer comes out clean.

That's a similar recipe to the one I use, always a hit in our house!

I also make cream cheese icing sometimes, it's sooo good

I've never made creme cheese icing, is it just creme cheese and icing sugar??

The one I made had a dash of vanilla and 30g butter....but yes just cream cheese and icing sugar
