found some beautiful new recipes today, that i thought i'd share..
1 1/4 cups sweet biscuit crumbs
80g butter, melted
500g cream cheese, softened
3/4 cup caster sugar
2 tablespoons coffee liquer
3 teaspoons gelatine, dissolved in boiling water
2 teaspoons instant coffee, dissolved in 1 tablespoon boiling water
1 cup lightly whipped cream
1. Combine biscuit crumbs and butter, press into greased springform pan, chill in fridge
2. Beat cheese and sugar with mixer until smooth, add coffee liquer, gelatine and coffee, beat until combined, then fold softly into whipped cream
3. pour onto chilled base and refridgerate until set (approx 3 hours)
so easy, and sounds divine!
