    stewed apricots

    hopeing someone can help me here, im stewing some apricots for sophie and was wondering do i need to peel them??????

    Ummm, I don't think you do Jols, but I'm not 100% on that. Hopefully someone else will be sure and let you know!

    Yum, I love stewed apricots. If I talk to my grandma, I'll ask her, she used to make them all the time for me

    You don't normally peel them, just stew them with the skins on as it helps them keep their shape. But you will find that it is easy to take the skin off them once they are done and scoop out the flesh.
