Thread: Ahem.. Thrush?

    Default Ahem.. Thrush?

Ok so I think I have thrush

Is it okay to stick some canestan up there? I've had my show already so I dunno. I know the baby's only at risk when the membranes have ruptured. Should I call the unit??

    Ergh.

You use canestan, just not the tablets. Hope you can clear it up.

Natural yoghurt always helps me (I use the canesten applicator to get it up there lol). Do you have a good pro-biotic?

I've heard not to use canestan...

Personally, I eat lots of natural yoghurt, & you can apply it down there too.
With the garlic, you cut slits in the outside & insert it, but I don't know much more. There is a thread that Alan replied to & explained it in a while ago.

I had to use it while on bed rest in hospital. You can use the applicator no problems it isn't going to go far enough to cause any problems.
