PLEASE HELP - TTC after MC

AF has just arrived :( when should i try and BD again? what dates will be good?

I did a HPT on sunday and got a BFN. and AF has arrived today :dance:.
Now I can start another month of TTC as well.
To answer your question : baby dance from the 12 till the 16 October. If you have a longer cycle than 28 days start later than the 12th.

My cycle is anywhere between 30-33 days! i think to cover all bases i might start BD from the 12th onwards! hehe

I have read that you should BD 2 days B4 and on O day and then after O day.

I hope there will be a belly belly baby boom in July.

Im thinking of buying some OPK's for this mth! like you said - to be sure to be sure that i BD at the right time! haha
July will be a good mth to have a belly belly baby boom - so lets do our best to make sure we are part of it! Gee the things we gotta do ;)

I got them off the net and they seem ok. "Get them cheap buy in bulk :lol:"
You can also buy OPK's in Bulk as you have to test every day at the same time of the day. But to tell you the truth I haven't heard many good things about OPK's.
Looking at your ticker it looks like the best time to start BDing is the 16 day of your cycle.

A friend bought me a box of OPK's the other day -
i havent used them before - so i may aswell give them a go - no harm in trying!
so am i correct in saying that when its says im ovualting i should start BD that day and everyday for the next couple of days?
i never realised how hard it was too actually catch that egg! which goes to say i was very lucky when i fell preg last time as too be honest my DH and i only did the BD 2 days that mth and a week apart from each other ( wasnt a good mth in having the oppertunity to see each other)
And you say day 16 will be a good time to start - is that including the day AF arrived? Do you have to BD everyday? a couple of times a day? im not sure if my ticker is very accurate - as my cycle is about every 30-33days! it was day 32 days apart this mth! sorry for all the questions! im determined that this is going to be the mth!!!

I have heard a few different stories on when to BD.
From BD 3 days b4 O - and every day after that for 5 days.
*BD b4 going to sleep as sperm can travel better (with you laying down)
*Sperm at their best at 3.30 pm ?????
*they say BD every other day

You start counting days from when you first get AF (day 1) till the last day of your cycle (day b4 AF).

I know how you feel I was very luck to get preg last time as we only done it once that month as we had just moved into our house and the kids were not settleing in real good and DH and I were unpacking boxes and trying to do every thing else. It was a very hectic time and we just somehow did it at the right time. But we had been trying for a while (Nov - July) b4 we moved.

I have been told that the saliva tests are the best. They have a little micro scope in them.

I don't mind answering any questions as if I can help, all the better (thats why I joined the forum for - to help and support)

oh my gosh that is alot of BDing - we got sooo much going on this mth too! we are back with my parents while our bathroom gets renovated! hehe guess that could be fun and interesting!
You know what i find hard to understand? im believe that things happen for a reason - so maybe we MC for a reason - but you and i were both lucky to fall PG when we did so obviously it was meant to happen so why did it end so bad? Not fair i dont think!
Anyways - heres to our BD this mth and getting BFP in a few weeks time!
Im going to start BD from day 16 if not sooner, i will also do the OPK test - to be on the safe side! its going to happen this time!!! :)

It sounds like alot of BD, but as long as you get to do it once at the right time of the month you have a good chance so they say(it only takes one sperm, you just have to get it there on time).

I think we had M/C because we needed to learn a lesson in life. As to what lesson I don't know. But a few positives that have happened to me are:
Mum and I have gotten closer, Hubby and I have worked out a few probs and I have found out that my friends around me are not very supportive.:wall:

I also have been told that I have ashermans Syndrome (thats not a good thing) as it was caused by the m/c and its complications.:cry:
I have been to hell and back but I am starting to see the light now (12 months later).
I don't know if I would be able to BD at my parents, I'd be waiting for my mum to walk in the door and catch us at it. Well I hope your very quiet lol...

Come to think of it a few positives came out of my MC also! i found i had a lot of support from the ppl at work and my Hubby and i became alot closer as well! Its a shame your friends werent supportive - you need your friends at a time like that i think :hugs:

Asherman's Syndrome is where the Dr went too deep doing the D&C and damaged the endometrium so that the endo can not grow and it forms a scar. It can be very painful. You can also get it from a uteran infection or any kind of uteran opp (C -section etc)

I am a stay at home mum and it is not all its cracked up to be. It has its good times and bad times and there is no escape to work to get away from the family and its probs. I don't get any me time as I am doing everything around the house as hubby is at work and is normally stuffed when he gets home :boohoo:. (He has been busy at work all day and he thinks I have been laying around all day?? I wish!!!) But I don't miss anything that my kids do I have seen all the firsts, even if I am only Mum and Dad is their Hero. I don't think I'd have it any other way (except get hubby to help out a bit more when he's home!! and to be pain free so I could have more fun with kids.)

Well the V8's are on and I am slave for the weekend as my hubby will not move away from TV. DH :shhh: - Me :nana:
As for being at your mums I hope your very quiet lol

Ashermans syndrome dosent sound too good! will it always be painful or does it get better?
I got out of watching the V8's this weekend! phew - i dont see what is exciting about watching cars race around and around in circles all day :yawn:
Im aware of the good points and bad points of being a stay at home mum - our plan is too spend the first year at home than go back to work part time or casual - but who knows what will actually happen when the time comes!
i use to work in child care and im against putting a 6wk old baby in care - however on saying that i know some people dont have a choice - but ive seen alot of upset parents cause they missed out on alot of their baby's 1st and i dont want too miss out on them!
Man its getting hot! i hate summer! we have been painting the inside of our house while our bathroom gets renovated and i have decided i hate painting aswell! :)
anyways back to work i go!

Ashermans is different for every women, mine is the painful kind.
My Mum is good also, just to stir her I would tell her if I did fall preg at her place I would make a "made at Nana's T shirt" :lol:

I love being a at home mum most of the time:doh:. It is a lifestyle choice, I give up all the bells and whistles to be a at home mum and I am a big bargin hunter:dance:. We have a roof over our head, clothes on our backs and well fed. Plus lots of love.

I know some one who went back to work 4 weeks after the birth and now she regrets it as her kids have a better rel with the old babysitter than their own mum. Which is sad. But the kids got everything (and I mean everything) and had all the lessons after school.

It is getting warm and painting would make you feel the heat. My DH wants to do that next year inside and out but I'm not sure yet.

i couldnt think of anything worse than my own child having a better relationship with someone else other than me and DH! that would be pretty hard! Money is not the be all and end all i say!
DONT PAINT THE HOUSE!!! thats my recommendation - it is such hard work - not as easy as it looks! get someone else to do it if you can! hehe

With the T shirt you could buy some of the transfer media that you print yourself so it is a personalised t shirt or go to a craft shop and get some fabric paint and do it freehand (nothing like the home made) Or do it on a bib.
I know it will be hard work as we have to do alot of prep to walls inside as this is an ex rental and tenants didn't want to leave. A friend of mine has just painted her sons room and she said it was hard work.
We have a few other things I want done b4 the painting. Painting is just cosmetic and is not important. Like fly screens (kids and Dog wrecked them) don't want to be eaten alive at night.

i Hate it how this computer at work dosent let me see my ticker!
Im going to test with OPK as of tomorrow - however i think the info sheet said to start from CD15 - but im thinking just incase its early i dont want to miss it this mth - so im thinking i might test for 5 days as of tomorrow - as there is 5 test in the box!
You said before that you havent heard good things about OPK's - what have you heard?
Oh and you also said i should start BD from the 12th onwards - well i guess i will be busy tonight - hehe - Might have to turn the TV up loud or something! LOL
Yeah i would def leave the painting alone for aslong as you can! get those flyscreens fixed!! gotta hate mozzies! what else do you need to do?
