Ferrral - good luck with your fantastic fertility monitor it sounds awesome, very high tech :) You are right not to waste your energy on stupid insensitive people.
Crafty- I don't get it either, people who love England :o. I got out of there as soon as I could and would never move back but my brother loves it there and much as we try to convince him I'm not sure he'll ever move out here.
TTCALC- awesome photos of the snow. I do miss the snow sometimes but not sure I'd want that much. Used to love getting snowed in when we were kids as it would mean no school and lots of going sledging instead :D

Dory - Loved your funny cat story :lol:. My mum too is endlessly giving me advice about odd things she thinks will affect me being pg. According to her I should: Not be doing pg yoga as the the deep breathing puts pressure on the baby!!! I should keep the cat biscuits in the garage because even though they are in an air tight tub the smell from them will have a bad affect on me!! She was also upset to hear that 6 months ago I let my friend bury her little dog in my garden as the "fumes" from it will harm me :o what the!?!?! Heaven help me when this bub arrives who knows what crazy child rearing adive I'll have to cop.

Question.
Those ladies on Vitex have you been given advice as to whether to continue it or stop it when you fall pregnant? I'm really confused. I've been on it for ages and it has definitley helped. My doctor told me to continue it for the first 3 months but the internet information is very contradictory.

sunbeam I am off to the GP tomoro as my cycle is not behaving I have started the vitex again taking 2 tablets a day and I will ask tomoro about carrying on when I get a BFP so I will let you know what he says !
I have been married 21yrs tomoro and my DH has made me an appointment at the GPs as he is not happy to see me so upset ove not getting a BFP and wants to make sure I am ovulating as I did not last month and lets face it no eggie no BFP and also my age I will be 45 in April so can't wait forever so hopefully he will be able to give me some advice but what a aniversary gift a GP appointment :rofl: shame at least he cares !
Well my house officially started yesterday and the diggers were there sorting out the foundations and what not so 6mnths until | get to move in now DH is moaning ( we made the theatre room into a bedroom with a door on and so on ) now hes wondering if we are going to need it if I give up trying ! so thats why he got me the appointment !

Craftymom & Sunbeam ...You may have it all.. We was justtold on the news we are looking at another bad storm looking at 5-12 inches not as bad as 17inches but oh my its going to be worse for everyone since we still have the 17 inches..
Im going to get out of this house tomorrow and go pick some things up thru town ill upload some more tomorrow..
Its been crazy here since friday no school for kiddos tomorrow :)

TTCALC I feel so sorry for you we are here in 35 degrees with the aircon on as its so humid today oh well guess you will have to keep warm baby dancing :ROFL:

Just a quick question....i keep loosing my hair. For me I knew I was pg when I lost my hair. Its not chunks but constant malting. Its everywhere. Ever since the m/c it has fallen out. I wish it would stop. Is this normal? Is it just a hormonal thing? Thanks in advance:)

ferrals4 that fertility monitor sounds great! and please don't give up hope. i don't know how you can cope with those girls around you, you are very strong. and i do think you have made that girl think about the future now, and what it means to have a baby.
afm, had blood test done yesterday and hcg was 131. so i'm having another one done tomorrow and hopefully it will have doubled by then. the doctor said i could go and have it today but i think tomorrow will be a better indication. thanks for asking about me x

Sunbean-i was told by my old naturopath/acupunturist/chineses medicine lady that vitex is fine but you should stop within a month or 2 of finding out you are pregnant she said start taking it every 2nd day for a few days then every 3rd day and so on until you dont take it anymore as it is of no benifit to baby.
SPF-great numbers i am jealous but happy for you.
TTCALC-what else is there to do in that kind of weather but snuggle up and BD.
Minimatron-hormones can be strange after losing a baby i lost abbi a year next month and i am still producing milk although a small amount but enough to see on my bra when i get dressed so dont worry to much give it time to settle down.
Murrycod-if i knew you were up that time of night i would have jumped on line and gas bagged with you i got home from work at midnight.
AFM- nothing nothing and more nothing sick of waiting annoyed that 3 years ago i went out of my way to avoid getting pregnant as i use to be a rabbit one sniff and i was up the duff and now i'm drowning myself in swimmers and NOTHING!!! GRRRRRRRR.

AFM.. i didnt make out to get anything from store we will be just fine i had plenty but just wanted to stock up alittle bit more.. the snow started coming earlier then we all thought there saying 5-12 inches and our mayor already put out a state of emergency for our city and were are at Level 2 and he says we will be at level 3 by tonite and its only 4:30pm...
Also tomorrow is my Doc appt.. im hoping we r snowed in i cant not wait any longer to find out the results ,so that means if i cant make it cause of this freakin snow that means i gotta wait another 2 weeks till i get back in.. so i hope we can get out to go..
Why is that im wanting to POAS... isnt it impossible for me to have caught anything since today is my first day of being fertile..

Hi Melissa - agh, the hair thing sounds a bit distressing (on top of everything else). Perhaps you need a good supplement - I know there are a few specific ones for hair / skin / nails that might help. Sounds hormonal to me though.
Well we DTD for the first time last night since MC - I'm not even showing signs of Oing, we just wanted to have a 'close encounter', twas a bit of a mental hurdle for me given I'm a bit scared of getting pregnant again, I really want to but - well you know. It was lovely though, so hopefully I'll get past that problem with a few more goes :D

Sarahrach, glad to hear that you passed your first hurdle, DTD for the first time after a loss can be a hard one. TBH I don't remember how I felt.

Thanks murrycod and you know why anyway i just wanted to say my DH is working on a slide show of Abbi's ultrasounds and photos and foot prints and her story of what happened so i can attach to my profile ( i wont get in trouble if its there) so i can share my girl with my friends he is doing that for me as her birthday is approaching and i always mention her so you can choose to have a look and see her i will let you know when it is finished

21yrs today I can't beleive it but its sad in a way as the only people to remember are myself and DH shame on all those guests ! ( well ok some of them are no longer with us ) have to let them off ! but some didn't think we would last a year so guess they got that wrong.
Ferrals I think its a great idea and can't wait to see your little slide show and learn about little Abbie ! you have such a wonderful new hubby and I just know your dreams will come true soon and hopefully we can move over to the pg forum and enjoy our journey together with murraycod and sunbeam and matthews mum and everyone else who have been in here way too long now !
Spfairy great results hope your starting to feel :sick: in the next few weeks it sucks to have morning sickness but its a good way to know your hormones are strong, I never felt that sick with all my losses and those I carried full term well sick sick sick all day,
I know its not the same for everyone but I think most will agree its comforting in a funny way !
TTCLC hope the snow easys a little for you to go the Drs if not I would deffinately ring them at least for the test results !

morning everyone ,ferrals-what a beautiful tribute you'll have of abbi...minimatron-your body has been through a lot lately,hope it settles down soon...sarahrach-i found dtd did get better as time went on,hugs...ttalovechild-i would satisfy the urge and poas.Hope the weather gives you a break so you can get to the dr's no problem...craftymummy-happy anniversary,i know it's scary going to dr's but i think it will be a good thing in the end...snugglybean-dh will have to hang on to that job...afm-scared i've blown my chance at ivf next cycle,i 'o' the other day so thought b'd ,give it one last shot before ivf cycle start thinking the start (taking birth control pill) would be 1st day of af,so would no their was no pregnancy at risk,reading some more info which says some start the pill before af,if that is the case then i'll have to wait another cycle,see the nurse in a couple of days so find out then i suppose,i feel so stupid

Crafty-happy anniversary 21 years wow that is awesome i was married for 12 years to my x and that felt like forever now that i am crazy in love with the hubby of my dreams time is going to fast i want it to slow down so i don't miss a single minute with him i hope you have many more happy years together with one more little bub to complete your family.
