Shortcake - :crossfingers: it was an implantation dip. If you have a look at my chart, I had a slight dip at 7DPO. I also had quite bad cramps and lower back ache that night, a bit like period pain, which I've have NEVER had it mid-cycle before. Enjoy your friends wedding.
hannahd: When you say spotting before AF is there a certain amount of time before af you're reffering too? I spot for 2-3 days before af most of the time, it hasnt always been like that though.. How do you increase your progestorone? Who do I ask about it?
I think im out this cycle. yes I know ive been obsessing and i am SO greatful for your support and words Mel, they jolt me back into the here and now...Anyway, I think the pains are AF pains :tmi: I checked my cervix again tonight and noticed very light brown colour of the CM so im just hoping it comes sooner rather than later...
MORE WAAAAY TOO MUCH :tmi: I havent had the change in stool texture yet which normally lets me know AF is coming. I mentioned it a while ago, with the vitamins I know women (and me) can get slight constipation and then before AF comes the stools are very soft. I havent had a bowel movement for 2 days so thats a good sign I guess in terms of signs...but I would like to go back to being regular... and also My skin is perfectly clear. normally I get a revisit from the teenage acne days...ugh... but maybe things are different after the m/c and this is my new cycle..*shrug* Well see!:lol:

That is exactly the pains Im having, only on one side not like normal period pains where they're normally both sides and pulling and yeeeoowwwch! Wish mine was PG related though ;):
Eliza - As I understand it, low progesterone is indicated if spotting occurs soon after ovulation. I personally wouldn't be concerned with spotting 2-3 days before AF, since progesterone drops just before AF arrives anyway. Sorry for the confusion. If you are concerned though, I'd ask your doctor about it.
I really can't recommend Toni Weschler's book enough. Especially since I conceived during the first cycle I've ever charted. But I really found it helpful to understand all the hormonal changes that occur during my cycles. No wonder men get so confused by us women :lol:. Maybe DH should read it too ;)
II'm baaack with my beautiful bundle in my arms.
Charlie Thomas Malcolm was born on 16th April 2009 at 05.02am. He weighed 7lb 14.5oz, he finally arrived after 52 hours of labor, but was worth every min.
We are now home safe and sound. I wil post some pics as soon as i can.

thanks again everyone for your input re my stupid spotty body. Your words are pretty much my thoughts. I have been to my gp, a specialist obgyn at our local miscarriage clinic and a FS.... i'm not sure who else to go see. I have, since the spotting began this cycle, been thinking more about going to the sydney ivf clinic - at least THEY might look into it. The FS took a swab when i started spotting but that was just to check for infection (which i knew there wasn't) - and there wasn't one, but that is the most anyone has done. *sigh* maybe I do need to look at finding another doctor in the area who will help. I specifically asked my GP about the progesterone (she also specialises in bub stuff - she actually delivered my son when I had him 9 yrs ago) and she told me that low progesterone is a cause of implantation being incorrect and not a cause of m/c - so it is a side effect to another problem... and other long term ttc'er have told me to take vit b6 to help - maybe that is what I should do - anyone else heard of this stuff??
anyways... thanks again.. im still feeling quite frustrated by it but also feeling better after a good nights sleep and reading your posts :hug: thank you all so so much. No spotting yet today - but thats norm too.. usually kicks in around lunch time. But... i have acupuncture this morning - i am hoping she is magic and can make it stop :lol:

Hannah - thanks hun. No i dont have that book.. might have to go have a looksie on ebay to see if i can find it. I have been told that it may be due to low progesterone.... but no health professionals have told me that.. just online friends etc. But it would be nice if a doctor would at least check that out for me. Have I mentioned how much i love your ticker - so cute.
Mel - thank you also for your reply. I have seen a couple of people.. but clearly I haven't seen the right person yet because this is still (what seems like forever) a problem. it makes me cranky that nobody has looked into it and I have had 2 pregnancies where my little embies have tried their darnedest to make a cozy home in there even where things obviously weren't perfect. Especially my last little one who had a heart beat and everything! She was a fighter. Now I just need to make sure my body is ready for her brother or sister so this doesn't happen again. Yay for the new car hun! Does it smell devine?? hehe.

cherished--Don't give up, each pg'cy is different, and many women don't feel any symptoms at all this early on! Hope to keep seeing those temps going up! :noaf:
boble (& cherished)--Bummer on the chart overlay being a VIP member benefit! I really enjoy the VIP membership, and it's a reasonable price... another cool thing is it gives you a conception score each month, and tells you when to test, and when your EDD would be. I started out paying each mo... I think $10 (?), but after a year, graduated to the 3 mo. membership. It's also nice to be able to overlay your charts. Just my :twocents: you can tell me to bugger off! lol...
boble--I don't think the spotting is normal at all, especially for that length of time. If it were only a few days, then I wouldn't even think to worry about it. Here's something I found on abnormal spotting.... which amazes me even more that you got the response you got from your dr!

My dr. has suggested to me that Prog. may help me with sustaining a pg'cy, but won't prescribe it unless/until I get a BFP. It's strange, tho, because some women take it after they O, that way if they do get pg, they've got the prog. in their system. My dr. won't do that for some reason.... even after a 2nd opinion, I got the same answer: when i get pg. Hope the link is helpful in some way!
Hannah--Your symptoms sound great! How have you been feeling lately? Are you still on the same dose of the Zoloft? Has it been helping you? thanks Jen. that article is very helpful. I obviously need to get it looked into more. I would always think "surely this isn't normal" I feel very cheated by my health care "professionals" for not helping me with this sooner.. Ok, first thing Monday I am going to make an appointment with.. someone.. Im just not sure who yet. but surely there has to be someone round here who wants to do their job and help me.
I have also just gone into FF and taking out the maybe baby results - since I wasn't using it all month I don't think its right to have the results in there so this month will be my maybe baby practice run :lol: and I will start inputting the details next month. When I took out the details it changed my O date back to the 17th.. looks like we are cycle buddies again Jen. :lol: I was expecting it to move it later.. but nope, moved it earlier :lol: gotta love FF, always full of surprises hehe.
boble--I take vit. B6 to help lengthen my luteal phase, but not sure if it helps with low prog. :confused:

Boble - I'm so happy I went back to charting this month - All I ever wanted to see was a BFP on a chart - shame it took 17 long months to do it. Not to mention the few times I'd charted many many years ago. Hoping for you that yours is not that far away.

Shortcake - enjoy your friends wedding and if you want to have a drink or two they certainly won't hurt. I was given a few for my birthday - I've now passed them on to DH for his birthday. I'm so amazed that my kids haven't asked why?
AFM - Still anxious/nervous/worried and analysing every little twinge. Have my appointment with my GP next week and my first appointment with my OB next month. That feels so funny (last week he was my Gyno).

Sorry Coco, I didn't want to jolt you back to reality (I feel so bad now and have been worrying about what I said all night :(). Know that I only had the best intentions. It is so nice to have hope and feel positive. I always like the few days leading up to RB as part of me always imagines and hopes that I just may be pg. Unless RB arrives, don't jolt yourself back to reality, enjoy having hope :D Love the pic on your chart by the way. Sorry, not much help with the charting. Im getting flustered about TTC, how come it is so bl00dy hard on us women! I seriously am so annoyed at how difficult it is, and I dont stress out all month about it *except when AF comes* and I eat well, and I (TRY) to get excersise in even if its just walking, and I take my vitamins and I BD at the right time and I take my temp at mainly the same time and dont decipher it too much...I just dont get it. My DH cousin is pregnant and I quote "it was an accident!" well! What a shame Im soooooo sorry you had to get pregnant and not want it while all us women are doing the right thing and cant have babies. :crying: *Hurmph!*:wall:
I dont know what to do anymore and I hate being negative. I hate seeing pregnant women who are smoking or b1tch1ng that they are pregnant and didnt want to be. I am jealous seeing prams and women who have their little new borns with smug looks on their faces right now...I hope one day its me but after the miscarriage, all I feel when I look at these women, is robbed.
