Morning again ladies. Hope ur all well...
Well I spoke to DH and we have decided to try straight away... So cycle number 5!! Let's hope it's a lucky one!!
The differences are going to be-
*no temping
*no charting
*not really obsessing about cm... (easier said than done - trust me!)
*not using opk's (or using minimal when and if I get o pains!)
*use of preseed when I am in my fertile time. (cd11 to cd17)
*chatting with the doctor about my cd21 tests every month. (he's agreed to do then if I like!) I think this is a better idea as I won't pull out the hpts if I know I haven't ovulated!
So that's my plan. Let's see if I can stick to it and see if I can get a sticky bubs out of it
Thanks ladies for being here xx

Hey All, I've just read a whole lot of posts, but thought I'd join in - otherwise I'd just feel like a stalker. :o
I've just got back on here since a miscarriage on New Years Day. We knew we were losing the baby NYE when a scan showed a baby 6weeks gestation (I was 8.5...) I feel like I shouldn't be as sad as I am because it took us 12 months with assisted conception to get pregnant the first time (and wound up getting utd with a naturopath while the clinic was closed!) and I'd only had 1 period since his birth - not until he was 13 months old! So here we are after the m/c and I can't help but hope we get pregnant soon. It seems to have been a pretty normal cycle and I o'd on day 28 (normal for me) so we are tww-ing. I hate that. :crossfingers:
We had been due early Aug, and I have friends due early June, July, late Aug and early Sept. I just hope I am utd before all the babies come along. I flicked to the pregnancy tracker on fertility friend yesterday and had forgotten I'd set it up, just seeing how far I was meant to be along now made me sad. DH is great but it seems to be a lot easier for them.

Well I checked my temp this morning after I swore I wasn't going to and kind of wish I hadn't...was only 36.41...normally after I ovulate its well over 36.70...so does this mean I haven't ovulated or I should just disregard the temp and continue on...My fear is I aren't ovulating :( I think if I get AF again, I will go back to temping just to see how my body goes... I don't want to miss catching the egg... I've also still got creamy CM... I dunno what to think!!
Good Luck Melzi, I was trying to do the same as you, not concentrate on TTC as such...just let it happen but now I'm kinda obsessing!! Alhtough I don't track my cervix, just check my cm and normally temp!
Wannabeamum: So sorry for you loss hun :( I hope you aren't in here long and can have another beautiful baby this year xoxo
Big hellos and hugs to everyone else... hopefully i can get some help with the temp issue...might ask about it in one of the other sections :)
xoxo

MummyDeb: Thank you for the welcome :) Did you have any fertile CM (EWCM or watery CM) before you thought you o'd? If not, I'd say by the temp that you haven't o'd yet and to keep on BDing!
I hope we ALL have beautiful babies this year! Babyfest 2011. Anyone who wants a baby this much deserves to lavish that love on one! It irks me when people who don't want to get pregnant do so unintentionally, not fair!
-
sorry you have to join the group but welcome wannabemum!
Well I had to have a blood preggers test yesterday along with a blood test for gout and a BFN for utd but a positive for gout :( I asked the gp (my regular one wasnt in today) about getting something to induce AF and she said no as i could still be pregnent and im like WTF??!! so im on tablets for gout but she refused to give me something to let AF come so im going back sunday to get em off my regular gp. Iv got clomid waitin for me at home but no AF to have it with :(
-
Hi shan - thanks for the welcome, hopefully AF is just late for the other reason - hopefully another test with your usual GP will shed some light. It took me 3 months to get my period back when I went off the pill (PCOS too) and even then it was triggered, naturopath has successfully triggered me since when I needed it. Good luck, I hope the BT was just early and it's a sly and hiding BFP. :crossfingers:
Heh, every second post is me at the moment, sorry girls guess I needed someone to talk to about TTC now all my friends are pregnant... Damn them (in the nicest possible way)
-
Hey WannabeMum....
How are you today?? I understand your need to talk... Im not a great chatter on forums. But always here to chat regardless!!
Shan85.... Sorry to hear your bt didn't come back with happy news. I hope your regular dr will shed some light on that. Hugs..
: )

I did have fertile CM before I thought I o'd so I will just hope I did when I thought I did...cos we haven't been BD since our love fest...Hopefully it was successful!
Shan I hope that something happens for you soon, no good about gout :(
-
Hello Ladies..sorry I dont get on here very often. I am currently TTC as AF came a couple days ago. I am excited to get pregnant but scared of facing a 3rd miscarriage. I don't feel like talking to anyone in my family about it because I feel they would convince me to not try. I want a baby so bad...but I am so scared of miscarrying again. I almost know for a face I will get pregnant..I just hope I can keep it...
-
Hey guys, Sorry I haven't responded - thank you so much for your kindness, it really means a lot. It's not that my friends don't understand, it's just that they're at a different stage now. I found out last night another friend is pregnant, so now that's 5 friends with due dates around our angel baby's EDD. That bit sucks, the fact that they're pregnant is wonderful.
MummyDeb, I hope your love fest was fun - and you've given yourself a good chance this month :)
Shan - I hope you get some light on what's been going on soon, the gout bit sucks though.
Tascha - thanks so much :)
Jess - you will be a Mum, I'm sure of it. If you want to keep trying that's entirely up to you and DH. My cousin had a DD with cancer (she's ok now), a stillborn, 16,14 and 10 week losses, all unexplained, and in 2010 delivered a beautiful, much loved, gorgeous DS. She is my inspiration, try to stay positive, enjoy your beautiful little girl, the rest will happen! Thinking of you.
It's nice to know you're not alone isn't it!
-
Jess it will happen sweets you will have a healthy bubba! Like all of us! I love how supportive everyone is in here and on the bb forum. I hope that never changes. Xxx

Hi Gals,
Welcome to Wannabemum & hi to everyone else!
Not a lot to say but wanted to touch base & see how everyone is travelling.
I am due for af mid next week & at this stage I am pretty sure I will be seeing her :(
We all have to live with the hope that our healthy bubbas are just around the corner & we just have to hang in there until that time.
My bf is due to give birth this week. My first m/c happended when I was 12wks pg & she was 10 wks & then my 2nd m/c happened at 12 wks for me
while she was 3 months pg with the baby she is about to have. We all struggle with this kind if thing but that's what makes us stronger & will make us all the
more thankful when we get our BFP & beautiful bundles.
BBL girls - hope all are well x
-
hi everyone, welcome to the new ladies, hope your stay here is short, sorry for your losses...afm-still having blood tests, waiting for my hormone levels to co-operate,so i can try a frozen embryo transfer..
