i had to have a blood test last cycle on day 21 to check i am o'ing, i think it was the progesterone he wanted to see but he did check all other hormone levels as well

WTH: im so so sorry sweetheart. I t broke my heart to read your post. i wish i could take that pain away. I never want any of us to have to experience that pain again. So glad to hear that DH is able to stay home and look after you for a bit. Good luck with your procedures today. Praying for you...

sorrry everyone else, i dont have time for personals. Have to get to work. Im just feeling so extraordinarily anxious due to lack of symptoms...

Jen - my cleaning fairy is just about to start on my kitchen - her helpers are actually working on it now. One DS is taking out the garbage, the other is emptying the dishwasher. The fairy is having breakfast and then will get stuck into cleaning. She's already put the washing on (not that it's getting hung out, it's beginning to rain here - so into the dryer it goes), and vacuumed the play room, folded yesterdays washing (the helpers put it away). First day care kids due in about half hour. I need to eat faster

Just a quick update. Woke up this morning with a small amount of somewhat watery red when I wiped, so I've put a pad on, and fingers crossed it will stay clear. No cramps still. Hopefully I'll know what's happening soon and can put us all out of our misery!

I'm sorry I have been really slack about posting here lately, I've just been really down this cycle and have gotten myself convinced that we will not have any luck this month. Sorry for the lack of personals, but I am lurking and checking up on you :)

I just wanted to say huge :hug: to WTH. I'm so sorry for your loss, it is just not fair :(

AFM, I'm day 12 post IUI and expecting AF at any time now. My prog was only 21 this cycle (compared to 63 last cycle) so that has been very disappointing for me :( The nurses still think I'm in with a chance, but I don't know - I'm not getting my hopes up. One of my clinic nurses thinks we should go to IVF after this cycle, so we are off to the FS next Tuesday to work out the next plan of attack. I think its still to early to go to IVF, so I am planning on trying to convince him to let me give FSH injections a go next cycle. He's not a fan of using them except in IVF so I've got some sweet talking to do to get my way LOL

Hi girlies!!! Well my appointment went pretty well they did a Urine tests and it came back BFP .. it was so dark it made me laugh.. cuz the ones I got at home were so light. Anywho.. it was confirmed that I'm preggers!!.. :clap::dance:
unfortunately the medical system in Us to me sucks!!.. I wont have an u/s done till I'm 10 weeks.. she said I'm 8w6d which I'm highly argumentative about.. she calculated everything as if I had 28 days cycles and she gave me a due date of Feb 25.. that so cannot be.. I didn't ovulate till way after cycle day 20 and I''m almost 100% sure I am like 6 weeks and not almost 9. Anyways.. I'm getting an u/s in Aug.. only that will show me how far along I really am.

WTH: I'm so sorry you had to go through that. That is my greatest fear right now. I thought I was having an u/s done today and it didn't happen.. :(
so I have to wait 2 more stupid weeks.
I hope you are able to conceive right away. If your baby was less than 10weeks docs usually recommend you rest one cycle and then TTC right away if you want. (that's what they told me on both 6weeks some days 2 m/cs....... my thoughts and prayers are for you I hope you get your baby ASAP!!!

I am going to lay the hugs on THICK and FAST - plenty of them to go around to those who especially need them at the moment - encouragement, commiseration, congratulations, resolution - I'm doing my darndest to pass these sentiments on to you to help you on your way.

For you 80's girls, my favourite song is "Born to be Alive" - Patrick Hernandez, a song released in 1978 but had a revival in the mid 80's - great song, shame about the video clip. Top 5 includes; Tainted Love - Soft Cell, I Just Can't Get Enough - Depeche Mode and pretty much anything New Romantic - bring on Duran Duran, Thomson Twins, Howard Jones, Devo, Spandau Ballet and the like. Hey - don't care if I'm showing my age - what a great time to grow up in. Those songs helped me meet boys at the time :cryinglaugh: and even today can help pick up my mood if i get down. AFM - Went to the fertility specialist this morning. US my uterus and overies, all good. Says that waiting a month is a load of bollocks and keep trying till you fall. Gave me some progesterone pesseries script and a heap of blood test forms so i don't have to do a HPT. He said to test on 14 DPO, I said what about 10, he said, ok on 12DPO. There is only a few hours turn around on the blood test if i go into the city and have it done, so that's awesome. They're open on the weekends too!!!

So as soon as I get back from skiing, I'll be in there (if AF hasn't arrived).

He said the MC's COULD be cause DH smokes, but won't worry testing his sperm unless I have another MC. Also said not to use the prog pess until I get a +ve Blood test. I thought you used them as soon as you are sure O is over? Any ideas??

Jen - There were two books that I wanted to buy today and the voucher I had only let me get one (unless I print it again, which I will do tomorrow). I was going to get the Sheldon one, but there were two copies of that on shelf, and only one copy of the other book I wanted. So I got my other book today, and will get teh Sheldon one tomorrow :D
