Matthew's Mum~ How are you today? Hopefully all is good with you darl. Thank you for the supportive words it means alot to know that my DH is not the only guy that has problems with getting a SA done. I feel so bad that he has to go through it but we both want another bub so bad.

Thanks Joeve I'm getting a little on the nervous side now........I think it's the not knowing that is really getting to me though. Good Luck with your appointment darl. I could of got in earlier to mine but wanted to wait to have DF with me, more as a support than anything else, I know I'm gunna be a nervous wreck when I get there and DF is great with keeping me focused.

You will have to let me know what happens. I am a bit nervous too and isn't it funny I chose to go without my DH as I feel better at handling things on my own and then de-briefing with him! Ha ha

Hope you get some answers on what to do next.

Joeve~ I will let you know what happens, I used to be like you to rather go by myself then do a debrief....lol....I think I'm getting to be a huge sook as I get older though....lol....sad yes I know or maybe it I don't feel the need to be so strong with DF I don't know but I am a huge sook these days. I'm not sure if I'm going to be happy about all the tests if I need them....some of them sounds pretty scarey to me......

Ok then so nothing scarey......I will take your word on that one....for now......:D I just know when the appointment is all finished i will be like....god what was I worried about....lol...I am expecting a ton of questions to answer I just hope that they can get us our BFP and a little sticky bub, after all that is the only real thing that matters. Have no idea what time we will be home on Monday after our appointment but I will get on here and let you know all about it when I get home. Then you will know a little about what to expect darl. I'm sure we will soon be typing out our BFPs as well. :pray:;)

Stoked ~ you were asking me about my Kelpie on the avi. Yep love my kelpies - we have two and they have had 3 litters of pups together (all pups sold) and now my girl Tess is de-sexed. Yes ours do bark a bit as well and annoy the neighbours but its hard to get cross as they are so gorgeous and they are my babies. I think they are quite protective dogs - bark at predators - they are very loyal :)

clairesmummy & joeve: can i ask why you are nervous about your appointments ? is it because you dont know what to expect or you are worried what will happen after that ?
my advice would be to write down your questions because often i would forget things and would be kicking myself afterwards for not getting all the answers i wanted ! as we know these appointments aren't easy to come by.

Minnie~ To answer your question hun, I think I'm only scared as I don't know what is going to happen after my appointment and also very scared of hearing bad news or the only way we can get PG is by IVF as I know we cannot afford alot of treatments. We don't have alot of $ and the main concern for me is how much this is all going to cost? It just feels like we have a huge decision coming up and I don't know how I will cope with it at all IYKWIM. But also on a more positive note the best case scenario will be something that will be easily fixed and away we go on our PG journey and finally have our wonderful little bub. So there's a few things that have me concerned but I also can't wait to get in there on Monday as well. I hope you understand why the fear now and nervousness, hope my explanation puts a little light on where my head is at right now.....Don't even know what to ask the FS apart from where do we go from here.

just a quick one from me, im day 23 and think i have only just ovulated but i have been having lower back pain and a heavy feeling this arvo, i just went to the toilet and have pink mucousy blood on wiping, any guesses as to what is going on !!

im laying here in my hotel room in complete shock.....i keep checking the test to make sure i havent seen things......lol i know my symptoms were more like my first pregnancy with my dd than the miscarriage and im alot sicker etc so maybe thats a good thing....i kinda suspected i was pregnant from all my symptoms but didnt want to be dissapointed again.........ill do a test in the morning to be sure.....i have my obs appointment when i get...ill be six weeks so i figure i will still go and see whether or not everythings going ok......im so happu but it doesnt seem quiet real yet.....we went out and had a lovely dinner...but im so tired from being up so early and have a stuffy nose and my legs are aching bad....so its an early one for me.....i dont feel the heavy feeling in my stomach but im not sure when that feeling came......i have some pains going on down there tho...........i feel like im going to wake up tomorrow and it will be negative....i suppose its slight fear.....

Minnie - I hope that you have some implanting going on :) I think I feel nervous about my appointment because I think getting to this point has been such a journey already and I am not sure how many more hoops I may be told I need to jump through before I get to the end you know? Ha ha and also I am a bit nervous because any tests and stuff have me panicking a bit. I have never been sick, in hospital or even had a filling in my life, so medical intervention of any kind is scary for me!!!

Clairesmummy, Joeve: I can understand why you are both nervous. You kind of want to hear there's nothing wrong but at the same time hope there is something they can do to help you get your BFPs so if something is wrong and it could explain why no BFP so far and it's something easy to fix... well that would be good too. I also know what you mean about not liking medical procedures. It's amazing how people seem to be able to do what they have to though to fulfil their baby dream. I hope both of you feel more reassured or some kind of good outcome out of your FS appointments. (A sneaky BFP would be the best of course!)

Minniemouse: so confusing hey? Not did you DTD around the night you forgot to do OPK just in case? Hope the clomid has worked...

mum2ramone: hope your BFP is just hiding cos it's too early to show up and you get a better result in a day or two.

Loops: Hope you've been spoiling yourself a bit the last few days and are feeling ok.

mathewsmum: Hope your natural cycle is a winner.

AFM: Gave it a decent shot this month and i'm now in the TWW i think (positive OPK two nights ago). Ho hum.. will start twiddling my thumbs!

clairesmummy and Joeve: i guess the best advice i can give you is to try and remember the drs are there to help you so don't be intimidated by them, have a think about what you want to ask and write it down before you go. like possum said it might be something easy to fix (i have lots of complicated issues but once im on the right medication everything falls into place).

mum2romone: i dont know what those pains could be, our bodies are so hard to understand sometimes !

afm: well i have bright red bleeding this morning and pain so i am assuming this is the start of my period on day 24, very confusing after the last cycle was 55 but it means i can get onto the next round of clomid, this was either going to work or hopefully get my cycle on track so it looks like it has done the latter so thats something i guess !

possum: good to see you pop in here, fingers crossed for you for the 2ww ! no there was no dtd on sun, we had driven 1000kms and i was exhausted !

matthewsmum: i hope the sore boobs are a good sign for you ! will you test tomorrow or wait ?

Thank you for your advice I have no idea at all what to ask my FS when I see him on Monday apart from why can't I get PG? And what the hang was my last cycle all about??? I haven't even bought any more OPKs for this cycle just thought I would wait and see what my FS says and see what tests he wants to do with me.

AFM~ I have 2.5 days to go now until my appointment, we are off to Tamworth tomoro to pick up a horse and won't be home until Sunday night some time. Then Monday off to see the FS. Feeling pretty good about just getting impatient now and want answers. Whatever they throw at me I will try and find a way to deal with it. I will be CD8 when I go in there so if he does an US he should get some idea where I am at with my cycle. Would they be able to see if I am about to O on an US at CD8??????

clairesmummy-i've had internal u/s where f/s has commented on lining of the uterus as an indicator of 'o'ing ,but i have found with me they ususally do bt to get that info & usually a little bit more into cycle.Safe travels.

yeah i tested this morning and there was barely a line and i freaked out.......but i did another one later and there was more of a line lol...i dont think i peed long enough the first time.........i feel like poo....im snuffly....and im tired......but im grateful.......i never felt this way with the miscarriage...

So melster what date did you ovulate? I dont know whether I'm 10dpo or 11DPO, did you test at 10dpo?

I think I ovulated oct 25 or 26..... Help? Lol

mumtoromone....i had a positive opk on the monday and i think i ovulated on the tue...im 11dpo today but tested yesterday when i was 10dpo.......think my af was due monday.......have u tested again or r u waiting for tom....good luck...sneding stikcy vibes ur way

afternoon everyone, minniemouse-1 line for me,just wait for af now.Glad your cycle is off to a better start,hope it is a sign of good things to come...mum2ramone-hope you got the 2nd line...i went to acupuncturist this morning,had my session as well she had results of blood tests back,she has prescribed lots of tablets,36 per day.she said i have extremely low iron,zinc,vit d.high copper & my progestrogen/esterone levels are out of balance they are 1:28 should be 1:6.so i'm off to pop some pills
