issy - no preferences, as you say - just a healthy one. Would be more than happy with a boy now that we've decided on a name. And no - not telling :p MIL is most upset that we are not telling names but I think it will be more exciting & more of a surprise once bub arrives.

Jen I done some googling and found some important information about B6 which I really liked it states that it helps with your luteal phase progesterone and can assist with people who have miscarriages. I cant believe I didn't know about b6 earlier. They say your daily intake should be around 200mg per day. I am going to go out today and go to the vitamin store and buy just B6 to take with the B6 complex I already brought as it only has 50mg of B6 in it. I figured if I buy the 100mg of just B6 and take one of them with the 50mg that means I will have 150mg plus I also take a multi-vitamin and fefol pre conception tablets. Thanks for the information about the position of the cervix I dont think I will rely on that to much anymore. Ohh and how could i forget sending you lots of sugar and spice for your :bd: week/weekend.
Issy Just wanted to say :goodluck2: with your BT today. DId they say when you can get your results. I know if you ask for an urgency one you usually get the results that day.
Angel Hope everything is going okay and that you get you BFP this month. Must be getting close right? Sending you lots anti AF vibes.
Jenushka :pray: that you get your coverline today and that you get your BFP.
AFM I feeling quiet :angry: today as FS sends a letter out after each time you see him to the doctor that referred you to him he also CC a letter to you which is good for me as it just helps clarify everything that was said in the appointment. However this letter contained information that he did not tell me. It goes something a little like this. 'She has been prescribed a low does of clomiphene to improve her ovulation, as previous testing failed to confirm a good level of luteal progesterone.
Now I have done some research and it states that if you dont have good luteal progesterone you wil have early miscarriages :wtf: FS has had these results since early July and he decides to address it now? It also states that clomid is usually not enough to address a progesterone problem and progesterone supplements should be given to reduce the risk of a miscarriage however he has only given me clomid. Sorry ladies just had to vent. Lucky we have JEN as B6 should hopefully help fix the problem.
I also POAS this morning I couldn't wait and got a BFN but now I wish I hadn't. I think I will just wait for AF to come now.

Hi girls,
AF FINALLY ARRIVED!!!!! YAY!!!!!! I feel normal again! Have no idea what happened there, but af did come exactly 14 dpo....even though I ovulated at the same time AF is usually due :wall: But still, at least my luteal phase was a good length. So now this is the plan.....DH wants to start really trying after next AF.....SO....I start macca powder this month, then accupuncture next month, bloods today and then by the end of next cycle we should have a good idea of whats going on with me, and time to get my body in order. We know we can conceive....3 times in 12 months is not bad, but I need to sort myself out so I can hold onto the little beans. So thats the plan....we are all systems go!
Sorry for lack of persies this morning...DS is on holidays so we off to the park for a play. We took him to see walle yesterday at the movies...very cute, he loved it, the zoo tomorrow and a wildlife sanctuary in the hills on Friday....its a hard life being 5 and too cute to resist ;)

Tam--Aww, sorry to hear about your BFN, but maybe at 11 DPO it's still just a little too early. I won't give up on you just yet! :hug: Really hope that the B6 helps! Sorry for those that have heard the story before, but at the appt. where I found out about my m/c, my doc told me that as soon as I began TTC again to let him know, and he would put me on Prog. and a baby aspirin to try to help prevent another m/c. So when I called him to get the prescription, I was told that he wouldn't give me the Prog until I got a BFP! I was like :wtf: but my regular physician also confirmed that he never prescribed it for anyone until after they got a BFP. It's strange, tho, because other girls here started taking it at 5DPO, which makes sense, since you would think they would want to fix the problem before it happens, instead of waiting until you're pg and it possibly being a problem again! So I self-prescribed myself the baby aspirin, B6, and also B12, along with my prenatals. Also started taking Magnesium to hopefully help me conceive a girl! Maybe you could just give your doc a call and ask if he'll prescribe the Prog.--especially if they've known since July that it's a problem for you! Jen I had great weekend with dh ... thanks for posting about the baby aspin, b6 and b12 I'm going buy some and start taking it next month before I start ttc again I'm so determine to make sure this next pg goes to full term and I have a h&h baby ...

Hi Toccara - I didnt have a D&C with the last m/c cause it was just a chemical pg'cy...that was back in June. I have had 2 chemical pregnancies and 1 early m/c at 6 weeks...so no d&c required for any of them. I did have a d&c in oct 2007, but it was a diagnostic d&c to check the quality of my uterine lining. This af was just a veeeerrrryyyy late one, I ovulated at the end of my cycle when AF should have been arriving, so that made me exactly 2 weeks overdue...I have absolutely no idea why this happened....just one of those things I suppose :wall: DH and I have been ttc for 3 years, (1 year if you count it from when I had exploratory surgery, where they found I had 1 functioning ovary and my uterine wall was stuck to my bladder and scar tissue every where, so couldnt really conceive with all this 'bad' stuff). Since the surgery we have fallen pg twice, but miscarried both, so now I am having tests for hormonal deficiencies. Hopefully we can finally get this sorted....3 years feels like forever!
I am sooooo sorry that your'e feeling down, I :pray: that you will get your forever baby very soon, :goodluck: hun.

Well i bought a doppler.
Wonders of ebay!!!!
Last night i sat there and listened to my little bubs heart beart! :clap: And cried!
DF wouldnt let me open the box of the doppler till he got home from work, so we then sat and listened together. It was magical!
It was wonderful, i have all of a sudden relaxed a little, not totally tho. Not till i see little bub on that screen.
Sorry only time for a quick post this morning.

Just a quick update........... Looks like little Gabby has nestled in..... I have nothing as proof but my stomach has "poped" (as it did with the twins) and I nearly had to make a run to the toilet last night when I was cooking dinner (When I was pg with my sons I couldnt handle the smell of meat cooking) I have twinges like you wouldnt believe and i am absolutly exhausted.Feels like every last bit of energy is going towards making a nice comfy home for Gabby. I spoke with the boss......oooops that s me..... and asked for a week off work.... and guess what the boss said..... no worries luv... seeing as so you are such a fantastic employee you take all the time you need;) So today I spent laying in bed..... still sent DH off to work..... and I watched DVD s in bed. Then at 3 i got up, went to Chermside, brought DH an anniversary pressie and straight back home to bed.
Tomorrow it will be bed until 11am then off to the Accupunturist then down to the Gold Coast to stay where we got married and in the same room we stayed in when we got married. We go there each year and renew our vowel just he 2 of us.
So basically between now and Monday I am sitting around or sleeping. While I m on the coast I wont have internet but as soon as I know I will let everyone know.
SO all the sticky vibes you can send my way and all the prays you can send my way I will gladly accept.

fifi - great to hear that the doppler gave you so much relief - I have definitely thought about getting one next time I'm pg. It can feel like a really long time between scans until you can feel the baby move
issy - I bet you're so relieved to have af arrive (did that sound strange?!) - it's horrible not knowing what your body is up to. Sounds like you have a bit of a plan for the next few months - gl with all of the tests
tam - sorry to hear about the bfn. Hope the witch af stays well away...

I got in the shower at 5:35 cuz I have to be at the school at 8.... just had a feeling that you would show up this am!! :angry: But then I thought, "Nooooo, it's not Friday, she won't be there".... so then I logged on just in case and started reading the posts.... Tam83: My LH and FSH were out of wack as well and my cycle very irregular, i also dont understand any of this hormone stuff all i do know is that clomid worked for me and i ovulated first go on 50mg.
I went for a blood test yesterday to check my progesterone level to see if i ovulated and get the results on thursday im so scared. i just hope that the clomid worked and that i have no bad news this time. will keep you all up dated.

So now I'm really betting that next time I check your chart I'm going to be faced with that shiny red coverline!! :dance: I'm praying so hard that you caught that little eggie! :fertilise:
