Well Guys
We are going in for another round......waiting now for a natural AF which hopefully will be in a month...then we have decided to transfer 2 this time.....maybe this time we woill get an early xmas present......I hope everyone is feeling ok today.
can someone tell me what just a natural cycle ET involves....anyone had any success.
-
I'm 8DPO and have a few symptoms today so am getting a little nervous. Bleeding gums, stuffy nose, hot flushes, tiredness and thirst.... all stuff I've had before I got my other BFP's. I also had a two day dip on 6DPO & 7DPO. In my last pregnant cycle I had a 3 day dip. Probably just a cold on it's way.
-
Well thats sounds promising..I hope you get the BFP you are looking for sweetie!!!! Yeah!!
-
HI girls hope i can join - just entering the 2WW zone! I o'ed on Day 15 this cycle so AF is due on about day 29... hoping not to be too bored till then.
Carla and Sasha - so sorry girls :(. Hope the next few weeks go fast so you can try again. Big hugs - it really sucks and sometimes its just not fair.
Satya - sounds promising hun. Good luck.
Treelo - we are 2WW buddies again. Yay.
HI and hugs to everyone else.
-
Carla and Sasha - sorry to hear about your BFNs, take good care of yourselves, and Dh/DPs.
Satya - your symptoms sound promising, but as you say, it can be hard to tell whether they could be teh real deal, or just a bout of slight illness. It's infuriating!
Treelo - big hugs to you as well, it's hard to feel optimistic, isn't it? I keep thinking 'Well, it's not going to happen' just to try to not feel quite as disappointed when AF shows up in about a week.
LSB - Good to see you here, hope you don't stay too long ;) Just like the rest of us.
As for me, well it's been about a week since I O'd, and everytime I think there's something that *could* be a symptom, I severely reprimand myself, as firstly, it's only 7DPO, too early for symptoms really, and secondly, I don't want to get my hopes up. Last time I was pg I didn't have any symptoms until about 6 weeks, so there's really no point in my analysing anything my body does. (Though I do secretly think 'Well, my body's been pg before now..maybe I will get symptoms quicker because it knows what it's doing..) -_- I'm a worry.

Carla - how are you today sweetie? first off, let me apologise as I have been posting my comments in the wrong 2WW thread lol ..... noticed that the other day but thought what the heck I will stay here hehe..... I have never had miscarriage or loss and pray :crossfingers: I never have to experience it.
Sorry to hear that AF got stronger, mine has done the opposite today. My body is doing such weird things, cant work it out. This morning all I have now is the yucky brown stuff (what my DH refers to as 'vegemite' stuff ) he keeps telling me he is put off vegemite now for good haha
Great to hear that you are trying a natural ET cycle. Personally I know jack all about the processes you are having to go through but just wanted to say all the very best for your next cycle and hopefully it will bring you the bfp you want and deserve  Hopefully next time round it will be us annoucing our bfp's ad we will both have our early xmas presents
treelo - good luck with the 2WW hun. sending you heaps of sticky vibes!
satya, LSB - good luck. i will be  for the both of you!
Acria - I can totally relate to 'analyzing' things. I think that is just natural for us women. Best of luck darl, hope you get your bfp!
As for me, well, today is our 3rd wedding anniversary. I have managed to snap outta the 'mood' I was in on Monday night. It was terrible, just felt so irritable and angry. We are going to 'Vie' at Versace for lunch so that will be nice to just relax and enjoy some time together. I have managed to get over the fact that we can try again and hopefully this month will be our month
Hope everyone is having a good day.... bbl maybe?
-
Temp rise of .3 this morning and my nose has gone from stuffy to blocked. I hate the TWW.
-
Hi Sash
Thankyou for your kind words......how are you feeling now?
Whats next for you???
-
Carla, you asked if anyone had heard from Arielle - if you read her ttc journal i think you will find the news you were looking for !!!!!!! and yes its lovely news.
hugs
treelo
-
Hi Treelo
Yer I saw on the day.....great news......how are you feeling?
-
no worries hun. Im feeling ok, a little bored with the tww already but i guess i will hang in there.
Im not going to test unless AF is late (this will be a first for me) .
I may be having my friends pregnant 18yo daughter coming to stay with us for 5 months and i dont know how im going to be able to deal with it all, in a way i want her too, because then i know she will be looked after, i worry about her so much. But it would be so much easier if i were pregnant. iykwim
hugs
treelo

treelo - can totally understand how you will find having your friend's daughter living with you. Must be so hard for you having endured loss.
Sending sticky vibes your way and hoping that you get your BFP this cycle!
Carla - as for me well DH and I will just keep trying. I was disappointed the other day, quite p**ssed off at the world actually; but snapped out of it after DH said to me "honey we can try again next month, it doesnt matter". I got so emotional though as I truly believed that October would be the lucky month but not to be obviously.
Ahh well..... already thinking ahead to this cycle, going to make a conscious effort to get more BD in to increase our chances! BD every 2nd day as they say once AF has stopped which hopefully should be tomorrow  FF has me to O again on the 30th so thought if we do that then we at least have all bases covered hehe Swim ya little buggers swim :fertilise:

Just an update - in a way I'm hoping that this is not my month for falling pg (as hard as it is for me to say that). I went to Dr yesterday pm as I've been having heaps of GI upset & pain since my DH & I went to Africa in April, & Dr seems to think I may have a 'bug' or infection of somekind - therefore it's possible I will need to go on strong course of ABs after results get back, and I'd hate to think what the impact of ABs would be on an early pregnancy. Anyone know?
-
Kaib - im sure there could be something you would be able to take to clear your symptoms up. If I was you I would be taking no risk and assuming you are PG to be on the safe side..... then at least for your own peace of mind you know you havent done anything that will cause the baby any harm if you are pregnant.
Thats just my opinion anyways! :) Good luck!
-
Sasha, thanks for that. Yep, I agree about taking it safe. DH & I are going away for a week next week, so I won't even have a chance to get results back & then start taking ABs until we get back. By that time AF will or won't have shown, so I'll know either way. Thanks though for the advice!
-
Hey Carla - how are you going hun? Did you have your BT done yesterday?
Please let me know how you went :)
-
Hello everyone - i guess im officially in the TWW now!
its going to be a loooooooooong wait!
-
HJ - yep i hear ya !!!! a lonnnnnnnnnnggggggggggggg wait.
-
Treelo - at least you are half way - thats gotta be a good feeling! i have just entered into it! haha - and im not liking my chances!
-
ops - sorry - your not quite half way - doh what was i thinking! but your almost there! hehehe
-
Arrgghh - the TWW sucks (can I say that?).
I have had brownish blood on tp for last 24 hours, along with AF type cramps. This is my first month of taking vitex; I'm just hoping that the vitex hasn't stuffed up my 28 day cycle by bringing AF forward. I guess there's one good thing about the vitex though, I sure haven't had the usual sore boobs that I get the week leading up to AF, so it must be doing it's job somehow. I'm heading to Sydney for a week with DH, so my testing date is this Thursday, but I'm thinking I won't bother taking HPTs with me. I look forward to catching up with everyone in a week - from memory there's a few of us testing this week - Acria, Starrysky, anyone else?
-
Hey ladies, I'm out of here. Got my BFP this morning. I hope you all get yours soon.
-
satya - wow your chart looks amazing! Congrats!
HJ, Kaib, Treelo - GL for the 2WW; hoping you all your bfp this month!
Sending each of you sticky vibes!
-
Satya - thats awesome - congrats!
Sasha - thanks for the sticky vibes - im going to need all that i can get :) - i see you havent got long until the big O day on your ticker!
-
Arrghh - don't press 'escape' accidentally when typing your entry, as it wipes your entry as I've just discovered!
Sasha - thanks so much for your best wishes. I caved in this morning & did HPT with FMU at 4.45 am - I promised myself that I wouldn't do it until AF due, but because we're going away, I just wanted to take a shot at it. Because it was dark at the time & wanted to go back to bed, I didn't wait the recommended 5 minutes out to see results. But when I went back a couple hours later to throw the test away, there's a very faint second pink line there. I showed it to DH & he also agrees there's a line, but given I only discovered it a few hours later, we're trying to be 'cautious'! I'm still spotting on tp, and temps are still down for third day in a row, so I'm really not convinced yet that AF isn't on her way. AF officially due on Thursday. DH & I are leaving early in am for Sydney, so I'll give it another go before we fly out with FMU - fingers crossed! But I know it's still early days, so again, being cautious!
Will be crossing my fingers & toes for BFPs all around this week! Will catch up when I get back.
-
Hey Kaib, yep it's testing this week for me. I'm having a good feeling about this. My nipples and breasts have been getting progressively sorer for a few days now, and I'm now actually in my maternity bra from last time, as it's the only bra that doesn't hurt. I've also been very thirsty, and needing to pee a lot more, and my nose has had bloody mucus every time I blow lately - all things that happened last time. Oh, and I've been completely exhausted. Cannot get by without a 5pm nap.
Had a small worry this morning at 4am when I got up to pee..there was a tiny bit of pink when I wiped, and I panicked, thinking maybe AF was coming and I'm all wrong. But I haven't really had any cramps, and since I'm 10-11DPO, I figure it could be implantation.
Of course I could be completely wrong, but I'm feeling positive right now. Testing day will be Wednesday..trying very very hard to hold on.
Also, was at a wedding reception last night, and got talking to the wife of one of the guys Luke plays football with, and she's a midwife. We were talking about homebirths, and how I had wanted one, but can't afford a private midwife, and she said 'Well, as soon as you get pregnant, give me a call and I'll come and be your midwife!' So I'm over the moon about that. She's fully supportive of homebirths and thinks they're the best way to birth, provided mother and baby are both healthy and not in distress, and she's so easy to talk to and really udnerstanding, so that's some fantastic news for us..if we're lucky this month! Please please!
Kaib your brownish blood has come at the same time as my pink, just about..hopefully implantation for both of us. Thinking of you.
Satya - Huge congratulations! So glad to see everything's back on track for you :)
Sasha - good idea about just temping and charting till O, the less stress, the better. They always say when you stop thinking about it all the time, it happens. Typical.
HJ - thinking of you, been following how you've been going, hope you're doing well.
Treelo - hope you're doing well also. Do you know whether your friend's daughter is moving in with you yet?
Positive vibes all around. July is a lovely month! ;) (If I am pg, EDD with be July 2, our wedding anniversary!)

ho hum ho hum.....i just want to test NOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! somehow i dont think anything would show at 7dpo, even if i O'd early....
treelo
-
evening all.
kaib - have fun in Sydney! Best of luck for testing. At least your mind will be pre-occupied whilst you are away. As hard as it is you should wait till Thursday I reckon to do another test; that way at least if you are PG you will get much stronger lines... fingers crossed for you hon!
Treelo - try and hang out a few more days hon; i know its hard but 7 dpo is still quite early. I would wait until at least 11dpo so you are not disappointed
Acria - good to hear you have found a midwife. Now we just need to keep  for your bfp this month. I will be in a similar situation july is my birthday and if I fall this cycle I will be due about the 22nd (a week before my 30th birthday); would be awesome couldnt ask for a better birthday present! Fingers crossed for the both of us!

Anyways girls having a convo in MSN with my friend then gonna try and have a fairly early night. Gotta be up at 4.45 in the morning to open the gym at 5.30
Have a good night, catch up tomorrow!

I'm not currently in the TWW (still have AF) but I thought I'd see how you girls/ladies are going :)
-
Can i put a question out to you all?
I used an OPK last week - it said i O'd on CD19 - now DH and i BD'ed on CD9,16,18,20,21 - do you think by the end of this TWW it have a chance of getting a BFP?? did we cover our bases? im stressing cause we didnt get CD19!!!!
-
HJ, I wouldn't worry too much if I were you. You covered the day before, and 3 days before, so to be honest, as the egg was coming, there would have been plenty of DH's swimmers waiting for her. I reckon you have as good a chance as if you had dtd on day 19.
I O'd on the night between day 13 and day 14, and dtd on day 11 and day 14..and it looks like I'll be getting a bfp. I've never had breasts so sore..and that feeling of unwellness has returned. But we shall see! Hope everyone is doing well.
Lisa xx
-
Thanks Lisa - i really want a BFP this mth - just wish i could find out now! im not good at waiting! haha
Woo hoo - sounds good for you! goodluck with testing! are u testing tomorrow? can u wait until tomorrow?
haha i would be testing now!
-
Yeah, I really should wait till tomorrow, or even Wednesday, but if I go into town today I think I'll buy a HPT and test. I'm feeling quite sure..but very worried of getting a bfn (sick of them!). We'll see if I can resist the temptation.
Lisa xx
-
if i was you i wouldnt be able to resist! my fingers and toes are crossed for you! think positive!
-
It looks like AF might be here. When I just wiped, I have a bit of bright red blood, not rich red, but enough to almost over the toilet paper. It can't be implantation..I had spotting two days ago, and this is too much to be implantation. I'm so upset..I'm in tears here, I really thought it was happening this time. Why does my body consistently let me down?? Am I really asking for that much?!
I'm so sad..and we can't try again until next March at the earliest, as we have to fly to England at the end of July.
It's not fair. Why are some peopel given children so easily, and they don't look after them, they do all the wrong thigns during pregnancy. It's just not fair...I'm meant to be 7 months pregnant, I'm meant to have a toddler! Why aren't we good enough to have a child? It's like losing my babies all over again.
Lisa xx
-
acria - i am so so sorry hon that AF has showed her ugly head, bloody witch! Are you sure it is AF? How many dpo are you?
Chin up, try and not stress too much about it. I know that is easier said than done but try and relax. Have you been temping and charting?
-
No, haven't been temping and charting. Just..never seemed to get around to it. If this is AF, and I'm not pg (which I think is the case), then I'm going to lose weight between now and march (about 40kg..god..), and start tempting and charting, and see the naturopath recommended to me by the woman who would have been my midwife.
13DPO right now..so it is a little early for AF. Maybe, maybe not..she seems to vary since my m/c in June. 35 days, 28, 25, 27..and now..27 I suppose. I'm still holding onto a little bit of hope that next time I check, there'll be no blood, and I'll do a test in the morning and will get a BFP. Realistically though, I don't think it's going to happen.
It's weird though, because I've had virtually no cramps, and I always get cramps and sore hips with AF, my nipples and breasts have been so sore..so thirsty..it's just weird. I really thought it was happening this time.
Lisa xx
-
Acria - I'm sorry that AF is on the way again :( I wish there was a good reason as to why we have all suffered so much, but there isn't. And each cycle can remind us again and sometimes we try again, and sometimes it is crushing, because a little bit of hope flies out the window. But we have to hold onto the hope, and try find some positives to try again in the future - because one day you are going to be holding a beautiful newborn baby in your arms. *hugs*
-
missbelinda - what nice words! Noticed you have been TTC since 2003, best of luck to you hon. Wishing you sooooo much :goodluck: May you get your BFP you deserve this cycle!
Ren - where abouts are you on the Gold Coast? We should meet for a coffee?
Anyways I am just lurking .... catcha's all later on.....
