Two Week Wait Support...

Salt- Hun I know how you feel. I keep thinking I would be due in 9 weeks why is this happening?
I did the same with my tests and even had a really good evap line that I began to believe was a positive. I am really praying that you get your bfp this month it truely is your turn.
I have to confess I feel horrible for saying it but when I read in ttcaml that there is more girls who got bfp's I feel jealous and sad. I am happy for them but I just really want it to be me too. (Just a little emotional due to af sorry)
Oh well maybe this month will be a little better.

satya - Nothing too new here today except the breakout of pimples. And it's not just on my face! I just went to the loo again (tmi - sorry!) for the umpteenth time and noticed pimples on my legs and my arms! So it is a mass breakout! Run for the hills! :P j/k

saltprincess - I'm feeling ok, I'm feeling like I want to be sick all the time I'm sitting down + sometimes when I'm walking. I'm also really moody and my appetite is amazing!I've got a headache and a half coming on which is driving me nuts! I've only been awake an hour and a half and I'm already feeling like I've been up since 6am :(

Well this is my first tww since the m/c...i have everything crossed but just dont feel very hopefull.

I've been away for a few days which has helped and I just wanted to update that still no AF haven't tested again though. I am sure it would be neg. anyways. I am still going to be scarce but I wanted to update and say I hope all is going well for you girls.

Hello, ladies.
AF showed up for me at 10DPO. I just got home from visiting my in-laws for 5 days, so I still haven’t really processed it yet beyond being just extremely disappointed. It was the perfect cycle! Bah!
I’ll check back in later. I hope someone has some good news to share!

Sorry AF arrived mammal. Each and every cycle I get so down whenever mine arrives and I think this cycle will just wreck me if I still get it after so many symptoms (and lack of pre AF ones). Mine's due either tomorrow or Wed but I haven't had a temp drop yet so it looks like tomorrow is out as my temp usually drops a day or two before I get AF & spotting precedes it too. My temps have been stable for 3 days but they aren't high so I really don't know what to think. I have been having major mood swings all weekend and heaps of little symptoms that are making things look quite positive..... but of course they all mean nothing until I go late & get a positive HPT followed by a positive BT.

As for me, this tww is with a little trepedation. You see my DH has been diognosed with Chicken Pox (spots started yesterday). So if we concieved this cycle, he would have been infected and i would hate to think what that may have done to his sperm.
I have had them, but im just really freaking out that if im pregnant that something will happen to my baby. sigh

treelo - I don't think you have anything to worry about. Chickenpox can temporarily decrease sperm production temporarily but that's about it...... unfortunately though, that would also reduce your chances of conception this cycle.... but it only takes one.

I've been thinking that I'd be getting AF tomorrow or Wednesday but I just thought of another possibility. Just because my LP has been 11-12 days does since I started charting in April doesn't mean it will always be that. I've been taking Vitex and I've heard that it can lengthen the LP so maybe that's why I haven't had any spotting yet. This cycle is driving me mad, so many little things going on to over analyse. The latest to add to the collection are bleeding gums when brushing (twice today) and a strange stinging sensation in one BB about an hour ago. I'm expecting to wake up to a temp drop tomorrow. I was feeling like AF wasn't going to come but now I feel like she will. I just wish the next few days would fly by.

More good signs, Satya! Tomorrow is 13DPO for you, right? So close!!!

Treelo-- Chickenpox is supposed to be a lot worse the older you get. I hope it's not too bad for your DH!

mammal - it's 12DPO for me today. I usually have a LP of 11 or 12 days so theoretically I should have had a dip in temp either yesterday or today. My temp went up .1 of a degree this morning. I started charting after my m/c in March and I've never had a rise on 12DPO - it's always plummeting & then I get AF. Trying not to get excited though cos it could just be a longer LP this time. Still no spotting. Had indigestion last night and some AF type pains the last two mornings. I am going to go nuts over the next 24 hours waiting to see what happens.

Your doing so well Satya to not test yet !!!! i would have done 10 by now !!!
DH is driving me nuts.....men are always dying when they are sick !! Im just waiting for the boys to get it now. Thank god iv already had it.

My BB have been so sore over the last couple of days and i just dont know why. Its way to early for it to be a pregnancy sign, i only ovulated a last week. So i dont know what is going on.

I tested at 3am this morning cos I woke up dying to pee. It was a :bfp: but a very faint one. My DF could see it when I showed it to him which is good, cos I thought I might be imagining it. It is barely there. It's 13DPO for me now. No sign of spotting and my temp went up .1 of a degree. Feeling a little bit excited but I won't get there fully until I see a strong dark BFP.

LizJessie - It is quite serious surgery that your DP has had done and the seriousness may not have hit him until he was hit with all the things that can go wrong. They always do that to you in the hospital just before you go in to theatre.... they tend to tell you every possible thing that can go wrong, including death. It's the worse thing as it almost makes you want to not get done whatever procedure you're about to get done. I remember when I had my lap done they told me they could perforate my bowel and I could be on a bag for the rest of my life, or they could have to do a hysterectomy or I could die. I was sitting there scared stiff wondering if it was worth risking all this stuff just to check my fertility. I'm sure your DP will get more positive as he starts to feel better.

]Satya, How long did you take the Vitex? Do you think it helped? I've been thinking about it for the short LP.

mammal - I've been taking it since I think February and I conceived that month. Been taking it ever since. My first ever pg (long before knowing about Vitex) took me 3 years to achieve, so it does appear to do somthing.

Satya- Do you remember if the Vitex altered your cycle (particularly the O day) that first month?

mmmmmm this waiting game is pretty boring isnt it..... i bought 2 boxes of hpt's, so thats 4 tests. It says it can pick up hcg 7-10 days before AF...its the same one i used last time and i got a positive 6 days before. Im such a sucker !!! i even know in my head that there is not much hope, but ill keep tormenting myself.

Why cant it be something that we can know straight away !!!!! Once pregnant, we have to wait 9 months, so why make us wait sooooo long to find out if we are pregnant !!!!!

Yes im in a whingy mood, i have a really bad headache and had it for 2 days now....i normally get a bad headache when AF is coming, but i also had lots of headaches when i was pregnant. The sore BB are really weird though, they are worse than when i was pregnant. Im wondering if its something to do with going back to normal bra's. I was wearing maternity bra's before the miscarriage but now im wearing normal ones. Is it possible that my BB have not gone back to normal size and the bra is making them sore??

mammal - don't know if the Vitex altered things as I wasn't charting before the m/c so Ihave no way of knowing exactly what was happening before. All I can say is that my very first pregnancy (without vitex) took 3 years to achieve (with a different partner), my second one (after being on Vitex about 6 to 8 weeks) took 9 months to achieve) and this one has taken just 4 months so I think it has had a good effect for sure. I was only taking it originally because my mother gave it to me as my DF was complaining about my mood swings when AF was due.... and it has helped with that a little, but not a lot.

treelo - it could be the change in bra that's causing the problem. Are you sure it's the right size? They say most of us get around in the wrong sized bra so it might be worth getting measured up. I recently switched to 16DD bras after wearing 16D bras & I've found them far more comfortable and think that I probably should have been wearing them for a while. I've got to say I am a little worried what sized bra I could be in soon as I'm bound to get bigger. Good luck with the rest of your tww.

Just wanted to tell you that if you don't have success this month and you run out of HPTs I can recommend getting them on the net through LC. I got a big bundle of them I think about 3 cycles ago and I've still got several left. They cost me less than half of what they cost at the supermarket & I bought the mid stream ones. The strip ones are even cheaper. Also I've never heard of anyone complaining about evaporation lines so they appear to be very reliable and they are definately a bargain.

I will get my BT results back today. She marked the test urgent so that's how I will know today, otherwise I would have had to wait longer. I didn't even have to ask for an urgent one, she just read the notes on the file and knew I was desperate to know. Please keep your fingers and toes crossed for me.

As for me.....I woke up to a face full of zits and the usual headache. I wore a materity bra yesterday to see if that stopped the BB hurting but no change, still sore. Lucky its not time to BD because i have been in a right royal mood the past few days.

i am way past ovulation and AFwas due 5 days ago. there is no sign of her but no real PG signs either. MY nipples are really tender this morning and been peeing alot- those can be attributed to AF and PG. so far 3 BFN. Is it pos could be PG but not showing enough hormone yet or is Af just teasing me????

I most definitely will treelo - I'm feeling sick and I've got alot of stomach cramps, like I'm going to be visited by AF.

mmm been abit quite in here !!! Well iv done an early hpt and got a bfn, but i sort of expected it, still makes me sad though. Af is not due till sunday, so maybe im just way too early for it to show up. Was going to do one on Wednesdsay but i dont see the point now, ill just wait till after sunday and if AF hasnt come then ill do another one.
