AFM, I thought m/s was improving but the last couple of days were yucky again, so I am not getting my hopes up again when I have a good day. Hopefully it will get much better soon...

Still waiting for AF. Now 7 days late and have really odd ovary pains. I feel nauseous and heachachey. Just waiting for her to show up.

Aries, would it be an idea to get your bloods done? Sometimes implantation can take place quite late and the levels are too low to be detected on HPTs. What do you think? I've heard of girls getting BFN on the pee stick and then getting BFP with the BT. Just suggesting it as you're feeling nauseaus & have the odd ovary pain.......

Still feeling pretty crappy. I have booked a doc appt next Monday the 7th just in case I still havent got AF and will get a blood test done then. If AF does show then I will still go and see if I can get my ovaries looked at as they have been hurting me for the last 3 weeks.
How common is not getting a positive on a HPT?
When I fell with Alexander I didnt find out until 5 weeks and 4 days on a HPT and the blood test came back at 33. Very low positive - which indicated I was only around 3 weeks pg. So there was some confusion at my 7 week dating scan as I was measuring at 5 weeks (therefore being 2 weeks behind inmy dates). Would this have been late implantation?
So either way I am going to the Docs next Monday. I hope I get a positve on a HPT before next Sunday (if AF dosent show) as I wanted to surprise DH on Fathers Day!
Berry - I really am not sure if I am regular yet. My last AF came 3 months after I gave birth to Alexander and I noted ovulation 14 days to the day before AF showed up. I have only had a regular cycle since Nov last year (after my lap for endo) and fell pg in the next cycle (December) on clomid. Then of course I didnt get AF due to being pg, until just last month when it was bang on a 28 day cycle.
I did opk's in this cycle and they (and CM) indicated that I was ovulating around day 14/15 so I was expecting AF 8 days ago now.
Other than feeling a little 'off' I have had increased CM and my cervix is highish. SO I guess I will wait it out. I dont have any HPT's left and am a little hesitant to buy them just yet as I have wasted so many on a whim. I will test again from mid week if I get more symptoms.
What do you think?

Hi Aries, I know you didn't ask me! But I think what you're planning sounds great. If I were you I would hold onto a little bit of hope but do what you are planning and not test until just before father's day to double check, and then see what happens by the time your doctor's appointment comes around. Though I also think that it's not a waste of a test if it helps our sanity remain intact!! I've always hoped until AF actually shows up because you just never know what your body is up to!

Well I am really trying not to get excited but.... (Possible TMI, sorry) It has been 7wks since the 1st day of my last bleed I would consider a period.. (I did have a very light (brown) bleed for 3 days 4wks ago).. Because I have pretty much bled for the last 7months I am excited.. I am starting to toy with the idea I could be, Shhh, pregnant... I am so terrified to test because I don't want to be disappointed if I'm not.. I haven't told ANYONE of my little suspicion because I don't want to get my hopes up.. Possible symptoms: No period, veins are quite visible in breasts (happened last time, but maybe I am seeing what I wanna see??) Am quite tired, but it could be the hot weather lately.. I have decided if AF stays away I will test next week. I am really really hoping... :noaf: cos while AF stays away, there is a possibility!

Aries, I think its a good sign that your last cycle was 'back to' 28-days, also if I can calculate correctly - lol, you were on day 39 last time when you got a positive on the HPT test, albeit a low result, which proved a viable pg. I'm clearly no expert, but it seems possible that Alexander did implant on the 'later side' and for you that may be completely normal. I think that there is still a good chance, but keep in mind that your cycle could be a bit 'all over the place' after your loss and still settling down. I am certainly praying that it is the first possibility for you :pray: By the way, when you say you have had 'ovulation' pain for 3-yrs, if it is 'sharp' pain at all or you start feeling unwell, make sure you see your Dr. Hoping for a BFP for you soon hun :hug:

Hi Berry - Thankyou for your encouraging words. The pains that I feel are settling now but its more a ovary tugging if i can describe it. On both sides - I actually thought I was ovulating again.... but definately not sure.
Still no signs of AF - I really hope I havent set myself up for a big fall.... I confided in Mum tonight so that she is ready with a hug should I need it! I havent told anyone else because I want to keep it a surprise but also dont want to get anyone elses hopes up either. DH knows that AF hasnt shown up but hasnt put two and two together yet :rolleyes: !!
Having said that I am ready if AF shows too so we will just wait and see - although I am now 9 days late (Yes I am counting!) and am ready to know!!!

Lol Aries, it sounds like we are going through the same agony of hoping but not wanting to get hopes up too high.. I haven't even said anything to DP.. To be honest I think he would be terrified.. He has admitted he is scared of trying again, but knows I am not using contraception.. I think he just expects it to take a while like it did with the twins. I would be scared too but I know we would both be thrilled at the same time.. I hope we all get our BFP's soon.. Lots of :bluedust:

Hi all, Aires that is funny about DH not realising you haven't had AF. I don't think mine would either. I never thought about it before.
Blessed at last, maybe you should test before it would be too late to have a dating scan, just in case you get a BFP. It sounds like you might need one if you do and they are best done early on (like 8 weeks or something) aren't they?
And thanks Berry! Can't wait til it's handed in and I get my life back.

Well I have been put out of my misery! AF came today :( I hope my cycles get back to normal.. At least I am not bleeding constantly now though! Hopefully I will have a normal 5 - 7 day period and not get another one for another 6 wks.. (Or at all!)

Blessed, so sorry to hear that AF arrived, it is a difficult time waiting for your cycle to return to normal. I really hope that happens for you soon and you get a lovely BFP in no time.

Beata, glad you are feeling better. So glad to hear that Diana's little guy is doing well, that's fantastic news. It must have been such a frightening time for her & her DH.
