just hanging i there - it gets pretty uncomfortable - but it will be all worth it! try a bath - that may settle them down before bed for you. I had DD head into my ribs and DS head into my bladder - it was unconfortable and I didn't even get as far as you!
try sleeping with a pillow under your tummy and between your legs. Like one of thoses triangle pillows. You sort of hug it- or spoon with if ITMS! lolol
just take your time doing everything and rest as much as you can- no rush - just do what you can. They say carrying twins is the equivelent on the body of climbing Mt Evererst!!! So no wonder you are wrecked!
What hospital are you having your bubbas at??
Good luck and hang in there!

Near the end I slept almost half sitting up in bed, easier to breathe

Hi!! Thanks, I am trying my best not to give up easily....I am also sleeping in the same position as you Kelly but still am not able to sleep smoothly. Well another few weeks to go I guess...I am having my bubbas at The Monash hospital. Earlier a hot shower was really useful to settle them down but now they get naughtier and more active when I am there in the shower.....Looks like they are trying to tell me "we were scared initially mom but not anymore ;)"
My bubbas were also initially in the opposite positions with one head in the ribs and the other in the bladder and I really had a tough time.....FInally they decided to have some mercy on me and now both of them poke their legs right into my ribs :(
What was the birth plan you guys chose for your little angels?? did it go as you had planned or the dc had to change everything at the last moment?

mine were both breech and then I had to deliver early 35wks4day because of obstetric cholestasis (liver bile salts go haywire).
I was booked for C/S anyway as both breech.
