I thought I'd give you an update...
I DID get shortlisted for the job! They had about 3 million applicants and it has taken them until yesterday to get back to me for the phone interview.
WOO HOO!
I have also been shortlisted for another job in a completely different field and I am very excited about that too, will let you know how it turns out.
