Babies Born April 16th - 30th 2008 #1

Jodie82 Other than Oliver's sneaky feed at 10.30ish he sleeps for about 12 hours at night, he is usually in bed by 6.30pm and then wakes at around 6.30am, i've been told by the Community Nurse that some babies just want to quench their thirst with their first morning bottle, and that seems to be what Oliver does.
sarah I didn't make Jordan's costume, I can't sew to save my life, we bought it from a shop in the city.
Vixstar hi, welcome to the group, we had both your boys names on our list when I was pg with Oliver. Also, I don't live very far from Penrith (Hassall Grove, which is near Plumpton), and Jordan actually goes to school at Cranebrook. What suburb are you in?
Nettie sounds like Liam is doing really well, and just because he seems small now doesn't mean he will stay that way. Oliver still hates going on his tummy.
Clueless I really don't think there is a time that you 'have' to stop wrapping, I only STARTED wrapping Jordan when he was 6 months because of sleeping issues, and he stayed wrapped until he was 12 months, and Oliver definitely sleeps better when he doesn't escape from his wrap so we will continue to wrap him until he shows signs of not liking it or until he is 12 months old whichever happens first.
Tarnee Jordan NEVER had tummy time as he hated it and he would just throw up anyway because of his reflux and it hasn't effected him in any way, he was walking at 13 months, we went through a lot of bibs etc too and he never really grew out of it until he was about 8-9 months old, and all that was with thickened formula so I would hated to have seen him on regular formula that comes up easier. I know it is frustrating having a baby that smells like spew, but she will grow out of it, and it is NORMAL for a refluxy baby :hug: And yest I have to agree that more people seem to be coming back to the thread which is great

I officially am over winter....bring on summer. I have been sick for a week - tired, dizzy, coughing,temps, can't sleep and still bf which is draining in itself. Bails is sick but seems to be very much on the mend now. Dp and Noah have not caught it thank goodness, esp DP as he is working 13 days straight atm.:(

Noah only took one side this morning for the first time in ages......of course he is hungry now!

Sharon - Im in Kingswood / Orchard Hills. I thought Hassall grove sounded familiar.

Tarnee - those You'll Love Coles nappies are fantastic hey? I like them and the Aldi ones. We have also used the Dri-Bots ones too and they are not too bad either but don't alwasy hold explosive nappies....but I am not sure many would as when Noah 'blows', he blows big time!!!!:lol:
My DS#1 was a spewy bbay, after ever feed, during the feed and esp in the middle of the night....GROSS. I remember this one time (at band camp:cryinglaugh:) he was feeding and projectile vomited whilst laying on his back. It reminded me of a whales blow whole. LOL Noah has hardly thrown up at all. Every bub is diffand their little bellies etc are all diff too...they kinda have their own little personalities. YES, she will grow out of it. I found Bailey did at around 6 months, when he started sitting up more.
I do understand how you feel, as we have green poo saga atm and it feels like no one actually 'gets' me. (((HUGS)))

I have already made an appt with the tongue-tie doctor so I think I will trust him to assess it properly and decide whether or not she needs it snipped. I also asked the GP about how 'spewy' she is - and predictably he said, 'she will grow out of it - it is normal'!! Well, if it is so normal, why don't I see every other baby spewing as much as she does?? I am so frustrated! Just because she is a good weight and not grizzly, no body will take it seriously.

Tarnee The paed at the hospital said the same thing about Greer's tongue time, it would stretch over time and she was gaining weight so don't worry about it. We also used to have spews, but that seemed to settle and be caused by my over feeding. If you are worried maybe ask the paed when you get the tongu-tie looked at. Or go to an alternative medicine like naturopath or osteopath to see if they can identify what is causing it. Just because they are gaining weight doesn't make them ok in my book.

For me... we have nappy rash from hell and nothing seems to be making it any better. I'll be trying cornflour and beatrix' s suggestion of opsite flexifix if the no nappytime today doesn't work. Tried bicarb and water last nite, didn't help. Must say though giving her panadol meant she only woke at midnight and 7am last night, just goes to show she doesn't need those extra feeds.

tarnee - also just wanted to say that our Paed told me about a 'thickner' thatyou can buy which you give to bubs just before (or is after???) they feed to help them 'keep it down' so to speak. When Bailey was little I used to go through two or three tshirts myself coz he would puke on me all the time. I would also get through each day with an ugly burp rag on my shoulder too...very trendy. I never thought to ask anyone about it butdid this time in cse Noah was the same and was told all babies have reflux just diff degrees of it. Don't worry about the tummy time...i think its over rated personally.;)

...anyways, was thinking about it all ove the past hr or so and just wanted to tell you about the thickner stuff. No idea what its called though.

Grubi: I thought Wyatt had really bad nappy rush when he was like 2 weeks old. It didn't matter what I put on it, it wasn't healing after 4 days. So I took off to Dr. and told me he had a funglie infection. Got some cream put it on and within a 3 days you could see the improvments. It was a sore you could see. Have a try, you can buy cream at chemist over counter.

Wyatt is doing wonderfully. I must take him to have him weighed. I keep putting it off. It's being so WINDY and COLD over the last few days. Snow on mountains....

Anyway DH and I had HUGH fight last night, about me wanting new kitchen. He got so mad about it, he slammed BedR door. So me being stubborn packed bags and tried to put kids in car, and he stopped me to talk about it. He listed his reasons why he wants to wait, when I told him when ever he wanted something he get it's me I'm not allowed to have it. (am all teary and kids come out) "Cos a new kitchen is not going to make $110ph. Anyway when I calmed down we sorta talked more about it. But I know it is not going to happen, and that is what is disappointing.

Anyway he said if I can find him a new/used excavator for under $150,000 and they have what he wants then I can have kitchen. So this morning got on net and found 11 with what he wants. We'll just have to wait and see, but he will make excuse about all of them. and if not, he can also but a new work ute, with left over money. Men they just can't seem to do these things. He has been looking for the last 3-4 months for on, me I find 11 first go.

Anyway Sorry about ranting on here... No-one else will listen to me...

Sarah I tried an antibacterial cream on one side to see if it made a difference since cream worked overnight on DS earlier in the year, but it too seemed to make it worse.

Hope you get your kitchen, I just paid $500 to get new taps in both bathrooms - no more drip drip in the night yippee!!

We have been nappy free most of the day and it is looking better. Can't believe how many wees and poos she has done, you don't notice it with a nappy on, but in 7 hours we have had at least 8 wees and 6 poos. She seems to have pain associated with the poos and they are runny so I'm thinking that she might have a mild gastro or something. Earlier she had two farts before a small poo and they stank - being exclusively breast fed I'm thinking it's a tummy bug. Will still get covitol from chemist tonight and something for her tummy - bauers relief of one description or another I think. Also bought some baby acidophillous to give her.

Thanks for reminding me Nettie I'd forgotten to make a 4 month appointment time.:doh: I know Greer is big, but will be interested to hear what the MCHN says.

Welcome Vix, I didn't mean to ignore you, just finding it hard to do much with Greer screaming hte house down of late. So I've been keeping my post to the bare essentials.

Sharon Jordan looks great. Did I ask, did you answer, did I miss it? How did your scrapbooking retreat go?

Oh and another thing.... I saw BPA free bottles in the BigW catalogue last night for around $20 for 3 - might check it out tonight.

Grubi- been poking around in this thread and read about your battle with nappy rash. Don't know if you've tried it as such but it may help if you put her in the sun during no nappy time. That cleared lila's little bottom up straightaway when nothing else was working. Now I change her about every other hour (cloth nappies hold the moisture next to the skin) and slather her with zinc barrier cream before bed or put on a sposie. Hth...

Sarah- its good to vent, esp about DH sometimes. I read part of a book about baby-proofing your marriage before I had Lila and one of the things they warned of is that you'll still fight over the same sorts of things you fought about before, but it will generally be more intesne because you're both more invested in the relationship/more stressed in general/sleep deprived, etc. Knowing that has helped me maintain focus when we have had a few dust-ups in the past few months.

As usual Steph always helpful advice. Got a little sun time in this afternoon. Went to chemist and have bought a zinc and castor oil cream for tonight and ordered the covitol - but won't be in until 4pm tomorrow. It's looking better for the no nappy time. Like I said seems to be some tummy pains too so I got infants friend for that. Thinking it might just be a reaction to the fact that I had orange juice on Sunday and then me swapping treatments so frequently that made it really bad. Hopefully it clears up soon. Apparently need to stick to one treatment for 2-3 days. Will be doing no nappy as much as possible with zinc and castor oil or covitol of a night until it clears.

Thanks for the advice everyone. I have calmed down a bit now. I asked DH if he thought I was over-reacting about the 2 issues and he said 'yes'. So I asked him if I should just drop it - and he said 'no'. hahaha - talk about getting someone to do your dirty work. He very kindly said that I knew her best and that I should do what I think is right. So I will get the tongue-tie doctor to look/assess her and only do the snip if he thinks it is necessary. If he says not necessary or to wait then I can live with that cause that is his area of expertise.

In regards to being spewy - I think that maybe I just wanted to know what it was and today the doctor said that it is 'reflux' whereas in the past I was told that because she wasn't grizzly then it wasn't reflux and that she was just eating too much. I know about the thickener - not sure if I will try it or not - will look into it some more. Although it might also help stretch her out to 4 hourly feeds during the day (only just moved to 3 hourly from 2 hourly!!).

The spewed-on tally for me today is 5 bibs (good), 2 of my shirts (average) and 3 pairs of my pants (very bad)!! If I don't laugh about it, I'll cry!!

Grubi - IKWYM about swapping treatments too soon. DS#1 had a burnt butt at around 12 months from teething. It was the worst thing I have every seen. Cannot member he name of the cream we got from the chemist but it had an antibacterial thingy in it and over night we had improvement........I knew you weren't ignoring me, we all have busy lives. :D

Sarah - does sound like you had a big blue. Hope things work out for you. $$$$$ has a habit of stressing people out...I hate money!

alittlegrubi you did ask about my retreat before and I forgot to answer :doh: I had a really good time, have already told DH I am going for entire weekend next year. My BF and I did our 'time warp' and it was a hit, we had EVERYONE in stitches the only down side was that when it was time for me to head off to retreat, DH said it was fine for me to go as he was putting the meat away and didn't want Oliver to wake and need attending to while he had 'meat' on his hands, so he gives the A O K and I start 'skipping' down the hallway as I was very excited and I pulled my calf muscle really badly, I was in so much pain for the rest of the night, but still had so much fun! I can't wait till next year (last year I had just found out i was pg and was such a cry baby because of the hormones and the only one who knew was my BF)
Vixstar we will have to meet up for a coffee and shopping in the Plaza one day :D

BJ has been a bit sick the past couple of days, he has a sore throat, cries when he sneezes or coughs and has a very deep voice.
Barely slept yesterday and the sparkle is gone out of his eyes at the moment.

BabyWrangler sorry to hear that BJ has been sick, it's sad when they "lose their sparkle" poor little man, hope he gets better soon. I think Jordan looked so cute, the costume he got is a size 11! so it will fit him for quite a few years.

I bought a new cot set for Oliver's room the other day, I got him the 'bright bots' down by the farm theme, he bed looks so colourful, and now I want to get some bright prints/canvasses for his wall, will sell his other set on ebay and since I got it for nothing because of the 'staff member stuff up', anything will be a profit.

That's all from me, just waiting for Oliver to wake up so he can have a bottle, then we will be toddling off to the community nurse, then out to pay some money on the xmas/birthday layby's I have all over the place. Speaking of xmas, I tried out Jordan's Mario Kart on the Wii the other day and it is soooooooo much fun, my friend and I had a great laugh.

BW hope BJ gets better soon. Could it be a reaction to the immunisations?

It seems to me that Greer has been sick forever now, but the doctor just tells me she is fighting off the infections (viral) well herself and no need to do anything. However, the crying, the nappy rash, the runny watery poos, the hoarse voice make it hard to believe. However, she hasn't lost her sparkle thankfully. I'm reluctant to have her immunised on Monday because of how sick she seems to be.

Sharon Glad to hear that you had a great time at your retreat and that you are planning for the next one already. Shame about the pulled muscle though.
Was it you that got the double discount on the bedding way back because of the way the checkout operator processed your goods and you were asking if you should go back? It will be good if you get a nice profit on ebay for it.
I can't buy things early for xmas etc as I end up giving them to DS before then and have no presents at the timne of the celebration :doh:. DS got sooooo much for his birthday that he can't appreciate it.

Vixstar was thinking of joining up again for the coles baby club, seems to have stopped when DS was 2 so must get my act together and add that to the never ending list of things to do.

With the nappy rash - I tried to get covitol, but it is unavailable ATM, SIL looked after her yesterday and used NappyMate on her and she had sections where the skin dried, flaked and peeled - they look better today not that the skin has peeled, maybe I should go buy the nappymate. It seems to look worse than it is as she does not seem bothered by it.

My appointments are all booked in for the long days in the dentist chair about 6 hours for each visit one in September and the second one in October. Concerned about there being 4 weeks with temporary plastic teeth :( it's scary. Must get the money organised for that too. Seems all that I am doing at the moment is spending money.

alittlegrubi yes that was me who got the 'discount' on the cot set. I only payed $100 for the bright bots set on ebay (that's with postage) and everything I got would have cost me $210+ if I bought it from a shop, it looks so nice on his bed. As for the xmas presents, I layby everything and then don't get it out till about a month before xmas and hide it all, I have to do it that way as Jordan's birthday is only 4 weeks before xmas and it would just make it really difficult financially to have to buy everything so close together so I usually go in the mid year sales and take up the offer of laybying till xmas.

Sharon I'm always afraid that by Xmas they will have changed their interests or someone else will buy the item I put on layby. Besides I got peeved at Target last year because I wanted to put an item on layby for DSs birthday during the sale, they didn't ask and automatically made it a Xmas Layby, when I said no I'll be collecting it within the usual 6 week period they said they couldn't guarantee they'd be able to give it to me then and when I said forget it then I'll just buy it now on credit card, they wanted to charge me a cancellation fee. That made steam come out my ears! Ever since then have avoided the layby counters. Christmas will be small this year with my massive outlay on my teeth over the next 2 months and then the tax bill. Will see what ebay specials I can grab.
Speaking of which decided it's time to start typing out the baby stuff listings, capsule, bassinette, baby bjorn and clothes mine and hers. Should get started now whilst everything is quiet.

A bit about us- Jack has started on solids....well his been on them since he was 7 weeks, but only farex & have just introduced vege's & a few fruits, seems to be enjoing them although he is still waking up during the night....he is nearly 4 months on the 19th so hopefully soon...maybe I will get a full night sleep, very difficult when I'm doing it all on my own, I certainly take my hat off to single parents! At least I get some relief the 1 week off my hubby has!
Anyhow best go & have a shower & will most likely hit the hay soon as Jack was awake twice last night instead of the once...at least he goes straight back to sleep after he has a feed...well most of the time. (Just wish he took a dummy)!

MOJ have you tried a nuk silicone dummy? Greer refused dummies, but we finally managed to get her to take the Nuk. We only use it when we are failing to cope, but it is good to know she will take it. Have had other Mums tell me that their child would only take the Nuk so it is worth a try.
How come Jack has had solids since 7 weeks?
I too take my hat off to most single parents and to those with more than one, especially if they have more than one under the age of 3. The reason I say most and not all single parents is that I have a young Mum (single) in my mother's group and all she seems to do is complain that she has to do it all herself and that she has no help from anyone whenever the discussion of how DHs or DPs have helped comes up.

I have tried him on tommee tippee ones, avent & then just the cheap big fat ones, but will definately give the Nuk ones a go.... he jus won't keep it in. I started him on farex around 7 weeks as he would not sleep unless he was on my chest & i thought that maybe if i introduced a little bit of solids it would maybe help him sleep but being a new mum i wasn't too sure what to do....he only had the farex once a day & only around 2 teaspoons of it. What does this make me a bad mother trying him on farex at 7weeks or something???

Just a quick one on the NUK dummies, that is all oliver has had since he was born (and the NUK bottles), tried him on some others a few weeks ago and he hated them, as soon as we went back to the NUK he was back to his normal self, I find they tend to stay in more too.

Ok, I think we are back to normal...put it this way, BJ is being cheeky again, and he can squeal once more (goody for us!)...I'm guessing we are all good!!
On the other hand, DH got MAJORY crook last night....had been fine all day (but strangely had a nanna nap on the couch before tea), then when I got back from the 2am feed he warned me that he felt freezing (even though the electric blanket was on high), was shivvering, and felt queasy...well...15 minutes later it was very clear that the journey on the porcelain bus was gonna be a long one!

He woke this morning looking and feeling crap...hopefully I dont get it and more to the point, I hope Benjamin doesn't!

Damn...was gonna do personals, but will have to pop back and edit this post with them, Benjamin is having an "issue"

BabyWrangler Glad to hear that BJ is back to himself, you've gotta love that squeeling, especially when it's right next to your ear (no that hurts LOL)

DH booked tickets for Jordan and I to go and see Cirque Du Soleil's Dralion on October 12th, I am so excited, this will be the 4th Cirque I have seen, they are fantastic!

Also, Oliver is rolling from tummy to back, makes it kind of hard to get him to have tummy time the cheeky little bugger especially since he was starting to get used to it.

MOJ giving Jack farex from 7 weeks doesn't make you a bad mother at all. Sorry if I gave youi that impression. I was just curious as to why you had started him that early. My DS was the same as Jack - would only sleep on my chest - wish I had thought of using farex to thicken the milk in his tummy, instead I perservered with the chest sleeps and still have him wanting to sleep with Mummy at the age of 3. So from experience, I'd say that giving Jack farex makes you a smart mother :clap:, especially if it has made a difference.
BTW just noticed Jack and Greer share their birthday.
BW Hopefully DH doesn't pass on his sickness to the two of you. I know how hard it is to look after a baby when you or they are sick and wouldn't wish it on anyone.
Sharon I'm jealous that your DH has bought you Cirque tickets. It's my birthday on Friday so I'll be waiting to see if DH gets me anything or if it is like his birthday where I told him he was just getting something he had already bought for himself and just gave him a small present from DS. He gets to go to movies and concerts all the time, but would he think to look for something I might like, I doubt it.:rolleyes:

alittlegrubi I DH puts some thought into your b'day present, hinting sometimes works a treat, although I also just come straight out and ask my DH for things like that, Jordan is being quite spoiled lately, him and DH are going to the monster truck show on the 6th Sept (not my thing) but he is so excited, he loves cars, trucks, bikes etc. The only thing i'm not too keen about with Cirque is that I have to drive into the city as it isn't very public transport friendly getting there, and I know I will stress and be extremely anxious the whole drive in, but once i'm there I will be fine.

Hi guys finally a moment...I think!

Grubi, I hope your DH behaves himself and spoils you rotton. I have to admit, my DH is usually pretty good with pressies....this year (when BJ was 3 weeks old) I got a dvd player to go with the tv in Bj's room so that on those LONG nights when he doesn't settle (which Im actually still waiting for) I can occupy myself....I used it when BFing was taking an hour though...so over the course of 2 nights, I'd get a movie in!.

Sharon, We saw Drallion late last year...or maybe it was in April....yeah it was, my birthday (Ollie's b'day) it was fantastic...DH made a deal that whenever they come out here, we go see them.

BabyWrangler I think that Cirque is fantastic, my 1st cirque experience was nearly 7 ago while I was 8 months pregnant with Jordan, and have been to every one since then. DH knew how much I wanted to go and I would have been quite upset if I'd missed out. How cool that you and Ollie have the same birthday

It is quiet isn't it. We had a big day yesterday a 3rd birthday party in the morning, 45 min drive to my parents and then Pop and DS's birthdays there. DS wanted to go home at 3pm, fell aslepp in the car and slept for 3 hours.
Nappy rash hasn't got any better and covitol is on back order, we are supposed to do immunisations this afternoon. I better get moving as I have a long list of things to do today. Will try to make it back later.

Oliver has been off the Zantac for 5 days now and isn't showing any signs of the reflux coming back, so :pray: that it stays this good and hopefully he can go back on to regular formula soon, although I am tempted to try out this new formula that the chemist recommended, Novalac (or something like that) and their AR formula is apparently the same as normal formula and doesn't actually thicken until it's in the stomach which means that normal teats can be used instead of the ones with the + hole in them, I hate the way the Karicare goes thick and gluggy once it starts to cool down.

Grubi just a suggestion, have you tried Sudocrem? its avaiable everywhere and in all my years of child care, thats the one I recommend to everyone...its what I' use on BJ if his bottom is a little red, if I put that on, by the next change, its all better!
We had a child at child care who used to do poos that had no smell, so he could be in in for a good half hour or so, and they always burnt him...he could be red raw with little blood patches from is, and we'd put sudocrem on and by the next change all was good!
Might be worth a try.

MOJ Greer was born on April 19th 2008, same as Jack. DS turned 3 last week. I'm lucky that I don't have the same issues with Greer as I had with DS when he was a baby. She sleeps in her cot on her back and usually only wakes for food or pain. The latter usually being a huge fart and poo (sorry if that was TMI).
Most of us in this thread have gotten to know each other over the course of our pregnancies, so we are fairly friendly with each other and hopefully can be with those of you only joining us now. I do know what you mean though.
The past 15 minutes have been hell here - her screaming during nappy change him pooing his pants at the same time and breaking his toys, I'm battling to hold my composure and not yell at either of them. That is why this post has taken so long to write. :rolleyes:

BW Sudocream was what I started with, but nope that didn't work, but maybe I didnt give it long enough and swapped too quickly. Might go back to it again as the zinc and castor oil, bi-carb soda, no nappy time or bactroban haven't worked.

Sharon can't say I remember Chrissy, but that it very sad to hear, I'd be a blubbering mess if that happended to me right now.:crying:

alittlegrub I think Chrissy only came to our group closer to the end of the pregnancy, she had 6 children (think some of them where step children though) and pg with this bubs, don't think she posted very much though. There is no way I would be able to cope either if this happened to me, but we would have to as we would have our babies to look after, so I suppose you just have to keep going.

Thanks for the link Sharon, that is extremely saddening (sp). It makes you wish there was something you could do to help. I can't imagine having to tell my 3 year old Daddy isn't ever coming home again. Makes the tears well just thinking about it.

Sharon - yes, I was aware of Chrissy's tragedy but I didn't realise you knew her or I would've mentioned it sooner. Her DH died last week but apparently he was more susceptible to the infection because he'd undergone heart surgery last year...

Liam had his 4 month imms today and was a real trooper - cried during the injections, but by the time he was having the oral one, he had settled down and was smiling while we re-dressed him.

Uh oh - he's grizzling now so I'd better run!

Just had our immunisation here too Nettie. They gave us the oral first then the jabs, screamed on the jabs, two sucks on the boobie and all was forgotten. She is sleeping now. Hoping there isn't too bad a reaction.

Again I know I have been MIA for almost a week. Will do personal first then my big long excusie, why I have been missing.

Grubi: How did Greer go during the night with her needles? Hope she wasn't too bad for you.

Sharon: That is such a shock to the system regarding Chrrisy DH. I was in tears reading it. I read a story like that in New Idea amout 3 months ago, but it was a woman, and she had the "simply Flu".
* I can't really say as am not in her situation and who hate to be with some many kids asking about daddy. But I know I personally get delayed shock. So am fine why people are around its when they all go home is when it would set in for me.
* Thought and HUGS for Chrissy. I hope she has a great family to help her out for awhile.

Sad part is I have had flu forever it feels like, and I went to Dr and he said he can't give me anything that wont dry my milk up. So I just got to tuff it out he said.


Ok the long dreded story of why I've been MIA.

So last Thursday I lost my credit card. Went back too all shops couldn't find it, so rung bank and cancelled it.

Friday I get a msg to call my mother, she process to tell me she went back to see her Dr, and he tells her, that her liver is failing and needs to get her affairs in order as she only has 2 weeks to live. I have not see or spoke to her in 6 years, (my choice) and only just started talking to her since March 08. my Dad got on phone as asked me to come so I am going, with 3 children for 8 days...

Get phone calls from my 2 sister one saying I need to come last Sat 16th other sister say wait on booking tickets until she(mother) has her look see surgery on Monday 18th. Looked at airfair and just booked while they were cheap. Older sister is now only flying up day before her major surgery then fly home day after... Other sister is such a sad-sob drama queen. I don;t know how I am going to cope.

I called my mother back and told her I would come, provided someone meet me at airport so I can follow them back in rental car or incase new Credit card doesnt arrive in time I can go to parents house with them.

Saturday: We went and did a bit of shopping which I haven't done in weeks. Was ment to be saving for new kitchen, but am still waiting for written quote to come back to me. So DH calls up at 12noon, and say pack car we are off to the snow.
So we drive an hr and half to get there and last half an hr then drive back. Cos DH rushed me, I forgot to tell kids to greab hats and snow gloves. However I got my lovely landscape photo I wanted for over our bed.. Finanly will post in gallery later

Sunday: More drama regarding my mother with my siblings, I took phone of hook and turned mobile off. We went to farm to wash car, kids rode their motorbike around. Then up to visit a GF who live half hr away. Had to take some photo of her son on his motorbike going over the jump and doing wheelie around paddock. Did all washing and hung out, just had to bring in and put away YAY...

Monday: DH forgot to sign cheque so I can pay accounts for business. So I had to drive to him an hr away so I could get them paid. My car went in to get fixed yesterday, it's been a long time waiting. DH doesn't have the time to fix it, so he said get someone else to do it. So DH's mate brought around his spare car. OMG... but it only incase my car isn't back by thrusday afternoon. Menchiance keeps calling me to tell me someone else is wrong with car. So I just told him to fix it. DH car broke down so he is using his road bike at moment. It needs to be fixed. It's all good though, as it can all be claimed back on tax for the business.
*Oh sparkie came back and put phone line so I don;t have to run long phone cord through house to comptuer. So am going to OPEN new printer which has fax on it and TRY and install it... 2morro maybe

Tuesday: Am just trying to clean house up today, I was think I would take computer in to be clean up and make sure no virus are on it. But it take like 2-3 days. I don't know how I could cope. Different if they could do it over weekend when I dont get on it as much.
*Also I need to write a list of what I need to take up NSW. At this stage his is a mile long.
**I would like to take the kids to the zoo, the under water world, and maybe lunier park. But can anyone help I can't remember how to get their. Last time I went I was probley 10-12. My rental car does have SATNAV, but isn't not always trusty. Any direction would be great. Oh and anything else I should take kids to see while we there, as it;s going to be at least 5 years before I go back.
*** Also siting and PRAYING my new credit card gets here in time, or I am stuffed with rental car. I really dont want to rely on family member to drive me and kids everywhere.

So that is why I have been MIA, and going to be MIA for a while next week. I can't wait to go to zoo and show kids animals. I used to live in NSW on the centrel coast, but I haven't been back in 8 years. So every thing has changed.

Oh, Wyatt goes for his 4m needs on Thursday, DS#1 is being such a PIA ATM. I feel so mean have been yelling at him alot. Need to breath more I know.

Anyway I better go, Wyatt needs to be put back to bed for morning nap. Will talk/ramble on latter...

Sharon - OMG!!!!I know Chrissy from my Sept 06 thread that I have come and gone from for the past 2 yrs. I just brust into tears when i read the sad news.I am still in shock I think. I posted a message to her and asked the girls to pass on my thoughts and prayers should they speak with her.

Thank you Sharon for telling us...it makes you rehitnk just how damn precious life really is and it should never tbe taken for granted.
