Well Isabel and I are back! We had a wonderful time in Auckland and we were both very spoilt. Had a great time and really took advantage of having Izzy's grandparents around they loved having her and she didn't disappoint them giving them lots of smiles and giggles.
Oh and the big thing that happened was that when I put her on her belly she now gets up on her knees she just hasn't learnt that she needs to move her arms too :clap:
Sorry no personals tonight just thought I would log on quickly before I start getting ready for Isabel's next feed and getting myself to bed as I'm stuffed.

Tenny.. Have i told you lately your boys are gorgeous!! Well not today at least! Keira drinks diddly squat! Shes lucky if she finishes 150mls and shes a porker! But in saying that.. Jesse was a garbage guts and would drink as much as you would give him. I think at this age they just eat what they need... and you are probably right that he is probably going through a growth spirt id say. Thanks hun.. i hope so too! :)
Zee.. yeh i havent actually looked at any games. Am waiting for a sale to come on. Target's toy sale starts in 2 weeks and i think theres one at kmart this week so will be checking it all out. What are the doctors saying about lucas forever crying? Surely they can do something?
Mez.. welcome back honey! Glad you had a nice time! Ohhh woohooo you go Izzy! Shes going to be off before you know it! Oh the joy of child proofing! But thats great! What a clever munchkin!

Missy - so so sorry, what a difficult time for your family. You're doing so well to hold it all together and I'm sure your sister really appreciates your support. Thoughts and prayers with you all.
Kristy - same for you - your poor mum and wow, with all that you have on your plate, to find time to be able to help her too is just amazing. What a great mum AND great daughter you are.
Mel = bummer about the idiot doctor. There's plenty of them out there. Hope A is feeling better.
Kel - know what you mean - this post has been sitting here since about 5pm. The weather in the mountains was perfect, we went to the Botanic Gardens at Mt Tomah and lots of things were blooming it was lovely. And our babies are growing up soooo fast. I can't believe Beth is nearly 12 weeks, which reminds me:

Today has been full on. Beth has been a lot better but still a bit clingy, and I had to cook dinner for BIL & SIL who are over from the UK. They just left, it was really nice to see them, they are good value. SIL has the same birthday as Beth and they hadn't met her before so they had a good time playing with her. Feel like I've only just stopped after going all day and now its pretty much time to wake DD for her late night feed and go to bed!
Anyway :hug: to anyone I missed and hope you all had a good night....

Mary- Welcome back home, glad you had a good time at your parents..Izzy sounds like she will be off in no time. Lucas just screams when he is put on his belly :doh:
Kellxx- Yeah they are pretty pricey even when on sale..we got our Wii from kmart and same with the few games we have..

Zee: Big :hug: for you! Jayden has been getting into lots of trouble lately and he has even started hurting Ashlea (nothing serious)....I am lucky that Ashlea is a good baby though, not sure I could handle if both were little monsters haha. When's your holiday? I think Ash is teething too but they can teeth up to 4mths before the teeth come....Jayden got his 1st tooth at 8mths old so Ash might be a far way off yet.
Mez: WELCOME BACK!!! Glad you had a great time, how did Izzy go on the plane? Woohoo Izzy getting up on her knees....She'll be crawling in no time! I'm more than happy for Ash not to work that one out just yet haha
Pix: Sounds like you have been busy! How come Beth is clingy? Is it just from the needles do you think or a phase? Ash is a bit that way sometimes, like she wants me to hold her to go to sleep at night but during the day she will doze off on her own.

I probably won't have time in the morning to post but will probably log on through the iphone on our way to Hervey Bay. I made a colouring book for Jayden for the plane, just printed colouring pages from the net of different animals/dinosaurs/trucks etc and took it to my work and got them to bind it....I made a front cover with a photo of J on it, he was so excited!
Hey just thinking ahead a bit, would anyone be interested in a secret santa type thing for xmas? We could make it a $5 or $10 limit for the babies? Just a thought

Well another wet and raining Wednesday in Sydney!
Missy/Kristy.. good thing we posponed until Friday! This is the 3rd Wednesday in a row its been raining! Kinda good for Jesse though, he has a little cough now this morning and still isnt 100%.. so we're having another day at home hopefully he will recover soon.
Jesse's woken in a usual mood.. not too bad so far but not a star child. Being its raining and he cant go outside its going to be joyful inside today.. have a heap of dvds for him to watch at least.
Tannis.. hehe yes i would love to see some more pics! Oh DH said to me the other night, that shes at the stage now you wish she would hurry up and grow up so you can play more with her (like Jesse) and i said nahhhh im enjoying her being a baby. I love this stage when theyre only being bottlefed, no solids. So much easier lol. I really hope shes not fussy like Jesse when it comes to food! Although he was great until about 18 months old. He would sit and just eat peas for dinner.. now.. anything green nooooo way! Have a great and safe trip!! Yeh we did a secret santa for Jesse's baby buddies for their birthdays.. that could be a nice idea for Christmas.. just limiting it to say $10 plus postage.
Zee.. yeh price doesnt matter.. just rather get it on sale so we can get a deal with more games or whatever included iykwim. oh im hoping Keira waits a little while for her teeth.. lol we've just got over all the teething with Jesse now he has them all.. dont want another "teether" just yet!
Pixie.. do you have a baby carrier? Maybe you can put her in that when you have things to do if shes being clingy. Sounds like you have been very busy! Did you see any snow up there? From that cold day?

Wow it's a wet and cold one in Sydney this morning! My MG had to put off our walk again!
Don't mind too much though because yesterday was crazy, and it didn't help that DD woke up at 3.15, rocked her back to sleep and then woke up at 5.30 for a feed! Was kicking myself that I didn't just feed her at 3.... :doh:

Zee - I hear ya honey - this week and last week were just crazy.... maybe in a week or so we can catch up!
Kel - I have a Baby Bjorn but Beth absolutely hates it.... she screams as soon as I put her in it! I'm hoping it's just from the shots, she seems a bit better today. And no snow in the mountains, we obviously missed it!

And that skank is sooo lucky I wasn't with you - I don't put up with that crap from anyone. Everyone's poo stinks so as far as I'm concerned, we are all human and deserve to be treated with respect. lots of people weren't brought up to respect everyone though and to think they are on a higher level - they know where they can stick that attitude. Try to shrug it off mate, I wouldn't pee on her if she was on fire, so I doubt she actually brings anything good into society. Great pics btw. OH - and Miss M has between 150ml and 200ml - I make up 200ml but she doesn't drink it all the time.
Kel - Hope Jesse is in a better mood than yesterday!!!! I hate it when they wake up grumpy - just puts me in a bad mood too. Gorgeous pics - Keira is soooo gorgeous..

Well gotta go check on DS - he wanted to go to bed at 9.30 so I put him down, not sure if he is actually sleeping, when I left him he was still moaning - damn this high temp crap - its really getting to me.. going to take him to the doc again today and demand that they find out what is wrong with him - 3 days of high temps just aren't on (and I'm running out of panadol!!!)
Miss M is asleep in her swing - I feel so sorry for her - DS is taking up all my attention at the moment cos he just wants to be held and rocked and carried all over the house - so she gets nothing from mummy when he is like that.. :( I need another 4 arms I think..

Well just waiting for my sister to call me about John. I thought the op was today but it the consultation with the bowl doc. Then she has to go and help with the food for the wake so she has her hands full. I spoke to her last night and she sounded abit better. Was with Nadenes hubby all day with another close friend of hers. There was the three of them. Donna my sister, Nadene and Karen. They use to run the hugest muck. Was funny to watch them.
I want to say thanks to you all. Im sorry but just trying to get the ironing done but wanted to say thanks for your kind words.
Oh I loved all the photos too. Am commenting on them now.

Zee - Happy 3months to Lucas!!!! :bluecheer: Elijah was a great teether, so I'm also hoping Haydie is aswell, and I hope he's a little further off with the whole teething stuffs. I don't think I'm ready for it. When is your holiday??
Kell - Gorgeous pics! Elijah was a gutsy little thing all the time too. Haydie isn't so much really. Here I go over worrying once again. LOL. I kinda want Hayden is be able to sit up and interact a bit with Elijah, instead of just watching and smiling at him, but then again I love it as he is, still a little baby.
Tan - Nope, I didn't say anything back to her. I was in utter shock like the rest of the ladies at the table. Nope, that chick has no kids. She's like 27, I think. One of those stuck up cows who wear a face full of makeup that you need a paint scraper to get it off. Yuck! Have a fantastic trip! Get loads of photos! I'm jealous too. I've never even been on a plane before in my life. LOL :redface:
Mel - How is DS today??? Is he any better?? I'm hoping so. Oh yeah, I could do with an extra set of arms too. Elijah is starting to be really jealous of Hayden too. Especially lately when Hayden is whinging more then usual so he's usually in my arms or in the carrier. He doesn't hurt him or anything but he's just after all the attention. I can't wait for it to pass (if it ever does. :pray: ) I wish I was more like you, I really do. Then I could have shoved that comment right up where the sun don't shine.
Pixie - Sorry to hear Beth has been clingy. Hayden has been too, but lucky for me he actually loves the Baby bjorn, thank god! I am usually just carrying him around in that most the time these days so it's more peaceful. lol. I hope it passes and it was just Beth's shots.
Mez - Welcome back! Sounds like you had a fantastic trip! How did Izzy travel? YAY Izzy for getting on her knees. Hayden does that sometimes. He likes to lift his legs right off the ground alot so he's just balancing on his tummy. It's very odd. Lol.

Thanks for replying about how much your bubbas are drinking. It did put my mind at ease. I think Haydie just had a huge growth spurt. He wasn't even drinking all of 180ml, then all of a sudden he'd drink it all and want more, so we upped it to 200ml. He was drinking all that too for like all last week. Now he's slowed down and back to not even drinking 180ml. Lol.
Oh and about the soilds thing. The lady asked about that when we went to the drop-in clinic on friday. How scary is it that we're starting real food really soon.

Wat a beautiful day it was today. I went to Edwards Lake in Reservoir with one of my friends & her nieces & she brought along her daughters & I brought Jonathan as well. It was nice sitting down & feeding the ducks very relaxing.

Ehhh have i had a fun few hours with this computer! Stupid virus's and malware!!!!!!! Fixed it thank god.. and i havent even downloaded anything lately!
Tasia.. yeh we will be starting Keira on Rice Cereal (farex) when shes due to start solids. I think its a little early now though. Ill just be going on when she is ready as we did with Jesse. He was 5 months. lol though i would rather wait out to 6 months if i can.. just because its a PITA when they first start solids and you have to go out. Yeh Keira can hold her head pretty well.. can sometimes be a little wobbly still but she holds it up right.
Tenny.. lol how cute! oh I have photos of Jesse in Keira's capsule! I always pick him up as i do her and say awww my little baby and he loves it. So cute. Oh i know what you mean. I can see Keira gets frustraited already she cant get up and go. Wont be long though!
Missy.. big hugs hun.. just you dont forget to take it easy ok.
Mel.. yeh id be seeing a different doctor. I dont think its normal to have a temp for that long. Poor thing could have an ear infection or something. Hope they figure out what is wrong.

Jesse's still not well. He had a 3 hour nap this arvo. I just let him sleep cos he so needs it. But hes now all chesty poor thing. So will see how it goes as to weather we go to the doc. Apart from being moody he is happy enough.. i think the flu is just a pita to him.
OH! Im so peeed at kmart! Ive been waiting to see their Toy Sale catalgue all week.. we dont get it delivered here.. it starts tomorrow. I called them twice today asking when it will be up on their website. First guy said usually around 2-3pm. Called them at 4.30pm.. asked if she could email me it.. she says no it will be up on the website tonight as the sale starts tomorrow.. well its now 10pm and its still not up! Idiots!

mez - welcome back! Go little isabel up on her knees. ike was a quick mover aswll. was walking at 10.5months. but i think the twins will be late (and i am happy with that) did you get time out while you were with the family; alone time?
pixie/ bear - how nice it must have been to see your family, i would hate for my family to be fo far away i see my sister and mum at least 3 times a week sometimes more. and with the baby bjorn will beth face out in it, we had one for ike but he generally only liked to face out, not in.
Tennykins- what great pics they are just too cute.

Anastasia your questions: the twins have a very floppy head. i think they will be late divelopers. and as for food, every baby is different they are ready for food around 6 months a good way to tell is if they stop pushing their tongue out. ike was a hungry baby i fed him at almost 5 months but there is no way the twins will be ready before 6 months i may even waite till 7 months if they need to as they were prem.

Kel- Jonathan holds his head but a little wobbly though. He would sometimes bang his head on to my shoulder. When I lay him down on his back he can lift his head up as well onto his tummy as well. But why is he wobbling am i doing something wrong. My friend today when she was holding Jonathan she said to me that he is floppy & I took it personally I don't know why but i did. I'm doing everything right, I'm putting him on his tummy, his back.

Anastasia - does your friend have children at all? Its not unusual for Jonathan to still be banging into your shoulder. He's only 15 weeks old for godsake. You don't want them to grow up too quickly - believe me!!!! Dont' stress, he's doing fine. Tell your friend to shove it where the sun don't shine.
Kristy - OMG woman you are supermum!! baking cakes!!? ****... I have to get tips off you cos I am soooo not organised enough to do that!!!!!
Kel - stupid k-fart. I can say that cos I worked for them for 5 years.. lol.. hope Jesse feels better tomorrow.
