Well my irritable bowel has been playing up all god dam week and I am sick of it. Not sure what is triggering it. Maybe the hormones, but it seems like after every type of dairy meal. Like last nite we had curried chicken. Can't remember what we had the other nite but it was a dairy meal too. I haven't started the non dairy yet, finding it a bit difficult, but maybe I will be forced to stay off dairy. Maybe my body is telling me something.

SIL has a station wagon with the little seats in the back. I think she only has 3 kids on Wednesdays, one is in a booster seat and the other 2 (inc Jayden) are in baby seats.
How horrible having irritable bowel! Have you had any MS yet....hope not that as well!

I guess I just feel generally achey in the hips/back, legs (of all places) and squirmy in the tummy. Not too bad, but makes me feel ordinary all the same.

Tania- Riley went on a FDC excursion to the Koala park a few months ago and loved it, his carer has a 4wd so can fit all 5 kids in it. She sometimes takes them to playgroup too. Thanks for that web site too, very useful.
Sheree- IBS sounds horrible, do you get it from stress as well?
Kim- crossing my fingers for you, when can you test?
Shazz- I always rush around madly of a morning too!
Leanne- I have been resisting chocolate really well and went for a walk with DH after the 2 youngest were in bed, 3 nights in a row so far. I was totally shocked when I weighed myself on Monday morning!I am going to admit to it in the hope that it will shame me into losing weight LOL 67.8kg and I am only 163cm tall. I have been eating sultanas and seeds(pepita) and nuts as a snack instead of cakes etc too. My problem is I am impatient and want it to all happen right now LOL
Elissa- hope Archie sleeps better soon, I have been spoilt with Riley since Tresillian he has gone from 7-7 every night.
Nat- hope you are OK and not getting too busy.
Jodie- great news about the house! Hope you sell the business too.Good luck on saturday.

Yeah Christine, it is generally Stress related for me, followed by something I eat that finishes setting it off. But at the moment, I am not stressed, definiely food related, which it is normally NOT!

sherree - sorry to hear your IBS is playing up, i had 3 really bad flare ups in my first trimester, then didn't have another one til i finished bfing at 5weeks. I had a flare up the other night, not a bad one though, we had this delicious crispy chicken tacos and i ate WAY too much, spent a bit of time on the toilet that night...how was your IBS during Lachlans pg?? I really hope it settles down for you. maybe it is dairy, our bodies are clever things, give dairy free a go and see what happens. My IBS is mainly stress related to (or anxiety mainly), but some foods send me off too..i take a Good Health probiotics capsule every morning and since then i have had very few flare ups, do you take anything like that?? they are meant to be great for bubs in belly or bf too.
chrsitine - how fantastic that Tresillian really worked so well for Riley!! I am really happy for you that you are getting such great sleep finally!
kim - the HUGEST hugs imaginable to you, i am so sorry it didn't happen for you this month.
jodie - great about the house, gosh who has $30000 cash??!! Can't imagine i ever will!
Archie has hand foot and mouth, woohoo, no more weekend away for us. he has a few blisters on his fingers, one on his foot and a few on his tongue which he keeps trying to get off with his fingers. He is fine atm though just a bit sookier than usual, hope it doesn't get much worse. Looks like the people we were goingto stay with for the weekend might come here instead so we can still have a birthday night for DH, hope so! That is it i am testing to put my mind at ease tonight, CD41, what a joke! My cousin is quite sick in hospital atm with Crones disease, i really feel for her she is in so much pain and shes not responding to her meds, its her birthday on sat, its looking like shes gonna need surgery, boohoo.

Bugger about Archie but great your friends can come to you and you can still celebrate your hubby's birthday. Bugger about your other friend too, probably a really nice girl huh, it always god dam well happens to the nice ones!!!!

sheree - yep it is really beneficial for the baby too both during pg and bfing, and yeah its the ones on telly with the little pills jumping up and down. They have ones called 'IBS Support' which i used to take til i realised that that the plain Good Health ones have the same ingredients just more than double the good bacteria and for the smae price so i use those now and find they work better. they are about $60 for 3 months worth and are well worth it! Yeah she's my cousin, im not that close to her she;s a bit up herself, but yeah she is a good person and its awful that she has to live with this for the rest of her life. How much does vitex cost, i still haven't reme,bered to check it out, but if this cycle ever ends i think i really need to start taking it.
Well i just tested and got yet another BFN, so that 2 down goodness knows how many to go!

Well I have been trying to post this for the past 1/2 hour, Lachlan has woken 4 times tonight ALREADY! Just resorted to some panadol, nurofen and sedagel. Hope that works.
Elissa will have to give that stuff a burl, cause I have enuf aches and pains going on right now and I don't need IBS ontop of it.
Wonder if you get more aches second pregnancy, I didn't think I was aching this much with Lachlan. Really weird....
Ohhhh and bugger on the BFN Elissa, hugs to you too. Not sure how much the Vitex costs do a google search on Pharmacy Direct. I think that is where i bought mine from.
Ok back to do sum more paperwork then I will pat myself on the head. Ni ni.

Christine: Jayden would have loved the koala park too! You're the same as me....I hate waiting for things too, doesn't matter what it is as soon as I get a thought, i want it to happen straight away! No probs about the website.

Elissa: Sorry to hear your BFN too! When is your DH's bday? Chris's is tomorrow, but I won't be here for it....oops! hehe. Hope Archie gets better soon (my niece had it not long ago, didn't last too long) Have a good weekend anyway!
Sheree: Hope you're feeling better and Lachie settled down for you. We had another late night last night, 10.30pm we got home and Jayden went to bed, he coughed & choked at about 4am but didn't wake up...he should sleep in this morning.
Well this will probably be my last post for a while.......We are (as you know) off to the Sunny Coast in the morning for the weekend. Then home Sunday arve (hopefully no later) and we will be packing. I'/m not sure when Chris is cutting the internet off but knowing him it won't be until the last minute, so I may get to come on Monday or Tuesday if the packing is done. Tuesday is our last day in the house and tennants are moving in on Wednesday.
