thanks every one he had a blast last night openign his pressies ( his dad went away for his conference at 5 am this mornign so we had his birthday last night )
Nope Leanne no mummy made cake this time i just don't have time he is having a little party at day care today so i'm sure he will enjoy it :excited: ok off to start my day bye all

shazz - i was only thinking of Ryan last night when i posted wondering waht day his birthday was, i knew it was getting close. Hope he is having an awesome time at daycare. What a huge day you have, hope everything goes according to plan.
I was hoping Arch would wake up without spots today,but they are all still there and now he has them on his bum too. He has woken a few times during his nap crying his litle heart out so he obviously isn't feling too crash hot. DH just went away for the weekend to help family move, so just ARch and i, probably a good thing cause Arch can sleep in bed with me, just the way we like it! My Aunty and Uncle and their 2 boys are moving down here next weekend, i just agreed to be their 3 year old's daycarer, im looking forward to Archie having someone to play with, will give me a break, they get on like a house on fire too, plus i get a bit of pocket money, i haven't earnt my own money since i first got pregnant!

Picked the colours for my brand new house today....oooh wish they'd start building it.
ooh Kim anew house how exciting. I loved building this place. Though now we have lived in it for 6 yrs I can think of 100 ways to change it!
Have my GTT test next Sat and then don't see the doctor until 7 May. Far out it takes ages to find out what is going on.
Friends coming over soon (they have not seen Katy yet, so that will be interesting), so busy cleaning the house and then recleaning as toys keep appearing!!!

kim - Arch is fine, still has spots, more a rash than spots though, the rash seems to be drying out and getting more red and a bit itchy. My sister had a look last night and immediately said that it is the same rash her bf gets when they swap laundry powder or shower gel, i swapped laundry powder a few days ago and it is a really strong smelling cheap one, so im thinking that could be it! He hasn't had any other sick symptoms. Bought some Natural Instincts laundry powder to try, fingers crossed thats his problem after all. How exciting about the new house! How long til they can start building?? What type of house, brick/rendered/wheather board??
leanne - Isn't it frustrating wen you have a room spick and span only to walk back in there and there are toys strewn all over the place! Im sure your friends willbe very excited to meet Katy. May isn't too far away, hope it goes quick for you.
Arch stayed up with me til 10:30 last night, he wouldn't go to slep anywhere by himself, he slept through til 8 this morning though. he refused to go to sleep just now without me too...i layed with him for half hour and he is sound asleep, gosh i love him, my precious little boy!

Brick and Render with a colourbond roof. Soo exciting. It has to get through council before they start, but it started that process this week so hopefully in about 3 weeks. Tiles throughout but carpet bedroons and formal lounge....hmmmm oh and we picked these cool mosaic tiles to go in the bathroom and different mosaic glass tiles for the ensuite.

Well Katy and her two little friends took EVERY single toy off the shelves today. There were building blocks of the future covering the whole floor, escaping out into the hallway, down the hallway and into the back dining room
BUT they had a great time.
Only too 1/2 hour to clean it up.

Jay gets back this arvo, Arch is just starting to miss him and so am i, it will be great to see him. I have a very sore neck from sharing my bed with a very snuggly toddler the last few nights, not sure what will happen tonight with Jay back again, will be interesting anyway. hope everbody has enjoyed thier weekends

Gee you're nice Elissa. If Darcy sleeps with me, I put a pillow up between us so she can't bother me with her wriggling or by kicking/hitting me across the face in her sleep as she moves. Though she's started to talk in her sleep. Kinda hard not to laugh and wake her up.
kim - i didn't even think to put a pillow between us! i dont think Archie would buy it anyway, he would ust throw it accross the room. I had a win just now, he has gone to sleep in his bed quite easily, helps that he was exhausted. LOL at Darcy's sleep talking, do you actually understand her words or is it just mumbles?
No sometimes she says real stuff, sometimes she even sings. Sometimes I have to put her and my snorer husband in together and go and sleep in the spare room.

I am about to start a diploma in child services.
TAFE run one via correspondence. will take about 12 months.
Then the plan is to start my very own family day care in about June next year.
I am so excited.

Great news Leanne!!! That would mean no travel and more time with katy and still earning decent money!!! I didn't know you needed any qualifications except a first aid cert.
You actually don't need any quals, but I thought it I am going to be serious about this, I want to do this properly.
