I'm so sorry Nikki. I'm sending you the biggest hug!
 Nikki. I'm so sorry. I hope your Dr. can help.
Nikki - I am sure the pg hormones arent helping, i hope the dr can help you work thru things
For some reason im not getting told when you guys write!!
Nikki - I'm sorry to hear you are feeling so crappy. If you think it would help, I am free to catch up whenever if you would like a chat some time. My mobile number is 0410495570.
Daylesford was fantastic - bloody freezing but great, just what we all needed. Ithink I put on a couple kilos though! Oh well.
Tori had her 8 month check the other day and she failed!!! She has lost about a kilo in the past 2 months which is crap but we arent worrying about it to much at this stage, she is going back in a month to see again. The nurse said that the fact she went off solids for about 6 weeks and also started crawling etc so early would all contribute to it. We are booked in for sleep clinic at the start of next month too, in the hope that she will learn how to fall asleep without being attached to my boob, maybe then i can look at getting some work more seriously?? The little ****ter is getting up the first flight of stairs at home in 2 seconds flat now! My oh my she doesnt stop I'm telling you!
better go, she is squarking (sp?) for a feed.
Cindy - She seems healthy & happy, try not to worry too much about the weight loss. Like you said, going off solids & learning to crawl would have had her burning more than she was consuming/ I hope the next visit shows a big gain for her.
Cindy I wouldnt be too worried about the weight loss if she seems content with her feeds. Like you said she is way more active now so would expect her to be burning some of it off.
Nicole - Please call me if you need anything, you have my number and my address. If you want to get out of the house and leave Chantelle with DH come over for a coke and a chat. I hope that the Dr can help you out some. I am sure the PG hormones wont be helping with everything. I hope DH is helping where he can.
Linda and Melissa when did you start on the toast? I have only got Jordan on teething rusks and heinz baby food. As he is a little younger than the rest I am not sure about starting him on anything else. How do you know when they are ready for more food?
Kell hope that Mollys noggin is getting better.
Kirsty hope your pilates class was fun. It is good to see you are enjoying some ME time. We all certainly need it from time to time.
Well. Jordan is good. not much to report. He is rolling over heaps now to try and get his toys which is great. He rolled over twice in a row and went off the rug tonight, I was shocked. He was very pleased with himself.
QUESTION with solids. Currently Jordan has boobs at 7am. breaky cereal about 9am. Then EBM or boobs at 11-12ish. We offer him another solid feed at 2ish if he wants (i only started this this week) Boobs again at 5.30-6pm followed by solids (not all the time) and then boobs again at 10pm.
SHould i have him on 3 meals a day now? or does it not matter as he is content even when he doesnt get any? I have no idea.
Have a great night all
Hi!
I've been so busy - I had a majorly bad day with work today. One of my teachers was going to run a bit late so I had to cover one class and then she told me she was going to run another 2 hours late so I had to rush up and take her classes and then I got there and my teacher from Tuesday hadn't left the key so I had to quickly transfer the classes to another venue - poor Louis in all of this had been up from 12.30 and didn't get to sleep in the car until 6pm! He's got a cough and a runny nose and hadn't had any dinner so he did sooo well! Poor little bugger. Tomorrow I have to cover for another teacher and saturday is the presentation so I can't wait for school holidays!! I'm so over it right now.
Anyway - sorry to go on....
Just a question - did any of your bubs get bruised knees when they first started crawling?? Poor Louis has two big bruises on his knees - he crawls mainly on the carpet so I'm not sure....Although he has a scratch on his nose from falling after standing up on a container and slipping - I suppose it's time for all the lumps and bumps to appear. I had my wardrobe door open today and he stood up so he could look at himself in the mirror - cheeky boy!
Linda - Thats cute about Emma loving shopping! They must find it so exciting with so much to look at. What a gorgeous picture of Emma!! You're so talented (I suppose it's easy when you've got a gorgeous girl to work with!) I bet you Emma will be crawling around so soon! I hope you had a great night to yourself - that must have been soo nice - I would kill for that at the moment! re: the bikkie - I haven't tried them but a few people have tried cruskits? Their not sweet but they go soggy quickly so their easy for bubbas to eat.
Kerrie - I haven't thought that far ahead but it must be so hard shopping with a little one running around as well!
Tracey - Yeah on a day out shopping. Thats great that you bf in public...Louis is just too fidgety now that I worry he'll break off mid let down and spray everywhere - hehe. I still do it in front of friends etc though.
Kell - The clean shopper things sound like a great idea. I just put some blankets around Louis when I had him in there but it was a bit awkward - and then he put his hands straight on the shopping trolley handle anyway so it didn't matter - hehehe.
I don't give Louis snacks everyday but sometimes I give him some vegemite toast (I break it into pieces and put it on his highchair and he scoffs the lot in around 5min! hehe. Otherwise he has two courses for lunch and dinner so he's not really hungry inbetween. Maybe some fruit & yoghurt?
Sorry to hear Molly had some bumps - good idea to go the dr though...must be so scary sometimes...
Kirsty - Have you tried Gussy on yoghurt & fruit? Maybe the sweets with no lumps might be nice?? I hope you find a solution soon so he can get big and fat - hehe. We haven't printed any photos either yet - its a bit of a trap with the digital camera really. Hope you had fun at pilates - that sounds great! Does it just mean you can take bubs or do they actually participate?
Melissa - Louis grabs at his spoon too - which is all well and good but sometimes he grabs it when it's full of food and then proceeds to flick it everywhere - hehe. I have to keep hit bowl way back as well as he puts his fingers in it. I let him get to close to my milo today and he stuck his fingers in it! hehe. I gave him a little spoon of milky milo today and he loved it - hehe (naughty mummy)
Nikki - I'm so sorry you're feeling so bad. I think it's a great idea to chat through with a dr. though. How are you going to go with school holidays? Do you think you'll be ok with all the kids at home? Let me know if you need some help and I'll come over ok?
Perhaps Cindy and I will come over and help you out soon?
Cindy - So glad to hear you had a great time away. I always put weight on when we're on holidays. It's a good sign that you enjoyed yourself (and it's winter so we need it!hehe)
Sorry to hear she hasn't gained weight - I'm sure it's because she's sooo active - what a cheeky girl to be climbing the stairs!! We're planning on going to the pools for next mothers group - I think we're going to jump on email to organise it soon...
Sorry for the epic!! Sleep well!
Tracey - I started Louis on toast by 6 month! hehe. Just a little bit though...
Louis has been on 3 meals from 6 months also it's just the quantities that have increased heaps in that time.
He has boob at 6.30-7am, solids about an hour later, boob at 11am, Lunch at 12pm ish, Boob at 3pm Dinner at 5.30pm, Boob at 6.30pm.
Louis would have easily over a cup of food each meal time - at least. In two courses though - savoury and sweet, except for breakfast where he just has weetbix.
I just kept increasing his food as he finishes it no worries. There are times though that he will only eat half of his veggies but then eat a whole tub of yoghurt so I always make sure I offer both courses as sometimes he eats one more than the other iykwim?
Nikki - Let it all out girl! Sometimes a girl just needs a good cry on the shoulder of friends (or onto her keyboard), and I see no problems with that sweetheart, so go right ahead and get it all off your chest. We may not have all the answers, but we do listen and have the biggest hearts.
Tracey - Benjamin has been having toast for a while now. Just cut the crusts off, just to ensure he doesn't get a bit that he can't suck/chew on and be able to swallow. You can either cut the toast into fingers, or into little squares. If Jordan seems happy and contented with what he's getting, he probably isn't ready for anything else. Benjamin sometimes gets very unhappy when he finishes his bowl of food, and I know then that I need to give him more. I'm sure he's got hollow legs, oops, that's right he's a boy, lol...
Kristie - As a friend put it to me: "you have a boy, and they'll be getting bumps and bruises for the rest of their lives". Guaranteed, Benjamin has a new little bruise that comes up every few days, all from crawling and standing up on things and falling down again. Kids will be kids...
Cindy - Benjamin went backwards a little in the weight department when he first started crawling. We've had to feed him more in order to counter balance his activity with intake.
Melissa
Well we had Will weighed measured yesterday, he is now a whopping 11.5kg, 79cm long and head cir. 49cm - he is off the graph for everything! Between him and Molly (19kg) i am certainly getting a workout pushing them both in the pram! Thanks for the tips re snacks, he doesnt like rusks much but i will try toast, i was giving him arrowroot biscuits too but worried about the sugar. I am going into target today to layby their winter clothes for next year, 30% off! I always try and layby the year b4 so i dont have a huge bill at the beginning of each new season.
Cindy - I realised that when a new thread is created your subscription is cancelled and so you have to subscribe to the new one to get updates. Glad you had a good time away! I wouldnt worry about the weight loss, i agree that her moving so much will help her burn off more :)
Tracey - If Jordan seems content i wouldnt worry about offering more solids, he will let you know when he is hungry, or not :)
Kristie - You will get used to the lumps and bumps trust me LOL It seems that Molly has had bruises for about 3 years, she never seems to be without at least 2, and i imagine boys are a lot worse LOL Hope you have a nice relaxing day after yesterday...
Nikki - how are u feeling today?
Love Kell
Kristie- I remember tori was covered in bumps and bruises when she firset started crawling and she was on carpet too, I think my knees would bruise if I was on them all the time too.
Well, tori scared the crap out of me today, I turned my back on her for literally 10 seconds and next thing I knew she was up the first flight of stairs and holding onto one and jumping! My god did I get her off there fast! Looks like I am going to have to go and buy another gate tomorrow, I so dont want her cracking her head on the way down the stairs.
Has anyone heard from Nikki? I hope all is ok.
Sorry, have to go, just realised the time and I have to drop my brothers at basketball tonight!
Till tomorrow my friends!
hi guys,im hear.i am feeling HEAPS better today,i actually did what i really needed to do,i put chantelle into my best friends creche, she is the manager there.i dropped her off at 10am and picked her up at 3pm.i slept for 2 hours and then went and had my hair done,i cannot beleive what a difference it has made,i feel alot more recharged and energetic and far less emotional today.i needed some time away from her as i was starting to resent her,i was just so sleep deprived and exhausted that i couldnt find even a single ounce of strength to smile at her,i wanted to change that feeling quick smart so decided to have a break from her,she had a great day and slept and ate better than she has for me at home.she was so relaxed tonight and all the anger and frustrations she was feeling just seemed to vanish along with mine.i missed her and i needed that to appreciate her again,we have had such an awful time with her being sick and also not sleeping that it was just sending me over the edge.so far she has been asleep for 2 hours staright, the longest in the last 2 weeks,i think she may be on the mend.dh has been absolutly fantastic and has been getting up to her at night time to help me but he too is absolutly exhausted as he has to work, this morning he was up at 3am with her and she didnt se4ttle until 6am and then had to go to work at 6am,poor thing and he has really tried not to complain as he can see that i am at my wits end.
i am actually looking forward to the school holidays,i really enjoy having the boys at home and it is great not having to be bloody every where for school and sports,i can veg a bit and i think i need it.the boys have a few things planned for the holidays so they will be kept busy anyway.
kristie, maybe louise is getting bruises from falling to his knees when he stands up?hope you enjoy the break from work over the holidays aswell.
tracey,i would maybe offer jordan 3 meals a day and as kristie said start with small portions and increase them when he needs more.that is what i did from the time she was 6 months old aswell.
so far i still have no m/s and i dont even feel prg at all.just tired.
our house goes to auction next weekend, tomorrow is our last open house inspection,i reaaly do hope it sells.if you want to see it go to raywhite under the quick search heading type in hillside in the location bar.ours is the one that has the heading ULTIMATE IN STYLE AND LUXURY.tell me what you think if you find it.by the way it doesnt always look that clean LOL!!!!
well enough from me for now,you guys have been chatting so much that it is a bit hard to catch up on all personals but i hear you all loud and clear, thankyou all for being sooooo well you know...LOL!
love nikki
Nikki - having some time to yourself has done you wonders. I hope you do it more often!
Kell - what a big boy! I can't believe the weight differences between all our bubbas!
Tracey - we started on toast about a month ago? It's great when she wants to feed herself but she is having mushy food. She holds the toast & I get food in her mouth in between. Well that's the theory anyway...
We had a really bad night the night before last. Emma seemed to have a cold, ended up sleeping with us, but I didn't get much sleep. She woke about every 1/2 hour. Last night was good though, back to being up once at 2:30am.
She is going SO well with her commando crawling!! I can't believe it! She can go metres at once! I'm so amazed at how quickly they learn!!!
Just a quick one from me - I have taken a whole heap of photos of Emma today & updated her website if you want to take a look :D
we have just got back from a chritening tonight and unfortunantly during the church service i have had a miscairage.although i am having feelings of releif i am also saddened that we have lost our little baby.i am feeling okay and am losing alot of blood but will wait till morning to have it checked out,i have only had very mild cramping and am comfortable at this stage,i have had a shower and panadol and am off to bed to try and rest.we both have a warm kind of feeling to know that our little one was in the house of god when it left us,
nikki
Oh Nikki, hon, I just read your post. I am so so sorry to read of your loss. My heart goes out to you, your DH and your boys. I am sorry you have to go through this. I hope you are able to get some rest overnight. Pop in tomorrow if you are able to let us know how you are. xx
Nikki - I hope that you and the family are ok. I am sorry to hear about your loss. I hope you were able to get some rest over night.
Linda - Wow on Emmas commando crawling. She sounds to be really getting the hang of it.
Just a quickie for now I am off to have a shower and feel human again. We went to a 21st last night and didnt get home till midnight. Jordan was up early so I hope the shower will wake me up a bit. Gee I am feeling old when midnight is a late night......
Nikki - If you need us, we're here for you...
Melissa
I'm so sorry to hear of your loss Nikki :(
i am so sorry nikki, hope you are doing ok *hugs*
im going along fine,i didnt get to the dr today, will go first thing tomorrow to have it confirmed, thanks for your thoughts
nikki
Nikki - you poor thing, I understand how you are feeling comletely though. I hope you are feeling alright and definately go and get checked out just incase your body cant expell all it needs to without some assistance. I'm so sorry that you are having to go through this. Please know you are not alone though, we are all here for you!
Not much to report for me, just another boring weekend around here, DP had to work all weekend so the highlight was TOri and I going for a long walk this morning all rugged up, I am so unfit! I was totally buggered at the end of it!
Nikki - i forgot to ask, did you get your photos from the bettina shoot yet? We got the ones we bought and on friday we got a form to send in to Kmart so that they can have tori on their books too.
night all, im off to try and get an early one!
Hi!
Nikki - I'm so so sorry. I'm not quite sure what to say but I'm thinking of you and the fam.... I hope you're feeling ok.....
I've had such a full on weekend. We had the dance presentation yesterday which was really stressful and I'm so glad I have holidays last night. We went to a b'day last night (Mum babysat Louis) and I nearly polished off a bottle of wine!!! I know I'm not really supposed to but I don't feed Louis overnight so....I haven't done that in nearly 2 years!! hehehe. I had a great time as you can imagine. It was so nice after such a hectic week to just completely relax and unwind - and laugh!
Poor Louis is sick - he still has a nasty cough so I think we'll head off to the drs tomorrow to make sure he's ok.
Kell - Wow Will is huge! (compared to Louis anyway who's lower on the charts) Isn't is amazing how they can vary so much in size - but I suppose we all do so it makes sense! Yeah on the shopping. I went to Myer on Friday and picked up a few things on sale - I'm a sucker for bonds and got these gorgeous jeans...It's so easy to spend like $100 in 5 minutes - hehehe.
Cindy - what a cheeky cookie!! Another gate sounds like a good idea!! A big walk sounds nice - I'm hoping to get to the gym tomorrow once dh gets home....
Linda - I hope Emma is sleeping better again...What a clever girl getting around so well with her crawling! The photos of Emma are sooo gorgeous! I love the ones with her on the grass and of your dh making her laugh!!
Nikki - You're house is absolutely beautiful!!!!! Oh my god - would you like to swap??? hehehe. I wouldn't want to leave if I was you!!! I hope the auction goes really well for you!
Hi to anyone I've missed - I've been watching "society murders" so it all probably doesn't make sense....
Oh Nikki, I am so sorry for you and your family. I am sending out the biggest hugs to you all...
Morning all!
Nikki - Hope you are ok...
Krisvee - I love bonds stuff too, soooo cute :D Will is huge, vey heavy i cant carry him long lol. As Linda said there is such a range of sizes in here! We expected Will to be a big boy thou, his dad and uncles are all 6"3 or 4 and DH's uncles and grandad are all over 6"6 (his dad is only 5"11 the runt of the family :)). Molly was a big baby too, she was long but she was more fat - she had lovely rolls of baby fat, v. cute :D Molly has a bad cough too, am going to dr - Louis may have caught it off Molly LOL
Cindy - I keep meaning to start walking more too, but just cant get it together...
Linda - it doesnt take them long...
Had a nice weekend. Will is just getting cuter by the day.....
Yay on the big night out Kristie!! That would have been awesome!!!
Kell - you sound like a Mummy in love! :D It's great.
Emma has ended up in our bed by 1am the last 2 nights & I think she's onto it & playing up until she gets to come in....oh dear, I knew the day would come...
I still can't believe how quickly she is getting around - it's scary!!!
Hi!
Linda - Yeah,we had a pretty bad night with Louis - I have to go with it while he's sick I suppose. I think it's the stuffy nose that mucks them up. I went to have a sleep this morning when he went down - which I never do! - and of course he only slept 30min and wouldn't go back - but I was determined so I brought him into bed with me and we both dozed for an hour! hehe. I suppose we'll have to start all over again in the sleep department when he's better. Made an appointment this afternoon so we'll see how he is...
Kell - When I was p/g I was worried about having a big bubba because dh is 6f 3 or thereabouts but he's the tallest in his family! I'm exactly one foot shorter! so obviously Louis takes after me - although I've heard that kids can have pretty dramatic growth spurts at different stages so we'll see....I don't mind if he stays little!
Bugger - still in my pjs and someone just came to the door - don't you hate that! hehehe. Someone from the bureau of statistics and we have to do a survey - grrrr. I told him to come back tonight when dh can do it (and I'll be at the dr with Louis) - hehehe. Dh will be so annoyed with me - hehehe.
Isnt' it funny how much longer they sleep when they have their Mummy with them? I can stretch Emma out for 1- 1 1/2 hours when I'm with her, but it's normally only 20 minutes. Glad you got a nice little nap in!
Linda - ikwym about longer sleeps with mum. When i put Will in bed with me if he is grizzly, sick etc he sleeps so much better than on his own - they must like the closeness, which is kind of heartwarming :)
Kristie - i hate those door knocks b4 i am dressed  haha at getting them to come back when dh is home, mine would hate that too *L* Molly's cough is just a virus and there is nothing they can do about it it has to run its course. i have kept her home from school today though, poor thing (not to mention me, i need my toddler free time! LOL) It is hard to pick how big they will be, they can be huge babies and then just not grow so much later or as you said be little now and then really shoot up (or out *L*) later. My nephew was 23 kg from the time he was 2  until the time he was about 6 or 7, he was so big (out ;) ) and then just shot up and up and now is just like his dad tall and skinny....
Kristie - There's an ad on TV at the moment about the Bureau of Stats charging people $100 per day, for every day over you haven't done their survey. I don't know how much of it is true, but be careful!
Kell - Benjamin keeps growing out of his all in one suits from the crutch to the neck line. I buy him the next size up, and they end up too long in the leg department. I like the bonds clothes too.
Melissa
Hi Ladies
Nicole - I hope everything is ok and you made it to the docs. I am thinking of you.
Linda - Its funny how quickly bubs work us out. The new photos of Emma are stunning. You certainly are talented with your photography. It also helps that Emma is a little stunner.
Kell - Baby fat rolls are gorgeous. We had plenty around here until recently. Jordan has suddenly shot up in height.
Cindy - How exciting about getting registered with Kmart. Who knows... Tori may be in the next catalogue.
Melissa - I know what you mean about outgrowing all in one suits. I am finding the bonds all in ones are getting too short and we are already in size 0. I wonder what size they go up to?
Kristie - I hope that Louis is getting over his cold.
Well had an ok day today. Work was a little slow which is nice. Got in a good sleep, DH and I were in bed at 8.15pm. I had to get up at 1am and feed Jordan as I slept thru the usual 10pm feed. I was feeling refreshed anyways so that was good.
We had a celeb in at work today..... Emily Simmons (Marilyn off home and away)..... how exciting. I got her autograph. She is a stunner in real life.
Hope you all get in a good night sleep
Ooh = how exciting having a celeb at work! Sorry I've forgotten, but what do you do Tracey?
All's well here, nothing to report. Hoping for a decent nights sleep :crossfingers:
Hi!
I took Louis to the drs and it just seems to be the standard virus which is going around which is good iykwim....Poor little monkey sounds all rattly though. He said if it isn't gone by the end of the week to get him some penicillin, but I really want to avoid that unless I really have to. He's been falling asleep in my arms today though so it really must be taking it out of him. It's so gorgeous when they do that (as long as its not every night - he hehe)
Nikki - I hope you're ok! I'm thinking of you....
Kell - Poor Molly - I hope she feels better soon.
Melissa - My SIL called me up to tell me about that!! DH didn't get home until later and I was at the dr as well so no-one was home when he would have come back....whoops. They did say on the show that they have no right to charge you money. The more that I think about it the more that I don't want to do it as we all do the census for that type of info and all the reports on the bos are paid for by big business. I really don't feel like sitting there telling them all our personal details and how much we earn etc....Thanks for letting me know that it was on though!!!
Tracey - Yeah on waking up feeling refreshed - always a good thing! Always nice to have a quiet day at work and a bit of celebrity spotting!
K - Hope you're all well - speak soon
cindy, thats great about kmart, looks loke she will have work in no time at all,we havnt got our photos yet, have you received the password etc to get on her sight,we havnt.
went to the dr today and was sent for an ultra sound,i was absolutly shocked to hear that the baby is actually ok,i still cant beleive it as i lost soooo much blood and it is still coming in dribs and drabs,he said that my uterus is bleeding quite heavily and we are definantly not out of the danger zone, the baby is measuring exact to dates and heart was fine, but the amount of blood in there was enormous and they dont know why, they think it is due to stress, that makes sence to me as the last 2 weeks have just been awful.chantelle has been fantastic the last 3 night only waking for 1-2 feeds so i am feeling far more refreshed and coping alot better.i have to go back on thursday for another scan and every week after that to monitor things,so we will see how we go.dh was sooo thrilled and is just a very happy man right now.,i am just as confused as ever.....
kristie, glad you liked my house.looks good on the net i must say, when are you and cindy coming out?any time is good for me,wednesday is good for tracey.let us know.there is no hurry whenever you feel up to it and your little ones are feeling better,i am sending recovery vibes to all the sick bubs and patience vibes to all the mummies.
love nikki
Oh my goodness Nikki that's amazing! Actually it sounds remarkably like my pregnancy with Gus. I started bleeding really heavily (like soaking 4 maternity pads an hour!!!) at 5 wks and continued bleeding fresh blood until wk 19. We were told by our GP at 5wks that we'd lost the baby and referred to have an u/s to double check. Then the u/s was at such an early stage that there wasn't a heartbeat (we had our dates a little wrong) so the sonographer said most likely we'd lost the baby as well. Then the next week I had to go back for another scan before we went for a d&C, but instead we found out Gus was now registering a strong heartbeat. Totally blew us away! Then we had weekly scans from there (cause of all the bleeding) until he was born. Hope the bleeding stops soon for you! xx
Wow Nikki! I can't believe it - what a shock for you after fearing the worst. I hope it stops soon for you. Oh what an ordeal to go through!!! I hope you get enough rest in the next few days....
I would love to come out and see you soon - This week I'm babysitting my niece and nephew on Wed and next week we have our local mothers group so maybe the wed after that???? I don't know what suits everyone else though.....
Kirsty - Geez Gussy was such a fighter from early on - I remember you posting and it was such a scary time.....and just look at him now!! What a little champion!
Sweet dreams! We haven't heard from Louis yet so far tonight so cross fingers. I went and checked on him and he's looking very comfortable! hehe.
That's great news Nikki! I hope you are doing OK & resting up!
Wow Nikki that's great news, also that C is sleeping better. I'm glad to hear you're feeling more refreshed, hopefully this will help you sort thru your feelings and emotions...
Kristie - Poor Louis, hope he feels better soon.
Tracey - I'm pretty sure bonds go up to 2, we are in 1's now but we dont have many bonds suits. Molly had some in size 2 I am sure....
Linda - Hope you had a good sleep
Melissa - I find that sets dont fit Will well. You know the pants and shirt sets, if i get size 1 the top fits well (sometimes even bit snug) but the pants while they sometimes fit are sometimes too long, but size 0 the top is too snug and the pants are mostly too short, but again sometimes fit - he is just at that awkward in between size where nothing fits well :)
Had a good night here - cold brrrrr. My mum gets her results today (bowel cancer test)
Anyone else on depo? I am thinking about it as DH and i cant definitely say no to more bubs so no vasectomy yet, but need some contraception for now. I'd prefer non hormonal contraception but cant think of anything except condoms or iud - anyone else have ideas?
Hi!
Well we had a good night here so hopefully it means Louis is on the mend. He only woke once at about 12.30am for his dummy and then up for the day at 6.30am. I'm really messing up his sleep signs in the morning though - he's yawning away but just won't go down so I think he's better off being up around 2 1/2-3 hours.....
Anyone thinking of dropping the 4th feed yet/soon?? I think Louis will make the transition really well as he's not that fussed really....we'll soon see I suppose.
Kell - I hope all goes well with your Mums test results - how scary. I'm thinking of you both today!!
Can't help you with the contraception...I'm on the mini-pill but only for another 2 1/2 weeks! Woohoo!
I booked in to see my dr yesterday as well and couldn't get in until the 21st July!! But I'll just get a check up and my iron tested etc....
Nikki - How are you today?? I hope the boys are letting you have a sleep in!!
Nicole - I am so happy that everything is ok with bubs. What a roller coaster ride you have been on lately. Hopefully everything will settle down soon and you can enjoy the rest of the pregnancy.
Linda - I work at foxtel so we often have people off the channels come in to see us. Its nice but sometimes its a bit silly. We had the aussie next top models in, I love that show so like it when they bring them in. We have also had Thorpe and some footballers in, nice to perve at if nothing else.
Kristie - I tried to drop the last feed (10pm) however Jordan was waking up early AM and wouldnt settle without boobs so I guess we will keep it a little longer. He isnt really on 3 solid meals yet so maybe once they are regular he will drop the feed.
I hope that Louis feels better soon. Its a good sign his sleeping is getting back to normal.
Kell- Will must be a long little boy to have issues already with pant sizes. He may end up a very tall little guy. Are the men in your family tall?
Kirsty - how is your pilates going?
Well I am off to work this afternoon. Done the washing and have given Jordan a full jar of solids (over 2 sittings) I think I tried to feed him them too early this morning.
Have a nice afternoon everyone.
Nicole - Did you want to catch up at all tomorrow? Is it school holidays in Vic yet?
