Well, K is FINALLY TT'd! He has been so stubborn about it and I have been determined to not make a battle out of it. But on New Years day he decided he wears undies now :confetti:. We've had a few little accidents, but so far so good :D. He knew that he wouldn't be able to go to kinder if he was still in nappies. Kinder starts on the 4th of Feb so I was getting a bit worried! The first wee in the toilet he got off and said "I can go to kinder now!" LOL! I hope to goodness that Alana is easier to TT, both boys took until the age of 3 :wall:. But woohoo, I only have one in nappies now! (Although K is in a nappy overnight still, we're not that far advanced!)
I hope everyone had a great Christmas and New Years. We had a great time down at Phillip Island for 6 days. DH and I love it there, it's where we had our first surf session/date :D. While we were there we checked out some houses, we've decided to save like crazy for the next 18 months and aim to buy a holiday house on the beach, hopefully in Cape Woolamai!!! It might be a crazy idea, and probably a huge mortgage (eek!), but we've decided to do our best to aim for it. We're sooooo excited! We'd have to have it as a holiday rental for quite some time before we could afford to have it all to ourselves though, but it's still exciting! Fingers crossed we can do it.

Trish how exciting & yay for K being TT'ed. I told Maddi she couldn't go to kinder unless she was TT'ed as well.
She TT'ed pretty quickly after that, even if we did have to go out & buy a pink disney potty lol :)
Jules hope you guys can move soon, how long will you live in the UK for?

Hi girls cant really post at the moment am just so zoned in about the floods and nothing else is getting in my brain. Its just devestating, the beautiful city i know and love will be changed forever, the people who have lost their loved ones my heart is breaking for them. Please pray that we dont loose anymore lives :(

Hugs Amber :hug:. It's just so devastating :(. DH and I are watching the news gasping. I just said to DH it's like the opposite of Black Saturday - but just as devastating.
Praying that the floods ease and that people have the strength to rebuild.

Just popping in to pay remembrance to our old baby buddy Uncle Amy. I was very lucky to have met her IRL and I'm thinking of her family today as they say goodbye.

Hi Girls,
Just wanted to pop in and say hi and see how everyone is doing? I know the last month has seen so many terrible things happen with the passing of loved ones and the devastating floods! All of our friends and family going through hard times have been in my thoughts. I am constantly crying at the devastation that is going on so far in 2011 and a group of us are collecting clothes and toys to send up to QLD. I am not sure how much of a help they will be, but we want to do something and sometimes giving money just doesn't seem to be enough.
My beautiful family are great as well, I am very blessed and remember that each and every day.

Oh Trish I do remember uncle Amy now...that just makes it even more sad :( And I still cant believe they are both gone. How will BB be without the funniest lady Lulu! Sending big hugs your way Trish am here if you want to chat :hug:
Kaz yes the floods have been devestating. thank goodness all of my family are safe but so many are not so lucky!
I am reallly not liking 2011 at all this was going to be our year...moving house, going on my trio but now it just seems so trivial compared to whats been happening.
Thankyou all for being such wonderful friends, you ahve no idea on the impact you ahve had on xxx

Lulu will be very missed, I still can't believe she is gone.
She was a huge help when Mum was sick & passed away, she PMed everyday & sent me rescue remedy to help deal with the shock & greif.
I'll Miss her :(

Amber i just feel so sad for her family, i can only imagine the heartache they going through right now :(
Amber & Trish are either of you ladies still going to the BB thing in Syd this year? I'm not going anymore, I decided i would rather try go to Sydney in Nov that way it will be a year after we scattered Mums ashes.
