Why arent I getting any???? Honestly, i think al has given up on me in that department. I asked him lastnight if he was having an affair coz he isnt interested at the moment and he just laughed saying he thought I didnt want it, good old communication break down as usual! Not that i think i could get comfy for it at the moment anyway!
Well my princess slept a bit better last night, though she still ended up in bed with me at some stage which then means I am not having a great sleep coz she wants to share my pillow and always ends up pushing me off it!
I am so bloody tired today, hopefully I can get an early one tonight?
Well, I best be off, to do what the rest of you seem to be doing, cleaning, Al has been really good the past week or so making sure the dishes and washing and floor are all done all the time. He says he feels bad that I have to deal with little miss ADD all day and clean! Hey I'm not going to complain am i?! I have make a bit of a mess though cutting up fruit for today so the kitchen is my project.
See you all soon!!!!
Sorry for rambling on here!
-
It's good to hear you ramble Cindy!!
Hehe - I've made that comment to dh lately as well...!
Glad Tori slept a bit better....I must say even though I'm not sleeping that great at least Louis is!!
Thats great Al's helping keep everything clean! Dh is hopeless at the moment. When I got home from the movies last night he hadn't even bothered to clear the dinner dishes and even had the cheese left out from dinner...grrr! So I was up to after 10pm cleaning it all up...After my little breakdown last night I hope he is a bit more considerate! He already texted me this morning asking how I was today and told me to take it easy...I don't think he realised that to keep everything tidy and look after Louis that is an impossibility!!
K - better get organised and leave! See you all soon!
-
Cindy - Not getting any here either, I think my Dh has gone on strike or something.
It's Benjamin's first day of daycare today...I can't wait for him to come home now, even though the quiet is really nice, it's driving me mad.
Kristie - Now's the time you cross your legs for at least another week. It's getting so close to time for you and Cindy.
Nikki - Ouch! Poor Chantelle...I hope they don't cause her too much more trouble.
Got to organise for Benjamin's 18 month needles in the next 2 weeks.
Missy - You've got a very brave little boy...Well done!
Melissa
-
I think you ladies are getting ready for Your babies coming into the world. I remember I started doing house work alot just before I had Callum. My mum says that when you get a huge energy boost its usually your body is getting ready...well so she says. Awww I cant wait for you to have your babies...good luck !!!
Melissa yes he is brave. I just miss him so much when he is gone....I do things but tend to keep looking at the clock...lol Awwww hope Benjamin has a good day. You miss him dont you. Its hard but they love it so much..
Awwww talking about hmmmm sex im not game to tell you all about me as you probably will think im some kind of prune....lol... I think ill let that topic go....Im ashamed...*blushes*...heheh
Well bbl

Rachel is was great to meet you in person too, that Milo is a cutie!
Nikki - I wanted to tell you that i have just discovered that i have chocolate in my hair! What a mum thing to have happen! Didnt the kids have fun with the eggs! Thanks for bringing them!
I have just looked up the Barney concert and it is on the 3rd of May at either 10am or 12pm and costs $15.75 each, you have to pay for mum and bub, not bubs under 12 months though i dont think. I will be going to it, not fussed which time on the day, will be guided by anyone else that is keen to go.
Nikki - I am cool if want to stay the night before to miss the traffic etc. I will have had a baby by then and may just be up for a little drink that night perhaps!
I have also found out about The wiggles and that is in June and $17 per person and is at Dallas Brooks Hall.
Kristie - i cant believe that we are having babies! you look fantastic!! Seeing you and your belly today made it so real for me today! I am now getting excited!! Be sure to text me if and when anything happens and i will do the same!
Tracey - Jordan has really changed, he has so grown up and getting good at the good old walking! I hope he had a sleep for you on the way home! TOri only slept for 30 mins and is fighting sleep right now!
Well. must be off, the phone has rung and its one of my friends from the coast!! Must go chat, let me know about the Barney tickets i am happy to book them.
-
missy are you trying to say that you dont want it or that you are a rabbit, dont be embarrassed,i will tell you right now that i could very easily not do it for the rest of my life.when it is time to keep him happy i just tune out to my own feelings and thoughts and just get on with it.bad isnt it.
well i had an awsome time today with cindy, tracey, kristie and racheal also racheals mum and cindys freind nikki
the kids had a ball, the farm wasnt that great but there was enough there to keep the kids happy.we spent alot of time just gas bagging and eating,it took us nearly 3 hours to walk about 500 metres,we kept stopping for one reason or another but it was great and relaxing.
the kids had an easter egg hunt at the end and they all ate foil and were covered in chocolate, was funny.
drive home was pretty good, traffic wasnt that bad thank goodness, cooked hotdogs with all the trimmings,dh has been just delightful, very helpful and lovely.
the boys and dh spent about an hour outside collecting huge spiders for james science project, including a redback....eeewww!!!!
chantelle is in bed and was exhausted.she has been making cow and duck noises since we got home.
harry had his immunisation yesterday and did really well,he screamed for the first 2 but didnt notice the 3rd.had a fever last night and woke for 3 hours but seems alot better today.
relaxing day tommorow, will try to get my nails done,my washing machine is getting a service and will try to pack some more, mmmmmm that doesnt sound that relaxing does it.hehehe!
i will have a look at dates and prices for the wiggles concert,if any of you are interested let me know asap and i will pay for them on my visa and you can pay me on the day, cindy check out the details for barney also.
okay
best be off.

Hi!
Well, I think I was more exhausted than Louis last night - hehe. I was in bed fast asleep by 9pm!! Once again I'm glad I haven't gone into labour overnight as I just wanted to sleep! hehe. Louis had a great sleep as well...
Thanks for organising it - it was great!! Louis keeps picking up his farm books and looking at all the animals all over again. I think we may have both got a little red on our noses though - That sun was sooo hot!
Cindy - I completely agree - we certainly have all clicked - it's great! I won't worry about the Barney concert - I think I'll just be chilling out at home at that stage - also Louis doesn't even know who he is....! hehe.
I know - we both don't have long to go at all!!! I'm getting very excited!! Especially after seeing little Harry and Nikki's little one (was it cooper?)
I hope you guys are all right and I do have him in the next week or so!! I"m soooo impatient!! You never know - they could still share a birthday!
Nikki, you're looking amazing for just having a baby! Little Harry was sooo good - especially having just had his immunisations! Chantelle looked just gorgeous as well in her little outfit. Yeah, I had a good run home as well which was a relief! We ended up getting pizza delivered for dinner! I just couldn't get myself going once I got home!
Love your ticker by the way!!
I'm interested in the wiggles if you can get tickets!
Tracey - How great to see you guys after sooo long! I agree with Cindy - Jordan is looking very grown up! He's walking is coming along really well. I love his giggles - he's such a happy little boy!
Rachael - Milo is a little cutey as well! I hope you and your mum had a great time!
Melissa - I hope Benjamin went well at Childcare!! Yeah, I've got to book Louis in as well. Actually I should call them..I've got a dr app next Tuesd so I might try and get him done at the same time...I hope he doesn't have any reactions this time...
Missy - Oh I don't know about an energy boost. I feel like I have none at the moment!! hehe. I think it will be earlier night for me from now on!
Aww you don't have to share your intimate details with us anyway! hehe. I'm sure we're all in the same boat in some respects though...Poor dh doesn't get it anywhere near where he used to thats for sure!! hehe.
OK - better organise brekky before Louis cracks it. He's woken up on the wrong side this morning so it's going to be one of those days I think!
We're heading out this morning for him to get his haircut - he desperately needs it - he looks like a little scruff!
Chat later!
-
Awww you ladies sound like you had the best time. I want to come....lol...bit had as im in syd. Where are all the syd ladies...hmmmm...*sniffs*..
Well Im glad you all met and I think its lovely to have ppl on here to meet. Its good to put faces to us all.
Nikki. hmmmm no not a rabbit...lol...I just dont want it....I cant think of anything worse then having to clean, cook, bath kids, washup and then have a nooky...hmmm no thanks....Callum is 14 months and I have done it only *maybe I shouldnt say* as you all might think im a bad wife. LOL. But my DH doesnt hassel me he is so good. He is one of these men that doesnt want to do it unless its making love not quicky and fore play has to be there (like anywhere from 1/2 hr to 1hr ) and I am just to danm tired. When im pg its totally different, I want it all the time. I think DH is hanging for me to get pg....lol
-
Hi everyone. I haven't checked in in SO long!! Seems like the group is now just down to a few? Sorry I don't contribute. Work has been super busy, & Em isn't too keen on letting me on the computer when she is up. And when she sleeps I have to work.
Wow - there will be some more bubbas in here very soon!! How exciting!!!
Anyway, a bit of an update on me...Emma is gong great. Just starting to hit that really testing age though, which is a bit of a shock. So we are feeling our way around how to best deal with it - like we probably will for the next 18 years LOL.
Pregnancy is going well - I am having a VBAC!!! I'm SO excited!! I have a wonderful support person so I'm really hoping I'll be able to do it.
OK - gotta go. Emma has tried to turn off the computer 3 times now!
-
Hi!
Missy - Geez if I knew it was going to take an hour I wouldn't be that keen either!! hehehe. LOL on dh wanting you to get p/g! hehe
LInda - Yeah - so good to hear from you!! I'm so glad everythings going so well and you get to have a VBAC!!!!! I can't believe your nearly half way! thats so exciting! Yep - the kids can certainly be a handful now! Are you finding out/have found the sex of bubba no.2??
-
No, not finding out. It will be a surprise again. Glad to hear I'm not the only one witha handful!!!!
-
You're so good with surprises!! I'm hopeless...hehe!
-
Missy - I have just noticed you're in sydney. For some reason I thought you were in QLD..
We had such a great time yesterday! Thanks so much who ever suggested it (I think It might have been Nikki). Milo talked all the way home in the car, and kept saying got and moo and baaaaaa! hee hee it was really funny.
I have noticed he talks a LOT more when he's been around other kids.
Mum was so excited about the Phil and Ted pram too. Is there an equivalent to clucky for grandmas?
Oh and Apparently I need to go and get a new wardrobe and go to the gym, cos she just cannot believe you guys have had kids and all look like you do. Thanks mum.
Damn about the wiggles. that sounded really good too. I can't do Barney as I am on training for work that day.
Linda - thats sooo great about the VBAC, I read your other posts about the new OB that you found. It sounds really good.
I think next time we will have a surprise bub too. Well thats what I'd like, but I think DH would be pretty keen to find out again.
-
racheal it was so lovely to meet you and milo and of course your mum,she is a lovely lady who is such a wonderful support to you and a fantastic grandma to milo, you are a very lucky girl.milo is a georgous looking boy.LOL about the makeup and wardrobe.mums are allowed to say that.
missy, dont feel ashamed it doesnt matter how many times we do it,it matters how content you and your husban are,and if your relationship servives alone on what you have together and not what goes on in the bedroom then i say it must be a rock solid, true love relationship.my dh is pretty good to he doesnt hassle me too much,he just knows that i am not built that way.
linda, you are definantly not the only one going through the terrible 2,s.chantelle has just begun to show a colourful personaliy also and it can be very trying at times, she can throw some big tantrums and is very persistant at it too.glad to see that your pregnacy is going well, have you considered some sought of day care for emma 1 day a week so you can do your work with little interuption.
okay ringing tickitek now
nikki

-
Missy - don't worry - I'm even further away!!
Nikki - yeah, have thought about day care, just haven't done it yet. Work should slow down after this next month. I have gotten in a cleaner though every 3 weeks & that has been a huge help. I don't know how you cope with the tantie & and a newborn! You'll ahve to give us all tips!!
ETA: Rachael - DH & I were the opposite - I wanted to find out but he didn't. I didn't really mind either way. So are you looking at TTC any time soon?
-

Hi!
Well, Louis is having a sleep after a big morning getting his haircut and a quick trip to the library!
He did really well getting his haircut and didn't fidget too much. He was a bit tired by the time we got to the library and I forgot that they had the storytime on this morning so there was hardly any board books left for him to read...
I've booked him for his immunisations next Tuesday so hopefully it all goes smoothly...I as able to book both his and my appointments only 20min apart so thats handy!
Rachael - Glad you had fun!
Missy - Poor Callum crying at swimming! Do you guys have holidays now?? I've got one more lesson tomorrow and then we have 2 weeks off...
Linda - Yeah on the house cleaner - I'm very jealous!
Nikki - Bugger on the tickets...If they've done so well I'm sure they'll release another show?? bugger on the flat tyre...Yeah at getting your nails done!!
-
So it looks like the wiggles are off for the moment, i will endeavour to book tickets to barney tomorrow i will just put them on the card and we can sort it out on the day!
I will just wait to hear if tracey wants to come and also other nikki.
I must get going, i just wanted to make sure kristie hadnt beat me to it and had a baby today while i was at work! I am buggered, so its good old scrambled eggs on toast tonight!
Will check in later!
-
Hi!
Cindy - No, no baby just yet...now I've booked Louis in to the dr's next week and for his 18m mchn check up bubba can't make an appearance until next Wednesday at the earliest. Hehe!
Funny, now that I'm getting closer I'm starting to push this date back further and further! hehe...maybe it's some nerves kicking in at going through labour again...
-
I have booked tori in for tuesday for her shots too, so not lookinf forward to it! I wanted to get it over with though before the new one comes along though.
crap got to go, tori has just got her fingers stuck in a door
-
kristie, you mentioned that we get a rebate from the goverment for the 18 month immunisation.how much and how do we get it?
cindy, you are a crack up.everytime you get on the computer, poor tori hurts herself and you have to go.might have to apply padding to all the walls and doors of your house LOL!
soooo tired tonight off to bed for me.
nikki
-
Well nikki it looks like it is you me and the other nikki for barney, my sister might come too, she will let me know in the morning and i will get the tickets booked asap.
Nikki cant believe how good friends we all are and we met on the net! She thought you girls were all people i knew from before i moved to QLD!
Nikki- i cant believe she hurts hurself all the time either, its crazy! She has a thing at the moment with closing doors though so if you arent careful to shut them on your way out of any room she is sure to get there in no time!
I got a form sentto me from family assistance last week about the immunisation rebate, you basically have to call them and give them your medicare details and they will check if you are eligable etc. Or you can get a statement from the immunisation register on the medicare website and send it in within 4 weeks of the 18month shots!
Good night my loves, the princess has finally gone to bed - very late for her- and i believe it is time for her very tired mum to do the same!
-
Nikki - We get between $220 and $280. I can't remember the correct figure.
Benjamin's booked in for Wednesday for his needles.
I was so not happy with Dh's family on the weekend. The Mil cut off my son's beautiful curls and botched it something awful. I had not seen Benjamin all day as he went out there to Granny and Grandpa's with his Aunt and Uncle. Apparently, me saying that I was going to get his hair cut soon, was good enough for Granny to take away Benjamin's 1st hair cut from his mummy and daddy. Really not impressed! We had to take him to the barber to fix up the mess Granny had made. Luckily he did it no charge. I do have an envelope with his curls in it though. So that's at least something... Hopefully the curls will grow back:pray:

Hi all just thought I would post what I post im my TTC thread to see what you think.
Here goes.
Well all was going ok untill yesterday when I got a call from the IVF nurse. The last time I spoke to the nurse was about whether or not I could still end up with an ectopic pg after having both tubes removed from pg in them. She said the changes of having an ectopic in the little bit of tubes ( as they leave a little for safty reasons) are still 2%. She also told me that with my history that it could happen. I asked if I would be in danger and she told me yes. As the reason is that if it happen there is a change I could hamerage if I had an op but they would try to terminate it first with meds but if that failed then surg would be needed and that could be dangerous. The other thing was that if I had 2 eggs implanted (as I aways do for better chance) and one implanted in the womb and one in the little bit of tube then they couldnt give me the drugs cause of the baby in the womb which means would have to have surg and then I could still lose both. DH said that he wants more kids and I feel now I could be playing russan rullet. Im abit scared and dont really know what to do. I want more kids but dont really want to put my life at risk. Could I be that unlucky for it to happen again. I thought at first that once both tubes were gone that was it. Well how wrong I was
Oh and by the way yesterday Callum didnt wake till 8.30 and cried all at swimming then got home and had morning tea and went back to sleep at 11. Now I was abit worried yest as he didnt wake till 3pm, so that was 4 hrs sleep. He also woke very grumpy and went back down at 7pm. I feel that he spent most of yest sleeping and that worries me abit. Could there be some thing wrong with him. Im just a mess at the moment with that and the news of the IVF.
I have to go as Callum has just woken up.

Good Morning!
Cindy - I was telling dh too last night that you always sign off with an Uh-oh! hehehe. Hope she was ok! Hope you got a good nights sleep as well! Wow at Nikki thinking we were all old friends!!
Today is the day I dreamt I would have Dylan (unless it means april 29th - please god no!! hehe)....after that the next prediction is the 3rd and then not to the 11th!
Nikki - Yeah, I think you just go to medicare/family assist...I'm putting the money towards Louis big bed!! I'm hoping it will buy his mattress and side protector...maybe some linen..I'm not sure how much all those things cost though so will just have to stretch it as much as I can..hehe!
Melissa - Oh no!! I would be soooo cross!! Especially if a bad job was done...what are some people thinking?? At least you got the curls
OK - better get organised - Off for Louis' last swimming lesson today before dh takes over next term! OMG! Time's going to quickly. Then we're off to the shops because it's dh's b'day tomorrow and I'm buying him a nintendo wii....a bit extravagant and we can't really afford it but I know he'll love it. I've promised him a good present for ages so finally he's getting one...I told him he has to borrow his brothers for the time being though...I'm sure he knows I'm buying it but isn't 100% iykwim?
have a great day - we had lots of rain overnight in Melb!
-
Oh Missy  I don't know what to say, what a difficult situation. I feel for you.
Have fun at swimming Kristie. We haven't done lessons yet, we just use the pool at home. Maybe next year...
-
I am going to start this post with my uh oh!! I just went to the toilet and came out to find tori standing on top of a bar stool, waiting for me to come out and tell her off. Her face was a classic but i kept mine very straight! She is just into everything and always bloody has been! She even tried to climb into her cot this morning and ended up cracking her chin on the side rail! I havea feeling that we are going to be spending some time in future years in emergency wards for stitches etc!
Oh, my, she was just crawling - as she does lately- and crawled head first into the wall! She actually thought that one was funny though and laughed! Does anyone want to trade???
I have booked Barney tickets! Nikki, its you me and other nikki and munchkins!
Missy i wish i could say something to help your situation seem easier but i just cant, i have no idea what you must be going through, i can only imagine how big a decision it is that you have to make and how torn you must be in many different directions at the moment!
Well, must be off, like you Kristie we have our last swimming class today. I have got Al doing them next term too, the swim school does sunday classes so he is rather thrilled at that and really looking forward to it! i'm not coz the only time they do her level is at 12.45pm! What a crappy time!
Speak to you all later....
-
Where to start, a lot of posts since I last signed in.
Cindy, nikki,Rachel and Kristie thankyou for a lovely day at the farm. I had a great time, eating and talking. We really didnt get far before we stopped to eat again LOL.
Rachael it was so nice to meet you. Milo is a sweet little boy and your mum was nice aswell. Mothers!!!! they can say some sily things. Mine always comments on my weight and how much I have put on...... They think they can say anything. You look great.
Nikki bugger about the wiggles concert and the flat tyre. I would love to get my nails done again.
Cindy Hope Tori's finger was ok. I guess she doesnt like you talking to us online so we better meet up more often :)
Kristie Louis amazes me everytime I see him with all he has learnt. I love the way he can do the wiggles dance You are such a great mum to have the time to spend teaching him all those things.
Linda SO nice to hear from you. Glad to see the pregnancy is going well. Emma isnt the only one testing the boundries at the moment.
Missy bummer about Callum crying thru swimming. Does he normally enjoy it? Jordan has his off days with his swimming. Last week DH said he sooked for a bit.
Well this morning Jordan got up at 6am:doh: So not impressed. he was SOOOO clingy and wouldnt let me out of his sight. He ended up falling asleep on my lap just before 9 so will let him have a nap he obviously needs it.
Well I am hoping that I caught that egg this month. I think I Od on monday and got some BDing in sat, mon and wed ( i am tired now). I forgot how tiring it can be to do it just cause its that time of the month. Not that DH is complaining. :)
Well spending the day at home today. Cleaning up and then off to GFs for her sons bday. I am rapted cause then I dont have to cook dinner.
We had our last dance class for the term so I have 2 weeks off which is nice. Hope I get motivated to go back though.....
have a nice day everyone XX
-
Melissa - hope you have some good luck with TTC this month! It's good to catch up with what you are doing.
Cindy - OMG - she sounds like such a little character!! My nephew is only 15 months & has had more stitches than either of his parents! Some kids just get into it!!
Glad to hear pretty much everyone is being tried ATM by the little ones. Sometimes I go out & see littlies that just sit there so well behaved & it freaks me out LOL. My Mum says they're not normal ;) That makes me feel better!!
-
Hi!
Just got back...
Swimming went well - Louis had a ball but I'm definitley a bit over it. It will be nice when dh does it next term. Having lots of little niggles at the moment doesn't help either...Mind you there's no real sign of bubba just yet. I bought Dylan a gorgeous little soft blue doggy that will be from Louis. The only problem is because Louis chose it I think he's not really want to give it up! hehe. Oh well - he'll just have to. I'm going to wrap it up straight away so he hopefully he forgets about it...hehe.
Missy - Oh what a terrible day you had...I'm so sorry to hear of your news! I suppose you can look at it in a few different ways. 2% is only a small chance - 98% success and a new bubba without any complications...I suppose it is something you'll have to discuss with dh...I don't envy you though...Good luck!
Sorry to hear you're a bit worried about Callum as well. Maybe just see how he is today before you stress too much. Is alert when he is up?? Sometimes Louis has his days where he has a big sleep. Actually - just yesterday he slept over 3 hours - woke up at 4.30pm and was back to bed for a solid night at 7.30pm...
Cindy - Geez - She certainly does keep you on your toes!! At least she's not seriously hurting herself..(yet!) Ooh that is an awkward time next term...Hopefully she'll have a sleep beforehand??
Tracey - Thanks - I think it's cute as well! hehe. I don't think it's anything to do with me though...he just seems to want to learn everything..he gets bored quite easily...
Urrgghh - 6am??? I would have had a heart attack. Louis more like 7am this morning which was good...it sounds like your having fun with your classes so hopefully you go back! Sounds like you've got a nice day planned! Yeah on not having to cook dinner!
Linda - I think it all comes down to their little characters...and there's so much to explore in the world! Luckily Louis isn't much of a climber but he's into pretty much everything else! hehe.
-
i miss swimming lessons.it would be a bit hard for dh to take chantelle as he only has mon and tue nights free and that is usually set aside for other things that come along.
maybe when term 3 arrives i might try again and put harry into the creche there, probably really important as we have the pool and god forbid if she fell in,at least she might have enough skill to get to the side if i get her back into it.
have been busy packing today.both bubs are asleep at the moment so thought i would sit and have a goss.
cindy, excellent about barney, what was the date?i will stay the night before and i think a few drinks would go down nicely.
do i have to go to medicare before she has her needles, sorry im getting a bit confused here...der!
missy.that is a small chance of complications.did you talk about this over the phone with them?how about you sit down and have a big talk to them about it and maybe they will be able to set your mind at ease.
oops gotta go harry is awake
nikki
-
Hi!
Nikki - Dont' stress too much about the swimming lessons... I think if Louis fell in a pool I don't think he'd be able to get himself to the edge yet...Probably more of a 2yo-3yo thing I'd imagine....
Nup - get her needles and then go to medicare...I think!! I'll let you know next week - hehe.
Hope the packings going well!
-
NIkki - Barney is on the 3rd of May. I am with Kristie too, i think you have to go to medi care or talk to them afte the shots are done??? Hows the packing going? when do you have to be out of the rental? If you need a hand packing let me know, i have had lots of pracise in the past 12 months!
Well, i have just got back from my midwife appt and they want me to see the obgyn on tuesday next week coz bubs is measuring about 4cm behind, it was behind by 2 last visit and while it is growing the gap to where it should be is getting bigger. They think that either i am breech or the placenta has started to come away form the wall already and if its the placenta then they will induce me next week some time. I have to get organised now I am thinking! They arent to worried about it really but want to get it checked out anyway. My bp and bubs heart beat are perfect and there are lots of movements so all looks healthy but you obviously dont want a bub in there if it cant grow properly.
I asked if my smoking here and there could have done anything and she said very proptly that unless i am smoking a pack a day or more it doesnt make much difference at all, she pointed out that i am probably just having a small bub and that there needs to be both small ones and big ones for ther to be an average size bla bla bla.
Sorry for going on there, I think i am processing all of it as i type!
I must be off, i am struggling to keep my eyes open and since tori fell asleep in the car on the way home and is still that way, i might just treat myself to a nap on the couch instead of cooking tea tonight (not that there is any food in the house!).
