Melissa glad to see that Benjamins needles went ok. WOW he is a tall boy. I cant wait to see what Jordans stats are. His 18 month app isnt till start May though.
Well I am so hungry today I cant stop eating. Wish I had of bought some chocolate at the shops this morning. DH is bringing krispy kremes home though so YUMMY cant wait to pig out on them.

Just got back from my sisters. Louis had so much fun! He fully ran around non-stop for 3 hours playing with the kids. It's great because they're that bit older so can look after him as such. He managed 20min sleep on the way up and then 20min on the way back but I've put him down in his cot now so hopefully he has a bit. I don't really want him to have heaps now though in case he won't go to sleep tonight! I'll let him go until dinner anyway...
Tracey - That hunger sounds good! I bet you test before a week over....hehehe!

Hi girls, just popping to say hi. Sorry I've not been around much. We've had a bad week. Gussy had an operation last week and then got a post operative infection in one of his incisions. Has had a LOT of pain, swelling, masses of puss and fevers (even with Painstop on board) of 39.9degrees. Poor little tike. We've been in and out of hospital all week. Blahhhh.
I had an u/s today as I've continued to bleed really heavily. It seems I've miscarried. Going by my LMP, I should be about 81/2 weeks today but the embryo is only measuring about 6wks4days. Unless I have my dates waaaay out it seems that things stopped progressing at about the 6wk mark. The fetal medicine specialist at the u/s place said to return for another u/s in a week just to be absolutely sure. Apparently a fetal pole will always be detected by 7wks - so going by today's measurement, next Thursday the pregnancy should be 7wks4days and therefore, if viable, should have a heart beat.
It's kind of weird to think I've miscarried. Although I've been bleeding lots, I don't "feel" like I've miscarried. I think I expected to feel some sort of pain or definite end to the pregnancy. As a result, I'm not sure how I'm supposed to feel. It's kind of confusing as I'm in that kind of limbo place where I'm neither definitely pregnant or definitely not. I guess an early miscarriage is better than a late one. If this baby is not meant to be, then I guess it's a case of the sooner the miscarriage is confirmed the better.
Anyhoo on that gloomy note, I better rush off to clean my child and get dinner ready etc.

Kirsty - Ohhh poor little Gussy...He's just had to deal with so much hasn't he? I hope he's on the mend now. Also big hugs to you - You're such a supermum! I hope you're getting some rest.
How hard to not know for sure about bub in tum. That must be so difficult. I hope everythings ok...I'm not quite sure what else to say other than I'm thinking of all of you!

Oh Kirsty. :hug: I'm so very very sorry. I didn't even realise you were expecting, sorry to miss that. I hope that your dates were just out & that you are in fact 6 weeks now & that everything is fine. I understand completely what you are saying though. If it is over, it's better to know sooner than later. My heart goes out to you, I'm just so very sorry. And it sounds like you are having a tough time with poor Gus being sick too. I can't imagine even going through surgery with a little one, let alone the infection with it. I hope he is on the mend very soon. I must say that he is looking absolutely ADORABLE in your ticker! What a stunner! I hope you have lots of family around you for Easter. :hug: I'll be thinking of you.
Kirsty- thats really crappy, both about gussy boy and the potential m/c. I hope gus is on the mend now though, was it a big op he had to have?
I truly hope that the u/s next week shows a heartbeat! Perhaps you have d=your dates wrong??
Tracey - I think you might be pregnant with your eating coz i had a day of eating too. I just couldnt get enough food in! i would stuff myself and then half an hour later my stomach would be rumbling again. I think my bub might be having a growth spurt (she needs to!)
The u/s went well, bub is measuring behind by 4 cm but looks healthy as does the placenta and all the rest of it. Looks like i am just having a small bub! Ohm the fluid levels area touch low and will need watching but they arent dangerous low or anything like that! I go back to see the obgyn on tuesday so i am hoping that in the mean time over the weekend bub will do some growing! Ifthe fluids do get really low they will induce as i understand it! It was great to see bub again, we got a great pic of bubs profile! Bub is a guesstimated weight at the moment of 5lb4oz! talk about tiny- i will have to do some 00000 clothes shopping i think.
I so have to decide on a name - Nikki thinks i should call her Nikki or Nicole!
I think we are down to Gabrielle, Charlotte and Georgia. I like Charlotte the best and also i have read its meaning as small and strong!

Kirsty I dont know what to say but my thoughts are with you and the family. I hope all is well with bubs in tum and you just have dates mixed up. Hope Gus also gets better, he is such a little trooper to go thru all he has so far.
Cindy - well i am a little confident I might be preg as I have been peeing an awful lot and tired but I could be creating symptoms????? I love Georgia and Charlotte.

We're having a nice quiet Easter, except that I have a wedding tomorrow. But today we have all had both morning tea & brekkie together. The house is clean & now it's time to go & have a nap! :D Can't wait for 'maternity leave' to start!!!

kirsty.not the news i was wanting to hear.i am hoping and praying that your little bub is ok and that this pregnancy progresses well for you.what operation did gussy have.i cant beleive he got an infection poor poor little fella,omg what you 2 have been through is just heart breaking.give him big kisses and cuddles and make sure that he knows that when he is in your arms nothing can harm him.
kristie,you are game going away but i guess i cant talk,i jumped on a plane and went to qld at 37 weeks.hehehe!hope you have a great time away,better make sure that micheal doesnt get on the drink too heavily incase he needs to get you to hospital.

missy what happened.i hope he is recovering well and that you have been able to catch up on some much needed sleep.
harry has a very nasty chesty cough,it really hurts him so i am a bit suscpisios of pnumonea.i tried to get him to a dr today but there was not any at all open here,will be down there first thing in the morning.i have the vaporiser on for him tonight.chantelle has been miserable with her 2 new teeth that are cutting,i had 7 children sleeping here last night and 7 all day today,i am pooped.grant is working the whole long weekend,he is going to take time off next week when we get the key so he can help me renovate the new house.
i will be popping down the street tomorrow to get the easter eggs,corey will be with his uncle as he still beleives in the easter bunny.will have to hide them well.chantelle will have to get some too as she will see her big brothers with them,i can see some hyperactive children and sore tummies by lunch time sunday.
will be booking chantelle in for her needles this week,yukky!

Nikki WOW 7 kids, thats a house full. So cute about COrey still believing in Easter bunny. Hope you have a fun time wth the easter hunt. We will do a mini hunt here on sunday. Good luck with the moving in.

Melissa Benjamin sounds like a cutie. We love big boys, nothing wrong with being tall. We measured Jordan today and he was 86 cm. I couldnt beleive it!!!
Well today Jordan did a lot of walking. He has this trolley which he holds onto and walks around. He is getting more confident and actually letting go of it. He is still on getting up to 10 steps before he falls but he is much more confident so who knows, he may walk by the time he is 18 months (what a slacker :) )
DH hired the carpet cleaner and cleaned all the carpets today, they have come up brilliant. We had so many stains and marks from Jordan, us and hte dogs. The house also smells really clean.

Well I couldnt have been more wrong about being pregnant, AF turnd up 4 days early. I am so upset but thought I would let you know.
On a lighter note, we have a walker here now :) Jordan is launching himself off everything. He can take up to 15 steps but he is so excited about it he is forever having a go. We also have a trolley which he holds onto and gets around all over the place.
He really makes my day

Nikki - 7 kids!! You must have been buggered! Thats great that grant is able to have some time off to get the house ready! That should ease the pressure on you a bit!
Well, i have had a full on day, I had to rush the bloody dog to the vets this morning coz he is limping big time and chucking everywhere. Turns out he has sprained his wrist chasing the ball yesterday and they think the chucking was just from the pain. So he is on anti inflamatories and bed rest! Like i can keep a hyperactive dog still for a minute!
After that I wend shopping with my siste and my niece, oh and tori and we had a full on shopping session where i didnt actually buy anything but my sister was looking for clothes for her new job placement so i spent alot of time entertaining tori and shae while she tried stuff on.
..... After that! We went and picked up my double pusher and new car seat. We got all excited and put the pusher together to then discover that i cant get it out either my front or back doors! Not without colapsing it anyway! BUGGER!!! I knew it was big but didnt realise just how big obviously. I am now however, ready to have bub, i have everything ready, i am going to need clothes but i can deal with that at the time and i am only guessing i will need clothes if she does end up being as tiny as they are saying at the moment! Something tells me i am going to end up having her late, although my belly has dropped a heapthe last few days!
I have a very mushy DP today, he keeps sending me messages saying how much he loves me and he is sorry he doesnt show or tell me enough and he appreciates all i have given up and continue to give up to have the bubs etc! How he needs to support me better..... What do i make of that? Do you think that the fact i had a megga dummy spit yesterday which ended with my mobile being launched and smashing into pieces actually sank in for a change??? He even gave me hims mobile to use untill i get a new one! I suppose i just go with the flow, its just so not him.
HAppy easter to all - i best be off before my daughters kicking on the wall next to her cot turns into a foot through the wall, she has a mighty good kick on her!

happy easter everyone.yipeee easter bunny is coming tonight.
corey drew a picture,cut up some carrots,bought a pencil with his own money and poored a glass of milk all for the easter bunny,he has set it all up on a table next to his bed.
BUT he has been so naughty so i am going to teach him a lesson,i am not going to leave any big eggs at the end of his bed tonight,only the easter egg hunt with the little eggs from easter bunny around the house,the other kids will get there big eggs.he will think easter bunny didnt come to him,but i will give him his easter eggs anyway tomorow morning saying that we had some extras that we bought for his cousins,so he will still get the same as the other kids but will think that he didnt get them from easter bunny.
hopefully he might start to think about his behaivior a bit.
anyway,pretty quiet day here today,grant is going to have tomorrow off,we will head to bunnings to get some things ready for the renovations.
