I am feeling better now. Luckily the bug only lasted 48 hrs, which was long enough
I did Kinder duty today which was great, was nice to see Jordan playing with all his friends. The kids are all really cute.

Thanks Tracey! I'm still bleeding so really not having high hopes at the moment...I had a blood test today so will get the results tomorrow but won't really know much until I have another one on Thursday...
Every which way I look at it, it doesn't really make sense...I'm so impatient though - I just want to know either way!! LOL! It's doing my head in!
Glad you're feeling better - that's nice you had kinder duty - I missed the last one - I didn't realise it was my turn - yep - I'm one of those mums! LOL...it's so hard though because Michael has to take the afternoon off so I can do it which isn't that great really...I must make sure I make the next one - it's so good to see who they play with and get to know the other little kids...
Ok...off to bed for me...tired and I just don't want to be awake...I can't believe how much all of this has knocked me around - from someone that wasn't having more kids to someone that is hoping and praying that this little bubba sticks more than anything...

i am so looking forward to tomorrow night, a girls night out at the club with some friends. should be fun. I have to work on the saturday but will have to grin and bear it.
I have a busy weekend jamies sisters bday saturday and then mums bday on sunday. we took some photos of the boys and my niece for mum and areframing them, grandmothers love photos and they are easy presents.

As for us...Dylans in the process of dropping day sleeps although he fell asleep on the couch this afternoon - was soo cute! We finally made it to playgroup today which was good -haven't been for ages!
We're all finally a bit better which is good - other than my nausea - which is ok with me at the moment! LOL!
Um...well, I had my second blood test today so will have the results tomorrow...first one yesterday I got over 5000 which is meant to be a good amount for a 5-6w p/g...so we will see tomorrow if it's rising or falling?? Still wont' know 100% until the scan but things may be looking a bit more positive if they're rising...I've heard so many bad stories though...so don't want to get my hopes up to high...
Michael still hasn't told his parents - LOL - he's too scared!!! He's still pretty freaked out but it will all be ok...I'm feeling a bit better though now since the cramping and spotting has stopped - I think it was like a constant reminder whereas now I feel like I can get on with things a bit better...
I've got a quiet next couple of days which is nice - we've been out every day this week which is unusual for us!! Bean's coming around for a visit on Sat (she just got back from cambodia) and then we've got my nephew's (Lachlan) 2n'd b'day on Sunday so will be a nice arvo out with the family...
Ok...enough of my rambling...it's so quiet in here I don't want to talk to myself too much - LOL!!!

Oscar has physio tomorrow morning to get his head shape checked out, Im a bit worried that there might be a flat spot so I will get her to take a look.
Then off to check out an acrobatics and dance class for Milo.
Kristie I hope you get some good news tomorrow. I know of a few people who've had lots of bleeding and everything's been fine, as well as the other stories that you hear. Its hard not to think about it (I had threatened miscarriage with Milo) but theres nothing you can do but rest and wait for the results :hug:

Well- there is no hiding anything from you guys is there - yep birthday sat, no big plans - I think my friend carly is cooking me tea sat night and then the family are coming over to my place sunday for lunch or something like that, no big party!
My sister had her surgery on her head today which went well- they got it all out and now she has quite a scar to show for it, 20 staples. Its funny though she has been given a face lift during the surgery and now cant move her forehead!!! Aparently the way that they cut the cancer out is how they do facelifts LOL!
Oh Cindy that is fantastic that they were able to get it all out :)

Oh I almost forgot my Uncle and his wife invieted themselves over for lunch on Sunday, heis diabetic and I have to find something to cook for them, then to top it off my other Aunty and her family decided they should come over too for afternoon tea!!

Rach - Good luck at the physio - both Louis and Ethan had that but Dylan got away with it...I must say Louis' was pretty bad and he still has an odd shaped head, Ethans isn't quite so bad...it's so hard to avoid when they're on their back all the time...

How's Milo going - has he settled down a bit now?
Good luck on Sunday - diabetics eat fairly normal food - think low gi?? Maybe try taste it's such a great website and you can search all different types of foods...I'd be asking people to bring food with them if they're inviting themselves though - LOL!!!!

Cindy - I'm so glad to hear your sisters surgery went well!!!! LOL at having a facelift with it!!! I hope she recovers well...Any more news about her sinus stuff?
Physio went well, she is not overly concerend. She said there is no assymetry, just a tiny flat spot to the left side, s we just need to get him turning to the right a bit more on his tummy. He moves it fine on his back.

kristie,i really hope that bubs has stuck for u.
When i was prg with harry i also had a very heavy bleed for about 4 weeks when i was 8 weeks prg. I was certain that i had lost him and at the time i was sooo relieved,when i went for my scan a few days later i couldnt beleive that everything was ok.i had a heamatoma from memory that is very common in prg and it just erupted due to a baby being there. Also when i was working at the surgery we had sooo many ladies that had early bleeding and there was no probs at all with there babies.I am antisipating your result.

Cindy,chan had her front left tooth removed and she has healed great,no probs at all,she looks very cute.I was amazed when the dentist told me that because there is no tooth there it stops the message to the next tooth to come down so she wont expect her second tooth now till she is 9 or 10 instead of 5 or 6.Happy birthday for saturday mate,i hope it is a good one and that al and the girls spoil u rotten.

Poor harry has had a very bad case of tonsilitis,He was sooo sick,he slept all day tuesday,cried all day wednesday and didnt eat for 3 days.He didnt even want his bottles or dummy.He is much better now although very tired,The penicillin has worked a treat.

Dr called and my hcg has basically doubled so that's good news!! Will just have to wait until my scan next week to see if everything is ok though...if you look at my cycle and how it all happened I don't even understand how I'm p/g so we will just see!! Hopefully it's all good!!!
Nikki - Poor Harry!! I'm so glad to hear he's getting better now...must have been awful for him (and you!)

Sorry for not popping in here for a while...
Nick and I have seperated...so as Nikki said..yeah I'm a free woman!!!
Nothing bad at all has happened..I have just been feeling really different the last 6 months or so, and I just don't love him anymore...well I do love him because he is the father of my beautiful boys and we have been thru alot together...but that want and need for him is just gone.. And I know some couples feel like that and just stay together..and thats fine but I just can't do it..
And I don't think it is fair to him or me to just keep on going.. He deserves better and I truly hope he finds someone that loves him the way he should be loved.. And in time..I might too..But at the moment..just happy being on my own and getting on with life..
We're still really close and good friends and everything is equal..I just want it to be as easy and pain free as it can be..
Alot to take in I know...but I know in my heart it is the right thing to do and I have to do it for me.
So anyway...I hope all you lovely ladies are all well and good and Kristie..I have everything crossed for you babe..I'm positive everything will be ok..xxx

I can't believe you girls drove to your night on the town! Lesson learnt by the sound of it though! I have a night out with al to a friends 30th in a couple weeks which we are hanging for! Mum is having the girls for the night for us for the very first time ever so it should be a good night... Can you believe how stupid it is that we have NEVER had anyone look after the kids while we go out!! Oh except for when we went to circ du soleil in April! I have to get better at organising baby sitters!
Otherwise if I am totally honest - we will end up down the same road you are travelling Alex! there ain't alot of relationship with us and hasn't been for some time!
I was just talking to mum about how I can't believe that as i get older I am wanting to do less and less for my birthay LOL!

Nikki and Alex I had SO MUCH FUN on friday night. I havent danced the night away like that in ages, it was so good. We so have to make that a regular occurance. and YES i agree no more driving when we have a night out.
Went to work with about 6 hrs sleep, wasnt to bad however was able to function ok.

We had a nice weekend - had my nephew's 2nd b'day party today so that was nice - I ate sooooo much but it's the only thing that makes my nausea feel better....(any excuse really!) LOL...got home fairly close to dinner so we all had 2min noodles for dinner - LOl! How healthy!
