All good here...Ethan slept through again last night - woohoo -it's been about a week straight now!!! All the hard work in the earlier months has paid off - he's my best sleeper for this age by far (although we'll see how long it lasts for - LOL!) I'm appreciating it now though that's for sure!!
We had the power out last night for about 15min and got some candles going and the boys were so excited by it!! You forget sometimes that it's the simple things that can intrigue them so much!!
I think I'm definitely going to book us for a night of camping before christmas to see how we go and then hopefully we can go again before bubs arrives!!!

Cindy, I just did a bit of research on google and it doesn't sound too good! LOL...I'm sure it's just because we've been hermits this winter maybe?? I've never been a winter person...I find it very hard to get motivated and I often put on weight because I just eat junk...(pregnant or not!!) Maybe we need to move to qld - LOL - for health reasons of course!!
My levels were 60 and they said they prefer them to be at 70-75...interesting though...they tell everyone to wear all this sunscreen etc and avoid the sun and now everyones getting vit d def! LOL! I only wear sunscreen if I'm at the beach or out in it for ages...but then I don't burn easily!
I hope you are out inthe sun today Kristie!! Sun screen wont stop you from getting the vitD synthesis going! And can I just suggest you don't move to QLD.. you get skin cancer!
I have to go and have more cut out during the school holidays - i have a yucky one on my forehead which they think looks nasy but sont know till they get it out of course!!

As for me...had Michael away all week and then he had his vasectomy on Fri so he's been waddling around all weekend...he's not feeling that great but is off to work tomorrow but will take it easy.
Had my 12w scan on Friday and all is good with bubs - was very excited - asked about the sex even though it was super early and even though there was no visible doody he wouldn't confirm it and said to wait - which is fair enough!! Omg...I'll die if I'm having a girl - I'll need a job just to pay for the clothes - LOL!! I wouldn't know what to do with a girl! Michael and I are still thinking that we will have another boy though!!
Have had a rotten headache today...and had no panadol but Michael ran down the street and got some so it's eased it a little...
Boys are well - we've been making a few changes as Louis has been having a bit of attitude lately and it's working really well...
Am off to the Melb show this Friday with the kids - so excited!! Louis has a countdown on! LOL! Bean is coming with me so that will be great to have the extra hands...mostly just for if Dylan or Louis need to go to the toilet and also I think for getting showbags one of us will run in!! Hopefully it's not too busy being the friday before school holidays but who knows!! We'll drive in so not sure about parking either but there's no way I'm going to train it...

as you probably read on fb, Corey had his footy presentation on Sunday,he came third in best and fairest which we thought was magnificent,he came 5th last yr,then we were blown away when he was presented with the coaches award,we did not expect that at all.last yr he also got a trophy for most consistent.this yr there was only the one trophy and we just couldn't believe that HE GOT IT!!!!!he is soo proud of himself as we are too.

All is well with us. Kids are good enjoying the nice weather and have been playing out in the backyard in the cubby. Liam has been trying to jump on the trampline, so cute.
SChool is going well, working on 2 assignments at the moment. Nikki was a sweety and has been helping me out....gotta love knowing nurses.
SO excited we are nearly off to our holiday. SOOOOO LOOKING FORWARD TO IT

As for us...I finally feel like the fog is lifting on this 1st tri...I've been so flat and feel like I'm starting to get some energy back which is great!! Michael and I got stuck into the housework yesterday and I'd forgotten how nice it is to have a nice clean house!!
I took the kids to the show on Fri and it was the most fun day!! The kids did so well - Louis held a snake, we went on the ferris wheel and the kids went on some other little rides. It really wasn't that busy either. Was great to see Nikki and the kids and I bumped into my friend Sharon from mothers group as well so very flukey!!
We had a fairly relaxed weekend. Michael is pretty much all better now from his snip...He ended up having some antibiotics...
I agree with all of you - the weather is just great!! I'm sure my vitamin D levels have picked up now! LOL! The kids have been playing outside heaps and Ethan loves it out there as well!! It's nice sometimes just to be able to have the back door open and they can come and go as they please!!
I'm starting to feel a teeny tiny tummy now...I swear last night I could feel some little funny feelings but I know it's super early..I'm mostly just looking fat though...I'm very excited for the baby to move around in heaps in the next month or 2 - it is my most favourite part of p/g!!

I have had a really crappy few weeks which has ended with my best friend of 20 years being admitted into maroondah psych ward yesterday, she has had a psychoctic episode amongst other things like her OCD taking over all of a sudden. Soooo I will be spending every spare moment i have in the hospital now so it seems!
Oh and we had a patient die at the dental surgery the other day which was just great! they were fixing a tooth for him and next thing he wasnt breathing.... never a dull moment in my life!

My sister has the girls for me tonight so i could spend the afternoon/night at the hospital which was lovely, so I am as we speak making a vegie lasagne to take in to the hospital for her tea tomorrow night. My lovely messed up chickie is refusing to eat the hospital food incase it is full of germs or whatever!

Well, Im sleeping in the lounge room tonight as its close to the boys - I think DS1 might have croup. At least I hope its croup not whooping cough. He's never had it (croup) so I'm not sure what to expect.
And DS2 has been coughing for a week now on and off but we thought he was just doing it becuase he can, as he'd laugh afterwards. Neither of them has a temp, but DS1 has been coughing in his sleep and waking up crying tonight, he's all sweaty but temp is normal and he has goosebumps??

Rach - That's no good about Milo...hope he's ok!! You'll probably know it if he has croup - its really scary and they struggle to breathe...with both Louis and Dylan you could see they're little chests moving in and out trying to get the air in...In saying that they can have the cough without the bad breathing but we've just watched them when they're like that...didn't need to take them to hosp...

So Jamie took kids to the show on monday and they got spoilt rotten. Jordan got ben 10 and diego showbag and Liam got thomas and sesame street. They are all really good value I think. Jordan LOVES his showbags, he has been playing with them non stop since monday.
I am going well on school holidays for the week and then back into it. We are only having about a month off over xmas, we start next year 20th Jan, maybe we will finish early in the year????? Annoyed they expect us to pay for next year on the 17th Dec, what are they thinking a week before xmas, they are so dumb.
Cant wait for the kids bday party, will be nice to catch up with everyone again.

Ethan took 3 steps yesterday as well - he's growing up sooo fast!! Did I tell you he's started passing out like Dylan used to when he's having a tantrum??? Little bugger...he's already done it 3 or 4 times...my kids have such tempers!!!!!!

My friend is still pretty crappy, she is on the mend though, looks like they have the right dose of antidepressants now to help with the OCD but they are starting to wean her off the ani-psychotics today and put her on a new one so this week could be interesting. She is still refusing to eat anything unless i have made it though which is a pain (she is lucky i love her and cooking so much!). She will still be in there for the next 2-3 weeks so all my spare time is being spent with her at the moment! I am not seeing much of my munchkins which sucks....
