captain - check out the new woman's day mag, yiiiikes, suzie maroney has lost 30kg and her dd was born 4 months ago. she looks sooooooo good it has inspired me. I did start walking a few weeks after bella was born but the magpie's came out and I was too scared.
-
hi ladies!!
well i have been reading all your posts, just haven't had time to post myself as we've been keeping ourselves rather busy but that's about to slow down as i'm going to try and stay away from going to the shops as often now that whooping cough is around as apparently she's not fully protected as she's only had her 2 month shot so far?? i agree i'm not looking forward to the 4-month needle. the 2 month was bad enough. at least i'll be ready with baby panadol this time!!
Nicambhar - I wonder how much weight suzie maroney put on in her pregnancy though, i found my pregnancy weight itself easy to lose but the other weight that i already had on me isn't moving at all no matter how little i eat. as for time to exercise... :S not happening atm as i have a bub in the baby bjorn pouch and i'm too scared to move from my chair!!
as for nappies Liberty's legs were way too skinny for disposables or cloth at the start so we used doubled up facewashers folded in half for about a month as nappies. now the little chubbles is getting so chunky (5kg last week, finally) she's growing out of the newborn fold in flat cloth. i've made my own fitted cloth nappy and i'd like to attempt to make my own AIO. we use disposables at night and when we go out but if i found a good mcn pattern or bought a good one i'd change that as i spent $40 on disposables only a few weeks ago and we've nearly run out. stupid waste of money!!
now i feel bad whinging about this but i'm going slowly insane. trying to get Liberty to sleep is crazy. she hates to be put to bed and screams when wrapped or when i walk into the room i ususally put her to sleep in. She never used to be like that, i used to be able to just hold her in my arms and she'd go to sleep no rocking or anything. I don't believe in controlled crying either so it takes about an hour to get her to sleep. She also doesn't sleep well in the day so she is very tired at night. She sleeps 10-12 hours at night (waking for feeds of course) and i know they need 14.5 hours out of 24 at least for this age so i try and get her to have the rest but its so hard. i need to visit some other threads i think to see what other people have done!!
she's also discovered her hands and is very noisy at night when she decides to suck on them at night!! she's cutting her top right tooth (early i know) so maybe that's why i'm having trouble getting her to sleep??
Nae - i didn't meet you in the belly buddies forum but i did read your story and my heart goes out to you as one of my close friend had a stillborn baby at 36 weeks, 5 days from severe placenta abruption the week before my baby was born. i always send up many many prayers for my friend to help her to cope, especially when it comes to the question of why. i know this must be a hard time for you and my friend with Christmas coming up and families getting together and imagining the what ifs. It's good to hear you looking forward to the future and just know that I'm sure there's plenty of people out there who send up quick prayers all the time for you :)

Hi everybody,
Well the visit to santa went well and Molly got her photo taken with him. She didn't mind at all. The lady took a few photos then Molly decided to start smiling. I pick them up on Friday. I hope they turn out ok. I also got suckered in by the pixifoto people as she gave me a voucher for a free sitting and portrait.
From everyone's posts it looks like it is the week for babies to discover their hands. Molly has really discovered her hands now and she lifts her hands to her mouth and sucks them noisily. 9 times out of 10 now her hands make it to her mouth. Before she would drop her head to suck them when she was up on my shoulder. I think its nearly time for Molly to move into her room to sleep. She starts to stir from around 430 but keeps putting herself back to sleep. The problem is she wakes me up and I can't go back to sleep as I think she is going to wake up. Then she finally wakes at 8.
We are still plugging along with BF but she has one feed a day with formula. It see,s to help with the painful nipples so might just keep doing that for a while.
What is everyone doing for Christmas? or your holiday?
-
Howdy all,
Its soo cute reading all your stories about all the little things your bubs are doing.
Pam - its was sooo lovely to catch up with you in person today, Poppy is just beautiful, all babies are cute but she really is beautiful, those big blue eyes, cheeky smile and those eye lashes are to die for. And you look amazing also thank you for visiting and thank you for the pics of Poppy also. I have the colour one with her and the Keva bear in a frame in on my desk in the office so when Dh sets up the phone line in there (yes I am still on the durassic dial up) I will be able to sit and look at her and niki and grandpa and other various piccies I have there.
We must catch up in person again soon - maybe in the NY?
IserveanawesomeGod - Thanks hun, Christmas is a difficult time for us this year, I cannot imagine what you friend is going through but my heart goes out to her. I always thank the good Lord that we got to spend 8 days with Niki before she went into His care, its such a blessing to have been given such a precious gift of time. BTW Liberty is a gorgeous name.
Captain - what is an elliptical machine?? sounds pretty fancy :D
Indie24 - Its ok to be suckered by those people I think - its such a special time of year and you have a new bub and its all so exciting I would be a sucker for all those types of things and probably more
still waiting for AF (NO there is no possible way I am preggers  ) we're only a few days late but I think its stress related. Can't believe how fast this year has gone.
Anyways I am sooo exhausted might hit the sack soon
Good nite y'all

Hi girls, as you know I had a visit yesterday with Nae, loads to talk about after 5 hours we still had'nt run out. I got to see her completed nursery, it's beautiful...... just awaiting for a gorgeous bubba to fill it. Huge as well, gorgeous high ceilings enough room for the cot, a single bed, change table and still enough room for a dance party.;)
Also Niki's garden, very restfull and beautiful, going to be really lovely when all the plants grow bigger. Nicest of all pics of Niki and all Nae's lovely reminders and possesions of her baby girl.:hug::hug: Thanks so much for sharing with me Nae.
Definately will catch up in the new year... lol at not putting on weight re food we certainly did talk enough:rolleyes:..
Iserve, I'm glad you got back on here, I checked the other day for recent posts and was hoping that all was okay..:D
:o I hear you on the whooping cough, mum has a friend who just had it recently, scary, especially when they show you the news reports with babies who have it. I feel the same about the shopping centres.....
Indie...:lol:I am so bad at resisting the photo people..... and then worse still have to buy the package???? Even if it is'nt so great. Bu t bleieve it or not you can have too many photos, some of ours still have'nt made it to the walls.
Nic, yeah Suzie!!!!! but I bet they do count the pregnancy weight in it!!!! She has had some serious stress, wonder if that has something to do with it???? also being an elite althete would help, just in that mid set re training and does'nt have 4 kids either!!!!
Us girls are too hard on ourselves, me thinks....
Hi Captain....sound slike the girls are all finding their hands. Poppy's fav activity as well, along with gazing at dad with big eyes and whenever he looks, big grins.. already working on twisting him around her little finger and winning big time... might I add.
-
Just became a paid up member:dance: now waiting for my avatar, how exciting!!!!
-
well i think i need to join "Infants Friend Anonymous" little miss Liberty is hooked on the stuff!! but i will give her a break, if i spewed up all the time i would probably want something like that to take away the taste of it too!!
blackduckies - isn't it cute how they do that with their daddies? kind of encourages the guys to get more involved when they see that adorable smile!
nae - thanks! We only had one girls name picked out so can't imagine how hard it will be trying to pick a girls name second time around if I have another girl in the future.
indie - that's no good that your nipples are still hurting!! :( yikes. I'm glad it stopped hurting for me, not sure if i would still have the strength and determination to be bfing it still if it was still painful. It started hurting when Liberty started cutting her top right tooth because she was gnawing on it but it's gone back up again so it's better now. we were doing one formula feed a day but she gets really constipated from it. I drink decaf tea with cinnamon, honey and soy milk in it (kind of like a chai) and the cinnamon boosted my milk supply really well so i don't need to use the formula anymore.
on a really good note, we're now on 2 hour, 45 minute breaks between feeds rather than every two hours!! YAY!!!  not getting as much of a break at night though. before i got 5-6 hours straight at night but now she's gone back to every 3 hours at night. hope she gets out of that habit. i'm only offering her the one side at night now to discourage her from "eating" at night, maybe i should be offering her both??
-
iserveanawsomeGod - holy moley, 3hrs at night. I have been soooo lucky with Bella thankgoodness. I don't have any help at night because DF leaves at 11pm. LOL at the infants friend. I have a feeling that stuff makes Bella throw up more when I give it to her. she loves the taste and has a drunk look about her when I give it to her.
Pam - Ooooh, u r so lucky to have met Nae, I'm glad she has a lovely friend like you living nearby. uuggghh, I need to throw out the WD mag with Suzie on it, it is so depressing. She was still a pretty solid chick before the baby though.
Donna - Ha, I get stung by the pixie photo lady everytime I go to the shops:rolleyes:, I reckon they are stalking me.
Nae - Not long til the new year matey and boy do I hope it's just perfect for you.
eeeeekkkk, crap, gotta run and chuck the car hail cover over my car cause there's yet another whopper coming our way. We are having a garage built and the plans haven't gotten through council yet so a big bummer that my nice new car is a sitting duck every afternoon a storm comes through....
Oh, just a quickie... does every else get annoyed with stinking advice from oldies. MIL asked my why Bella wasn't having farex yet... WTF....she says that all her kids started from 2 months :o.... I have been trying to avoid her because it drives me friggin insane. One minute she tells me that my breast milk isn't enough to satisfy her and then she's practically got the kid eating a 3 course meal.
On the BF'ing note, it's just about over for us, boo hoo. Bella is still having it at night and it's working for us so I'm all cool about it.
Ok, really gotta go now. BBL. xx
-
Hey all!! Well I had a September baby!! I will post this then I am off to read about your bubs!!
Ashton Blake was born on the 8th at a healthy and whopping 11 pounds, 55cm with a 39cm head!! I didn't know he was going to be that big until I was pushing him out lol
He fed like a champ and has been growing like crazy! He is now almost 3 months and weighs in at 8kg!! He is 64cm long too :)
He is all booby fed, which I am so proud of as I gave up too easy with the other w boys (who are 3 and 4 now). I wear him in slings, wraps, carriers... anything I can lol. He is also a cloth baby, my first, which I am also proud of and it's going really well! We co sleep which has helped with the breast feeding because he just goes on and I go back to sleep. Helps me cope with 3 kids the next day :) (single mum so can be trying some days!)
He rolled at 24 day, then another 6 time over the next month, then at 2 months he decided to roll ALL the time and it's his trick he likes to do :) He also pushes himself along the ground!! Head down, arms back and his legs go under him and he pushes  First time he did this he moved a good meter before chucking a poopy.
He started laughing the other day. I tickly him and he laughs his little head off :) So cute!
So that's a bit about my little angel :) Now off to read about yours!
-
Hi everyone, gosh I've tried to post so many times, but Ashlyn doesn't seem to give me long to type!
Hi Mel, welcome to our little group. Wow, Ashton is a good sized bub! He sounds like he can't wait to start crawling! That sounds so cute pushing himself along the ground.
Lol, good to see you back! Yay that you're getting a bit longer between feeds. It so hard getting up so often at night. I was able to extend our daytime feeding by offering both sides. If she finished one side (doesn't always) then I offer the other. Sometimes she hardly takes any, sometimes all. Just go with how she is feeling. Waking more at night might be more to do with a growth spurt. Ashlyn just went through one and want a feed every 2-3 hrs at night, didn't last long though.(Well the waking is still happening, just not always for a feed *sigh*)
Pam, think your right, we are being a bit hard on ourselves. Mental note to stop worrying about weight - there I feel better and just had a yummy bowl of icecream:lol: I love watching Ashlyn and DH interact. I call them her 'daddy eyes'.
Nic, yep I hate unwanted advice. My mum is fantastic, but MIL has had a couple of comments. One was about the way I was holding her and that she'd seen a baby been badly hurt by his head not been held right:o Farex from 2 months!! They're going to spend the rest of their lives eating food, why hurry it?
Donna, I wondering about moving Ashlyn into her own room too. I'd just really hoped she'd be sleeping a bit better before we did it. It so much easy to deal with her when I don't have to get out of bed. But Molly sounds like she's doing really well with her sleep. Christmas we are having dinner at mums with the family. In the morning though we are starting our own little family Christmas traditions, maybe a brunch. That is if DH and I don't spend this Chrissy sitting in the emergency dental clinic:rolleyes:
Nae, elliptical is a cross trainer. Moves your arms and legs almost like skiing. They're great cause they work the whole body and are low impact (good for big bbs, ;))
Well our sleep issues are improving. Though the other night she woke up for 2 1/2 hrs and 2 o'clock. Wasn't crying, but just lying there wide awake. Wouldn't have minded so much, but she would cry everytime I lay down. So I had to sit there and try to encourage her to sleep. Arghh, I was so tired. Last night was better and she is learning to self settle, so I think we are nearly there! I hope *fingers crossed*. Had the 3 month checkup with the CHN. Ashlyn now weighs 6.9kg. Wasn't surprised after her growth spurt!
-
Hi Girls,
MissMoody- Welcome! WOW what a whopper well done you! And congrats on feeding going so well. Its such a tough road for some, you should be proud. I'm still expressing full time...coming up to 14 weeks!
Sue- Solids so early is she nuts!!!!!!!!! I can understand you getting annoyed. Its hard to nod and smile all the time when ppl give you advice. How have you coped with the storms? We are going uo to Noosa next week so I'm hoping the weather is good. I guess it won't matter if its not cause it will be nice to be on hols anyway.
I serve- 3 hours at night is tough esp after going for longer. Maybe she is having a growth spurt and just needs extra?
Pam- how lovely to catch up with Nae. I'd love to meet any of the group in person, but I'm not close location wise to anyone in our group I don't think.
Nae- thanks for staying around, its great you can. I believe next year is going to be your year! On nappies..we are using huggies, I keep meaning to get some AIO's tho.
Emily has found her hands too! She has always been a hand sucker but its def on the increase now. She has also started rolling from her tummy to her back. She had her first sleepover this week too. At my besties house, so we could go to DH's work christmas party and stay in town over night. We had a good night but missed Em heaps. She was really good for my gf which I was happy about.
Really excting news is that my DH got promoted the other day so he is a sergeant now. Its been such a long time coming after he got the leukaemia and beat it so its great. The way they actually presented him with his stripes tho sounded a little disapointing. In normal miltary units they make a big to do about it with a little ceremony thing and present the rank worn on their unifroms and a certificate. Fmailes are normally invited too. His work tho just gathered everyone around and gave him someone's left over rank and didn't have his certifcate and hadn't told me about it so we weren't there. A bit sad after everything he has been through to get it. He's glad he leaving recruiting next year and going back to a proper army unit.
Can't wait for the next few weeks. We leave for Noosa next sat then get back on the 19th. the 20th is my brithday and friends are having a party that day and then christmas! Busy time.
I hope everyone is well.
-
Gee solids at 2 months? No need for that. People always offer their advice hey!?! I just ignore the stupid and take the good :)
Yeah Ashton was a good size :) It is very cute when he pushes along lol
That is great that Em was good :) It's hard leaving them overnight! I can't see me doing that anytime soon :( Would be too hard.
Expressing for 14 weeks!! Well done!
-
Hi girls
:welcome:Missymoo, your little man is very advanced, good on you BF a big baby you must have a good supply.
eej, :happyforyou:great for your DH to get the promotion certainly well deserved by a strong person. Nice you got to have a night out :clap:and a holiday to Noosa to come sounds fantastic. Have a great time.
Captain, cute.....she would'nt let me lay down, cheeky monkey!!!!A good weight, interesting to see what Poppy is in a couple of weeks???
Sue, night feeding is still good....you have done a great job!!!!!
Me....sad ......big DD has moved out of home, decided she did'nt like the rules and up and went, I am hoping she changes her mind, but sounds like she is getting advice from somewhere, already been to centrelink etc. Don't know what to do next???? Have told her she is welcome to come home any time, but will have to follow house rules... oringally she would ask if she could go places, but often it was something way to old for her, so she started to just go or tell me she would be somewhere then go somewhere else, hanging around with older people from part-time work 18+years!!!! Fingers crossed there is a solution?????Maybe she needs some time out to realize it's not that bad at home???? Where she is currently are going to charge her $190 a fortnight board.......could change her mind quickly!!!!!!???????
-
Pam I am sure she will wisen up and come home! I did ;)
Ashton is 3 months old today!! Where does the time go :( My older 2 boys are in Melbourne with their dad, they left on Wed and come back Wed so it's been fun with just Ashton and I :) Laying in bed, having a play. We even had a nice long bath together yesterday which he loved then he fell asleep on my chest...
TBH Pam I have never thought about not feeding him. Doesn't matter the size of the baby, once he sucks and brings in your milk, you will supply to their needs. I thought it was never going to end the first 4 days when he was sucking every 1-2 hours before my milk came in day and night... I was a walking zombie!!
-
I hope your right, how long was it before you decide home was the place to be????
As far as milk supply, unfortunately I have never had a very good result.... always tried really hard but...??????? Poppy is my best, she is happy to BF and bottle feed, the others went off the breast quickly once they got a bottle.Poppy loves th eboob and would be happy to only do that :doh:if she was'nt being starved. Oh well, I am doing my best????
-
That's all you can do hun :) One can only try. Breastfeeding isn't the be all and end all ;)
-
 Pam
I cannot believe how much she reminds me of me at that age. I would almost be certain she is getting worded up from someone else. Even if it takes a little while I am sure once she discovers the cost of living out of home she will be back.
Who knows it could be a very valuable lesson for her about the real world. I wonder if the board money she pays will also include food and amenities?
Mum and I use to blue like no tomorrow and one time she kicked me out and DAD would not let me come back home so for 18 months I did the best I could on my own and really struggled. One day I had no other option but to swallow my pride and beg for my room back and they allowed me back but under new house rules (by now I was 18). I had to contribute to the phone and food bills as well as pay board.
Eventually i moved out with a BF but I never looked back ;) Mum actually said it was harder for them because they actually had to let me go KWIM??
Take care hun - you're a great mum and she will realise that soon enough
-
Awww thanks Nae!!! Look how lovely you turned out;)She (DD)also reminds me of me, the apple never falls far from the tree????
Met the lady today:wall:(3 cans of beer lined up and smoking like a chimney, on the phone swearing ike a trooper)sounds like she is in it for the money???? First thing she talked about!!!! Will just play the waiting game, I think she really needs the time away....she actually has chores to do at this house:clap:
-
You turned out pretty ok too hun.
Funny that was the image I had in my head when I posted that your DD was being worded up. Seems to be the type to try to drag kids away from good homes to get a bit extra $$ and of course your DD will think she is wonderful
As hard as it will be for you, just sit and wait sooner or later she'll realise these people don't care about her and she'll miss her mum ;)
Hugs

Hi girls, just added some more pics of my little chicken to the gallery if you want a look. Anyone else added any recently????
-
Hey Pam, love the new Av!! Poppy is very cute. I will try to get motivated and put up some pictures of Ashlyn.
-
Funky Av Pam, I love it...
-
Thanks girls, pretty happy with it. Nic you'll have to get on to them and get Arabella in yours, instead of in your tum. Did you see Suzie last night, I thought she looked shocking in her bathers, to skinny an dher face looked a bit drawn as well??? Just my thoughts, maybe cause my face is a bit chubba at the moment:redface:
-
I saw that and was thinking the same thing, you could see heaps of ribs. I can't believe she is BF too! When I've tried to do some exercise I have lower milk supply in the evenings, so I'm really finding it hard to get a balance. Don't know how she does it.
-
I've put some new pics up :) Who's Suzie?
-
Suzie Marony. She was just in the WW magazie and on ACA because she lost 30kg in the 4 months after her bub was born.
Your boys are gorgeous. Ashton has such a big smile. I just tried to download some photos, but I'm so hopeless with computers I have to wait for DH to help me.
-
She looked ffffreakin awful. She looked really good in the mag. How awful did her face look? I'd say that she looked possibly smaller than a size 6. Definately some issues there.
-
LURVE your avatar Pam it looks great. will check out your gallery shots in a bit. BTW how is DD1 going?
Suzie lost 30kg in 4 mths OMG what did she eat lettuce the whole time, please excuse my ignorance here but surely that amount of weight loss would affect your milk supply ... wouldn't it ???
I am baby sitting an 8month old on Friday and I am sooo looking forward to it Bella is so beautiful and I love how curious she is about other people. We (a colleague and I ) are treating our boss and his lovely wife to a romantic dinner for two at the RACV resort in Inverloch as a way to say thanks to both of them and so they can spend a romantic evening out away from Bella coz she has been really sick and they haven't had any "them time" PLUS he works so hard all the time.
Will be interesting though coz Bella is teething so of course she has conjunctivitis (SP?) she has started at day care and has cought tonsilitis and something else and something else as well ... so we are like this  for her to be a good baby for us.
Can't wait I cannot wait to see the look on their faces.
NN x
-
ahh ok I haven't seen her...
Gee that's a lot of weight to loose straight after bub! I am 3 months on and only down 9kg :(
-
Hi girls,
Pam and Missy your pics are adorable. I put some up too. Some are from when we had the proffessional shots done when she was 2 weeks. She was so small compared to now.
Nae- have fun babysitting, how nice of you to do that for your boss. Hopefully Bella isn't too unsettled. Watch her eyes, conjunctivitus is really contagious!
I also thought Suzie looked pretty awful. 30 kg in 4 months isn't a healthy weight loss. 1/2-1kg a week is sustainable. Drastic weightloss just comes straight back again! I have been on the weightloss rollercoaster for a long time.
I have done something to my back, not sure what but it is really sore. Does anyone have any suggestions for helping with the pain. I think its muscular.

eej - my back is sore too and I reckon it's from Bella getting heavier. yeah I tend to agree with you on Suzie's weight loss. It doesn't really suit her either, she needs to be a bit chunkier I thing.
Nae - have fun babysitting. You'll be just fine with her. ;) I love the name Bella. LOL
Well, I reckon anyday now Bella will be rolling around the place. She is trying so hard each day and is just about there. Nooooo, I need her to stay my little helpless baby for alot longer.

Hello Girls :D
Pam oh you must be so worried hopefully your daughter will see sense and come home soon I worry about stuff like that every time i see a young girl dressed in very little i look at Eireann and think oh boy please dont do that.
Nic I here you Eireann is grabbing at things already i really want her to slow down esp being my last plus i want her to be little when my family see her.nic does a bus go any were near the meet up in pioneer park
we have moved house again lol ive been really down lately so we have decided to go home for a while see my family and see if that helps. think ive been so stressed over our friends turning on us we have sorted some stuff out but to much has been done to ever repair our friendship fully i think ild never treat any one the way they treated us. they gave our boys toys when we fist got here so i thought they were theres and now I have to give them back i feel so bad for the boys but Ill get them new ones.
has any one managed to shift any weight im at a loss i think my body doesnt want to lose any thing on till i stop breastfeeding no amout of exercise will shift any thing and im so down over my tummy its horrible i think ill save up for a tummy tuck after i get to a better weight so i get the best results.
sorry moaning away here, im really liking the new house though :D

I know, I know! It's been ages since I posted. But I have a new computer now!!!!! A lovely new iMac. Finally couldn't put it off any longer after a power surge during a storm killed my old PC. I have been checking in on you all though whenever I could.
Matthew is doing well, he's a cheeky monkey though. After being brilliant with the bottle, he doesn't want it at all now. So I've been back on the breastfeeding treadmill for a few weeks now. I did try different formula brands (some of them are really foamy and gave Matthew really bad wind pain so I gave up and went back to trying him with S26 Gold but he spits it out and screams). Really don't know how much longer I can breastfeed him though, as he's getting so much bigger and needing more and more. Tomorrow he has his three-month weigh in. Two weeks ago he was 6.5kg, so I'm hoping that he has put on the weight he's supposed to have.
Eej, I've got really bad back pain too at the moment. I think mine's from feeding Matthew in bed and being twisted up. I bought some "Nurofen for back pain" after checking that it's ok to take Nurofen while breastfeeding. It took the edge off the pain. Be nice to be able to get to a physio or to have a massage...
I feel very guilty but there's no way I can catch up with everyone for personals before Matthew wakes up so I'll be lazy this time and give you a group hug, love and kisses - and a promise to be on more often now!
-
:redface:Sorry about the million posts i'm not sure how that happened!
-
I haven't been in for a while I will do personals once I go back and read the posts.
I've signed up to a gym & have been going 3-4 times, I have a program the trainers want me to do but I've been doing more of the group fitness as that keeps me motivated more. So far I've lost 21kg's & I'm hoping to get and 4 off before the end of the year, I've put myself onto a reduced 1200 net calorie intake, so the more I exercise the more protein I can eat. I just wished I'd done something like then when pregnant. Oh well there are a good few months of good weather so it's great to get out to go for a walk, especially where i like there are pram friendly tracks all over the place.
Because I've been going to the gym she's started creche there, she seems to be doing really well which is good as she'll be in childcare in 6 mths when I have to return back to work. Although she's got a terrible cold, she almost couldn't breathe at 4am this morning, so had to heat up the room to give her some relief. Poor thing
Has anyone moved baby out of your room? she's getting to large for her bassinette but I can't bring myself to put her in her nursery. She's pretty much sleeping through the night just have to re-settle her at 4am so it's no problem I just worry
Hope you are all well

Hi everyone
CJ, yep just moved Ashlyn into her own room. I was worried because she does still wake often at night, but she took to it really well. She was just to big for the bassinet and I was pushing it to keep her in there. I actually think she is more comfy in the cot because she settles a lot faster. Wow, sounds like you are working out really hard. Well done for losing so much weight!
Nae, have fun babysitting, that's such a nice present to give to your boss!
Kerry, Sounds like Matthew knows what he wants. Hope you can sort the BF out so you can keep doing it.
Niamh, I've not been able to shift any weight. It's taken me 2 months to lose nearly 2kg. I'd love a tummy tuck, but I will wait till I decide if we have another bub first. ;)
Nic, yeah they are growing soo fast. I just want to slow her down. But then it is such fun when they learn something new!!
Eej, lovely photos! How's the back feeling now?
I was going to type more but it seems Ashlyn has woke already. BBL

well we're having a crazy time here. still hating putting her to sleep as she cracks it but then she's cranky anyway. trying very hard to hold everything together atm :( tried soy formula but finding it hard to stop breastfeeding or even to cut back on it so now boobs have gone crazy and sore which is adding to all the dramas. we're not sure if she's got secondary lactose intolerance as she got the diahorrea after her 2 month needles and has had troubles with wind and excessing bloating, etc etc ever since. but i really don't want to give up breastfeeding which is selfish of me and then everyone's giving me their 2c worth like telling me to start solids, telling me not to breastfeed, telling me to breastfeed and i've ended up very confused and have no idea what the heck i'm doing.
can't believe how big all your bubbas are. she was 5.1kg yesterday. she was 60cm two weeks ago, not sure how long she is now.
sorry i dont have time for personals and only for a whinge, i just needed to get all that off my chest. oh and i have been having trouble getting onto the forums sometimes, is anyone else having that trouble??

well AShton is laughing a lot now.
He had his DNA test 2 days ago  that is a whole other story (which is now in the boo hoo room)
Poor thing has a stuffy nose at the moment so been hard to feed, ended up with a sore spot on my breast yesterday but today it's feeling better thanks to some wheat pack things for mastitis that someone sent us.
Sorry I haven't read it all, but will soon :)
Hope all the bubs are well!
